I called all over. Of course the factory in GA had the best price, but this was by far the best price in Texas. The service guys busted their butts to get my Jeep wired. Great expert.

Texan Trailers sold us a hydraulic dump trailer last year. We were promised prompt service with any issues we experienced. Our cross bar and hinges broke due to a faulty manufacturing job, we called and stopped by multiple times requesting service and were always told a later date and time to come back, we showed up for those scheduled appointments and were sent away again (3+ times) without assistance. Phone calls to management often went unreturned. The lead mechanic offered to come fix our trailer at our home, then didnt show up. We will be in the marked for another trailer soon and will absolutely be shopping elsewhere. Texan Trailers will do a great job selling you a trailer, but dont expect any assistance from them once you purchase it. The customer service is deplorable.

I was given the run around by another trailer dealer in Houston. I waited over a week to have the trailer brought in, when promised it would be there in 2 days. I called Texan Trailer and spoke with Cody. He called the factory, found the trailer I wanted and literally had the trailer there the very next day. I had paper signed and trailer in tow in less than 24 hours from the initial phone call. They are truly amazing at Texan Trailer! Will refer anyone in need of a horse trailer to them!!!

Our company was looking to switch trailer brands so we called in to get pricing on a trailer and talked to Dustin, he said he was going to send over pricing information to us and we never heard anything so a few weeks later we were in the area and stopped into the store and spoke to someone else who we saw relay the information to Dustin who was going to send us information (again), it’s been a month since the in person visit and we have not been contacted once. Poor customer service. I would not do business with this dealer.

Couldnt wire my winch on the trailer. Replaced tires on trailer with stock rating after asking for heavier duty tires. Still took 5 weeks for shoddy work.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Texan Trailer and Rodney Posinski, they have always been spot on and honest with me in every dealing. I would and have referred people to them for these reasons.
