Do not use this company whatsoever! Dan is horrible, I simply called them to see what time they were coming to do the install and Dan hung up on me after insulting me. Dan went on to tell me that the rent a cop in my neighborhood did not let him in through the gate, although he is part of a Comanche association and has a concealed handgun license, blah blah. The company’s name was on the guest list but I’m sure his nasty attitude blinded him, simply because he wanted his name on the list. I will block him and make sure he never comes near my house . Scary man! I called back, spoke to a lady and they totally just ignored and laughed at me. Horrible service

Referred to Progressive Connection through a trusted referral and they did a fabulous job! Chris and Dan were very considerate and helpful and performed flawlessly through a complicated installation. Made recommendations about setup and very knowledgeable about not only the systems, but how they will perform best in the living space. I would absolutely use them again and am glad to provide a strong recommendation.

Cornerstone alarm has horrendous customer service. I highly encourage you to find another provider.
