They do very good work on fiberglass and very customer related concerns of what it is you want to get and eat make it the way you want it very happy

Owner is always there and they do perfect work. I don’t stress out anymore when my boat gets a ding, whenever I take it in the owner is like oh no problem I can take care of that, that’s not a big deal!

I took two small boats to NW Fiberglass in April to have them gel coated. I called back six weeks later to find out the progress, and I was told “they would be done next week.” That day came and went and after a total of six months, another five phone calls, three voice mails, and two emails, all unanswered, I retrieved my boats and took them to another place. I would avoid Northwest Fiberglass like the plague. There are a number of excellent fiberglass shops, mainly south of town, that have great reputations.
