We shopped around for awhile and on a Saturday headed to All Floors & More because they were close to another store we were going to look at. We never made it to the other store - All Floors prices were better than wed seen elsewhere, the process was straight forward, and the salesman (Chris) was helpful without pushing anything on us. They followed up this great front-end experience with solid service on the back end - after install we had 3 boards (out of 1,240 square feet) that didnt feel right - and they sent the team back out to make it right before charging our remaining balance. Will return for my future flooring needs, without a doubt!

We just had our living room floor installed at our home and used All Floors & More Tomball. We were extremely happy with the level and quality of service that we received. We selected All Floors & More in Tomball after seeing an ad in our local neighborhood magazine in Atascocita. Chris worked us up a quote for a porcelain tile with the wood look. After meeting him in person at the store, my wife decided on an upgrade option. We set the install date and they began work on October 12th. Two weeks later, they had completely removed all of our existing flooring on the 1st floor, all carpet, ceramic tile and all hardwood floor. A total of about 1600 sq. ft. They completed the install of the new floor on October 24th. We also had the kitchen backsplash, master bath wall, front bath wall and our fireplace redone. These guys are beyond professional. I am glad they took their time to get it all done properly. We would not have wanted a rushed job just to get them in and out quickly. Any minor issue was quickly addressed and corrected to satisfaction. We will definitely use them again!!

Initial experience was good till a problem surfaced and the team was a nightmare to get anything done. Chris was highly unprofessional with his messages so I reckoned the owner might be better help but to no avail. I would rate them at 0 if there was an option

We hired All Floors & More to install LVP and carpet in one of our 4000+ homes. The hard part was removing the old material and leveling out the floors, but they did an excellent job! 6 months ago we had new LVT floors put down in our house, I decided to give the floors a few months of real world use before I wrote the review. First, Chris was patient and helpful as we tried to decide which floor looked best in our house (we probably brought home samples of everything he sells). Next, the installer, Shane, was knowledgeable, helpful and did a fantastic job putting the floor in and cleaning up after he was finished. Finally, the floor has held up to our daily traffic and preformed better than we could have hoped for. I have no problem recommending them.

All Floors & More redid our master floors and our kitchen counters + backsplash. They were quick, clean, and friendly, and did an amazing job. We are looking forward to using them again as we continue to renovate our house.

After our house flooded, we were on the look out for floors. We received three quotes for 1. The back rooms (which flooded) & 2. The whole house (because why not just redo the whole house!). All Floors & More not only beat the other quotes, but their quote for the whole house was within our budget. Quality was not compromised. Our floors are flawless and just what we wanted. The installation was as planned & the crew was very polite, nice, clean, and helpful. They even gave me tips on my other repairs I was doing. It was a great experience. I highly recommend them to any person looking for floors or kitchen repairs. When we do phase two (the kitchen), we will 100% be using them again.

Good selection; delivered on the promised dates, with fast professional installation - no problems! We purchased carpeting and rigid core vinyl flooring - they both look great, and the price was right.

Chris was easy to work with. He let us take the tiles we liked home. Price was right. Not cheap, but definitely less than other places. And, there was absolutely no pressure. If youre looking for flooring, give this place a shot. They are installing in a couple of weeks. Ill update or put another review after the installation.

Recently we moved back to Texas but while we were out of state moving, I had to find a local Shaw dealership that could help us put new carpet in the house. Chris and his team made is so very easy. We got a great price on the carpet/install, plus they worked with our schedule which was harder since we were still out of town but glad I used them. Great Service, Great communication thru the entire process. Also we had one minor item pop up after install and again, they where there with great service after the sale. Everyone professional and friendly. Great job! A very happy customer.

I selected All Floors and More after calling EVERY SHAW dealer in a 30 mile radius. They had the best price, were nicest on the phone, and prompt with both measurement and install.Company installed on the day scheduled at the time scheduled. The local manager even came out in the morning to make sure everything went well and then called at the end of the day to make sure we were happy.Install crew did a great job and was more careful with my stuff then I am. I am someone who is frequently unhappy at builder quality and I have to say these guys did a good job. They worked very hard to give best quality making sure there were as few seems in both the carpet and the pad as possible.Carpet has a very long warranty so I likely wont need to use them again, but hope you do.

Had a horrible experience with this company. Our insurance company covered an incident that required new floors throughout our entire house. Our insurance made us use roadrunner restoration who contracted the job to floors and more. Anytime we brought up an issue they would give an excuse instead of correcting. We have called them out twice already in 2 months to fix hollow tiles. They gave us the excuse that it was the tiles thAt were defective. At the moment we probably have at least 6 tiles that are hollow. When they fix one tile another near it becomes hollow. I think they used the wrong thinset or didnt mix it right. We now have to live with this for as long as we live here. I would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy.

We recently had a new shower and master bathroom remodeled by All Floors n More and everything turned out great. My wife even chipped a tile 2 weeks later and they came out and replaced that tile for me.
