My son is 15 and started coin collecting. He asked to visit this store and - WOW! Gina is amazing. She spends so much time with my son teaching him about coin collecting and going through what he has found. She makes us feel so welcomed. I am seriously so happy we were able to find this store and HIGHLY recommend.

I had done some research and decided to see Gina at Goldwiser. I was very impressed! She was very thorough and informative with what she was doing. The testing process was actually fun to watch (I had never seen it done before). The best part came when she told me just how much I would get for my jewelry that in all reality, I thought was just something to be thrown away. She was patient with all of my questions and I left her store feeling so informed and grateful that I chose her. Five stars are just not enough to give her! Truly, thank you for being who you are!

First of all let me say that this location was very clean inside I came in with the notion if the price was right I would sell, I did not need to sell today.And I’m thankful for that what I’m concerned for is people who are in desperate situations that will settle for less. I also went to the location out in Spring however they were unable to help me because of the watch that I had with me & sent me to this location. I was in there for about 45 minutes - To receive what I felt was an insult to what I had broughtin… I waited until I would be in Katy two days later, and received a $700 more offer on what I had brought in in - I went to you can go exchange out and Katy ( sadly that location is due to close because of retirement in December) regardless I was literally in the chair jury out and out of the store with check in hand within 15 minutes… People if you are selling your valuables make sure you know there worth before going into these places The payout can be completely different.

I just went into Goldwiser to ask some questions and ended up doing business with Ms. GINA due to the fact that she was so incredibly helpful and welcoming..what a wonderful woman. She was very knowledgeable and the business is super clean and a place you want to go back to. I highly recommend this company, this location, and definitely doing business with Ms. GINA!!

Long blond hair lady a child heard crude b... Condescending too. Totally uncool. I was in desperate need of cash, tho I only had a gift card for $300. Someone told me Goldwiser could cash it for me. Tho she took 50%. Cost me $150 to get $150. But the way she handled it and talked to me was cold and callus. Made it all the much worse. To top it off she used a point of sale smartphone app - Paypal. I could have done that with a business associate and saved myself all that money.. and make that even worse, when I realized how she was doing it via PayPal credit card reader I said I could do that myself since I had an account but she said too late she already settled it when the couldve been cancelled. Lie... Such waste while I am financially challenged right now Grrrr

Gina is fantabulous she saved my wedding in April. My husband gave me the ring he picked out for me. It was four sizes too small and i only had 4 days to get it sized. Every one i called was either way expensive or 2 weeks to get it back. Gina and Goldwiser was able to get it done in 2 days and a good price. Thank you for being fantabulous.

I went to this Goldweiser because of the great reviews. Beware! Seriously, they measure a diamond on a templete. Tell you the diamond is not the same size as its certificate. Scoff at you when you tell them the quote range you have gotten from other places. Then not want to quote because they can only give 1/10th of other quotes...basically they wanted to give me approx $120-$170. The gold alone is worth more than what they wanted for a full 1 carat certified diamond ring. I fully know I will never get retail or close, which is fine but seriously?!Went to 2 more places after & confirmed it is 1 carat (1.04 when one place took the diamond out of setting, weighed it, measured it & counted points)The laser serial number matches my certificate too.The lady claimed it had too many inclusions in it to be worth it... it has 2 inclusions... also recomfirmed at the other 2 places. Seriously, just because someone needs to sell their jewelry does not mean they are so desperate they are stupid!********I can not find a way to reply so I have to edit. No thank you.I can understand a template as a loose guide, but to say that based on that template, it is def not a carat, even with the original cert. Even implying the original jewelers gave me an inncorect certificate...There is no quote in your system because she refused to do a formal quote because as she claimed she can only do 1/10th of what I have previously been quoted. $170 for a 14k 1carat diamond ring with original cert.I can understand not having a gem guy there & would have been willing to return on Monday if she had not made crazy claims. Maybe if she would have been kind enough to just say, maybe come back on Monday & we can better service you...
