Had a great experience at this business on my first visit. Tom took his time to explain how the equipment i was purchasing works. its very evident they care about their customers and they are very patient answering all questions.
I have used the Home Health Store in Tomball for over 16 years! They have been wonderful through the years with surgeries and injuries and recovery supplies and equipment. My Husband and I recentlygot COVID 19 and we were hospitalized and I ended up needing Oxygen when I was dismissed from the Hospital! Home Health store took care of everything for me with a portable Oxygen machine and a standard Home oxygen concentrator and I was in a hurry on Friday afternoon and they bent over backwards to be sure I had both units so I wouldn’t be without oxygen for the weekend!! They were fabulous!I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Tom GLOYER and his wonderful staff! OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT! FIVE STARS!!Thank you so much for all your help!!Paula Whitaker
The staff here is very helpful and friendly. I got there right as the store was about to close. The staff never rushed me. Took time to show me different products and made recommendation on things I could do even though they did not have what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this place for home health needs.
I just want to share my experience. I was prescribed a continuous glucose monitor, I went to my pharmacy and found out it’s very expensive. It took me a while but I called Home Health Store. Tom took it upon himself to find out if Medicare would cover it. He went to work getting the paperwork needed and got it done. No one has ever gone to bat for me like that. I now have it and it’s amazing. Thank you so much for your help.
Called the store looking for an adapter for my Cpap machine that I had left at home 600 miles away. They told me to come in and Steve would take care of me, and he did just that and didn’t even charge me for the little piece! Looking forward to a good nights sleep! Thanks again for the awesome customer service!
Went out of way to go to this place. My wife need scooter. I got to store. Scooters were all outside!!! Reminded me of a used car lot. I just went to Woodland and got her one. BUYER BEWARE:Purchased a Jazzy 614 power chair, delivered on 05/19/2020.Chair had broken part on right side above the wheel. The bar under the right arm was scratched with pliers. I think they dropped the chair or messed it up when they put it together. If you adjusted the joystick back where you could reach it, then the joystick would turn out. The chair was clearly damaged and they should not have brought it to me like that. They also gave me a charger that is no longer made and not for the chair. I purchased the broke part and a correct charger myself. With Covid-19, dont want to be around people. I have got the run around from them about getting a replacement chair. On 08/01/2020, the chair died out. They said they would come out with a Pride representative. They lied. Two store employees came out on 08/19/2020. They took the chair back with them. This place thinks it is good business practices to rip people off. The do not care for their customers and are full of outrageous excuses.They ripped me off $3,779.00. I have requested a refund twice and they ignore me.There are lawsuits; Jazzy chairs catching fire. People have burnt up in these chairs.I dont call being a Pride Authorized Dealer caring about your customers. Now we know why Home Health Store does not buy these chairs, but they will gladly get you one.
I would give them 20 stars if I could. Bent over backward to help us find the right scooter, and cane, when we decided the rent a scooter, they were just as helpful and knowledgeable. Nice variety of products and a Mom and Pop store.. I highly recommend them. Ginger Cook
Just call for wheelchair information that my doctor wrote a prescription for for spinal problems and MS. The representative there was not very helpful they said they need the full report from the doctor which I believe I have everything I need. I asked her if I could email it to her and she said it clearer if she gets it from the doctors office.I was attempting to start the process but I have fallen and need to get this done.Not help full at all.
No reund policy. they wont tell you.good luck returning anything
What is displayed on the website is WRONG. Called today for a wheelchair that is advertised for 50.00 per month rental. Was told that the website is wrong and has not been updated in over a year. Offered one for double that at 95.00 per month. Bait and SWITCH. HORRIBLE!!!!
This company gives me nothing but the run arounds every month about my sons pull ups. Its suppose to be delivered to me on the 4 of each month but they always give me a different day every month. I wouldnt recommend any one to them at all. They dont never send me the right amount. I dont see how they stay in business. Keep it up i will be for sure they go out of business. Any one who say this is a good company is a lier just like they are.
The visit to this place is beyond words. As for myself and my granddaughters we talked about how nice everyone was all the way home. I will forever recommend this place for anyone in need of assistance. I want to once again say Thank You and I truly believe everything happens for a reason.WINNER! WINNER!
Everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Pricing is reasonable and they do everything possible to assist you. The ladies who process your insurance know “their stuff”. Wish everyone had customer service like this
Outstanding! I have unfortunately had to use their services a lot over the past 2 years due to various family members becoming ill. They have always bent over backwards to assist in any way that they could to help. They are extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. It is a family owned business that truly cares about the patients (especially in their time of need). I would highly recommend them!
This place is a joke. Ive called them repeatedly and left voicemails because they are double charging me monthly for my husbands CPAP machine and no one will answer my questions or call me back. They have terrible customer service and cant answer any questions. Just after your money. Some months Ive been billed 3x.

Love this place! We make a trip from the woodlands just to work with them.. They are great wit my insurance, have helped me through 2 broken ankles, a back surgery (best thing I ever did was rent a hospital bed and lift/recliner chair) and bonus they have super cute shoes (okay for those of us that need to buy good supportive shoes th wh are awesome....maybe they aren’t runway styles.)Everyone has been incredibly supportive, help and extremely knowledgeable! Shop local!!!
If you are looking for a tilt power-chair, do not waste your time with Home Health Store. It took me over a year to figure this out. The store does not deal with tilt power chairs. I was told this late in the process of getting a new one. It did not occur to me to ask if they did tilt power-chairs either. If you dont like to wait and if you dont like surprises, I recommend not doing business with Home Health Store.
I went somewhere else because the didnt have what I needed in stock. I found a far superior product at half the cost and it was fitted by a Certified Orthotist not a miserable salesman. Its called Hanger Clinic.
6 months to help me get set up for cpap . 10 calls never returned. Finally retired everything and used another company
Never ever purchase a blood pressure monitor from this place. the A&D UA-767 Plus is a headache and a lemon of BP Monitors, the cuff loves to act up, and the reading is 20 points lower than normal. The plus I guess means extra headaches, stress, etc, If you buy it it wont take long for you to sell this lemon BP Monitor to someone else to beat it up to the point that it breaks the screen.
Went the extra mile to order something I needed that wasn’t in stock and had it by the next day.
I took my dad for diabetic shoe fitting a month ago, they said they will call when the shoes came in they never did I left messages never did they return the call, finally after a couple day of me trying to reach Joseph I got to talk to him according to him the shoes had just come in a day before, I had take the compression socks back because my mom couldn’t put them on the MANAGER is so rude would not take back finally she did.
This store took almost a year to get a scooter for my dad, and never got it done. Excuses over more excuses all blaming Medicare, when they couldnt fill out a form properly. They will lie to your face about working on it at the same time. In the end, they quit trying to get the scooter and never told me !!!!!This is the most un organized bunch of people I have ever seen in business.
Minor items are double the price. Small Compression hose for $95!!! I could have bought the same for $50 on Amazon with free two day shipping.
Apparently this place takes insurance, but wont take my insurance for compression hose. Um that makes no sense. These people are lazy jerks.
This place sucks these people have no glue what there doing. Never going there again.
