Shop this location at least 5 out of 7 days a week. We love this location. Always a pleasant experience.

They sold me a phone that doesnt work, then refused to take it back. Also promised to call me back to help me try to solve the issue. Didnt happen. Do not buy any electronics from these guys they will screw you over.

Its always a great place to shop for the whole family and has everything I need. If I have small or large projects they have always had what I needed even if they didnt have everything I wanted they had something that would fill the bill its always been my favorite One stop shop !!!

Delicious burgers!! Beef patty was smoked to perfection not fried or grilled!! Many toppings to choose from. Very clean dining area and awesome customer service!! I cant wait to go back!!

The delivery is terrible at this store. Ive had at least 10 orders either not delivered or messed up. We actually paid for us to pick up our own order. They are terrible at service. The company doesnt care if they deliver or not. The employees hate door dash because they can cancel last min. Never again, Id rather starve

The card reader wouldnt take the card of the guy in front of me. So everyone and their mother came and tried to reboot it. This took forever aside from waiting in line in the first place. Then when the finally left the same thing happened to me and the cashier couldnt get a manager to save her life. I was on the verge of leaving everything there and walking out. Simple solution would have been to close the lane check us out at customer service and reopen in a different lane. How hard is that??

Walmart at 2700 S Kirkwood is awful. Never has the right price on items.Management says they are not responsible for stocking and making sure the prices are right. All they do is cash customers out. Rude customer service clerk turned her name tag around so you couldnt see it to report her.Never going back

Its Walmart... Overall its a good store, it just seems since on line shopping began to gain speed that Im always trying to get around the Walmart carts for online orders and theyre out of stuff a lot more. This goes for any Walmart in my area though.

This store was nice and clean. I asked a young man who worked there for help finding something that I wanted to buy but he said he didnt know where it was and he didnt seem interested in helping me. That wont stop me from shopping at Walmart but I think management might want to train their younger associates to have better manners.

Terrible customer service. I was waiting in the jewelry department, asked the self checkout for help, there was not any announcement for help to jewelry. I called 3 times from my phone to customer services and they put me on hold for several minutes, and called someone to jewelry dept. one time out of the 3 times I called. I even called and talked to the manager and no one came. I was with my toddler and we waited for a total of an hour, after 2 workers came and told me to wait while they go get the key and then came and said both sets of the keys were taken home by the jewelry manager. All that waiting to be told they didn’t have any keys. Wow! Terrible service, you all need some new workers and management.

Too many shelves empty always, discourteous employees, looooong checkout lines even in self checkout. Just never a pleasant experience. Just gonna order online and schedule for pickup. Isnt worth the aggravation of going in and dealing with all that stupid.

This Walmart sucks - Groceries are NEVER delivered. I had 2 grocery orders today - this morning I only was delivered a package of underwear (no, I didnt order underwear) and this afternoon NOTHING was delivered. FED UP! I hate Walmart Grocery Delivery!!! Thanks for delivering nothing and keeping my safe during Covid. Corporate complaints dont work - Ive made several of those over the past few months. Same B.S. different day

Carts for the disabled arent never working, have to do your own checkout, out of stock on several items. Its going down hill fast. Dont see these problems at HEB.

Well folks it’s Walmart, you can’t really expect a lot! But your guaranteed to find rude incompetent employees that are only there for a paycheck. I’m not sure why I even shop at this place considering I’m followed every time I walk through the door.

I did not like that they had only one door to enter the store thru, although other Walmart stores opened all doors.I liked their selection of succulents, which is what I went to this store for as I was in the neighborhood.

They had when I needed, check outs were extremely slow as usual. thestaff was rude and hardly spoke English

The employees are very rude to me it doesnt seem like theyre excited to see you but bothered. I bought two pair of shorts the total was $30 I decided they did not fit and I went to take them back and get something else. At customer service the employee Joy told me because I didnt have a receipt that I was not going to get $30 back but she would give me $3 for the two pair of shorts. I said thats absurd and I told her her policy was that I could return for store credit without a receipt. She laughed at me and said that she was not going to do that. I asked for her supervisor and her supervisor Connie seem to be bothered by the fact that I asked to talk to her. I told her Joy said that I would only get $3 back for the two pair of shorts that I paid $30 for she laughed at me and said thats all you get. So I asked for her supervisor after waiting for 15 minutes for this person to show up they decided they did not want to talk to me and finally gave me my $30 on a gift certificate. Joy and Connie were very upset and treated me badly. After a horrible transaction and being treated like a bad person I went back to shopping.

I love WalMart dont get me wrong but the idea of the self checkout sucks cause most of the time them self checkouts are always getting jammed somehow and alot of the older people prefer to have a live cashier check their items out and I include myself with them. A few days ago I was there to get 2 items went to 4 different self checkouts and all had issues and then went to the only checkout with an actual cashier and the line was unreal, it took me almost an hour to pay for 2 items at that register with the actual cashier.

This Walmart is very convenient right off of business 249. Its a very old location thats been remodeled and updated several times but just has a dirty old feel to it. Normally the prices here are cheaper than any of the other Walmart s.Good luck with who you get to greet you or check you out because theres a few elderly people that will rip you apart with their looks and snotty attitudes! You can park and be in the best of moods but if you have to deal with one of these people it will absolutely destroy your day because they are that bad and difficult to deal with! Good luck shopping here!!!

Three hours for oil change,had only one tech available. That is very bad,went to Tomball,took 30 min for oil change.

My kind of store! All of my shopping experiences have been Fantastic. Even the parking lot is clean.

I like this store and it is organized pretty well, but they definitely need more employees working and more checkout lanes open.

Staff has been helpful the past 30+ years Ive been going. Its about time I right them a review. Untill now I really hadnt realized how good this Walmart has actually been for my family and I. I prefer to shop for my groceries @ HEB since its a Texas based company but when I have to get more than groceries I come here. Ever since they replaced the McDonalds with The Famous Wok its hard not to get some good Chinese every trip on my way out.

Would be 5 stars, but for some reason they stopped carrying dreyers ice cream. They have always carried it. So now I have to go to either krogers or Walgreens for that ice cream. Other than that, I love this walmart. They have everything else I need most of the time, but they need more Cashiers. Always having to wait around 10 minutes or more. Well it feels that long but probably shorter time

Customer service was bad, went to return an item and the people werent at returns. Waited for assistance, but by time someone showed up returns hours were over and they told me that I could come back some other day instead of helping me.

Walmart need to pay their cashiers more money and the employees cuz they work really hard but the lines are crazy 😧

I went looking for a specific brand of shorts. The ladies dept was in terrible shape! There was no sense of organization. Everything was disorganized. I asked an employee for help. She took a good amount of time describing where I should go to maybe find them, when it would have been much faster to actually show me. Disappointed!

Ordered groceries for PM delivery and they failed me miserably. Got a delay notification, and no other communication otherwise. Had to call customer service to which they informed me that this location was already closed and I wasnt getting my childrens food for breakfast and school lunches. Will never shop walmart again.

Whoever is ordering stock for this store is failing they are consistently out of the items I need I have started shopping other stores who maintain their stock, I would fire the person responsible for maintaining stock at our Walmart

My plan worked. We got there at 7:17am right after the store opened. Everything was organized and easy to find in the Christmas section. Glade I got up to go early. My daughter forgot a bag at the register and Im happy to report the workers caught us in the parking lot to make sure we got it. Im new to the area and I like the friendliness of the folks in the store. Ill be back.

I have no clue when they stopped price matching here but yeah they dont price match but yet the website says they do.... The person I asked there was very rude and just wanted to continue talking to her friend at the self check out and later I called to ask just to see if it was just her but it sounded like I got her or her friend on the phone because the same rude talking I got. I am not sure if walmart really did stop price matching.

The store is clean and the people are friendly. The down side is that, McDonalds is gone and in its place is a Chinese fast food restaurant. The beer is literally all the way in the back. They have a humanless cleaning machine- think Roomba. If you see it cleaning dont worry, it is humanless.

Was there for a oil change but was so hot in store we started getting sick in the store went to the back where it was a little cooler. Car was ready so didnt have to stay to much long after that

No one answers the phones, tries for 30 min to get ahold of someone, call kept getting disconnected after 5 min of ringing without anyone answering.

This Wal-Mart on 249 and Spring Cypress must have gotten a new store manager. The store is cleaner and front faced very well. The employees are helpful when asked. But they still dont approach or greet customers.

Walmarts grocery pickup service is exceptional. Ive used online ordering since it started. Theyve never missed an order, Ive had to wait a little while only one time and that was around Christmas. Each time I show up I am greeted by a courteous associate (you know theyre smiling under the mask). As for the pharmacy, I have transferred my prescriptions there. The associates are always so helpful whether you are in person or call in.

I suppose it is all the Walmart stores that employ too few cashiers in the last few years, but during the holidays it seems they could offer more than 2 or 3 registers and have all self-check registers open.The customers in front of and behind me were aggrevated as well. Come on Walmart. You can afford to do better!

Waiting for over 30 minutes for my pickup. After being told by four different associates that is was on its way. And watching 9 other cars getting their groceries. When calling the pickup manager all she could tell me was I should have checked in with the app. In 5 years I have never had to do this. After being on hold with 4 different so called managers and 25 minutes later being hung up on for asking for the dm numbers. Needless to say I will never return to this Walmart.

Cynthia simply didn’t scan and bag some of our items. She just hide them behind the counter. The behavior was so strange I was afraid to say anything. We just left and went to another store.

Love small town stores,even if its a big chain. Its the people that make this place, because all the Walmarts are the same; but the employees attitudes are more down to earth in a small town.

We went to Walmart and let our daughter pick out a toy. The toy was on a shelf with a price tag of $9.97. When we rang it up at self check out the price showed at $24+. The lady who eventually came to help us after I went back to the toy aisle to confirm the price myself stated that it had been placed on the wrong shelf because they didnt have enough room for all the toys. The store was very disorganized, and they should have honored the price that was posted. Its not the customers fault that the department cannot manage its inventory correctly.

This is a big walmart, its always clean and neat. I love the little park at the very front in middle of the parking and the music outside (I have never seen any of these 2 at any walmart) the best one so far.

They have a good selection of makeup and shoes.

Always have had Great experience with Walmart Stores, Except for Dog Food on the Fresh Pet, I Feel if you are going to sell a Product that Really Sells Well and You cant Keep it on Hand, Why wouldnt you Order A Bigger. Quantity, for 3 Days I went to the Livingston Store to Buy the 6lb of Fresh Pet Beef or Chicken and Couldnt get it, I went From Livingston and Hit all the Walmart Stores to Tomball and Everyone was Out. Its hard for Me, because I have No transportation at this Time. I ask Please help me to see that Walmart in Livingston Tx is Stock Well. THANK YOU
