The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have the best prices on motorcycles around. Jimmy was especially helpful and they got the paperwork done quickly!The only knock that I have was the service department didnt know much more about the bike than I did. I needed an explanation of how to make certain adjustments and he was more lost than I was.Also their website is bland and doesnt have many pictures so you dont really know whats in stock until you call or go there. Also their inventory is slight. They dont have many different name brands or style of bikes. Its pretty much sport, naked sport, dirt bike and a limited number of cruisers. But I would highly recommend to anyone looking for those particular styles.

Temp plate ripped off bike 2 days after I got it and theres a 5$ fee to replace it. Great dealer though.

And this is even after moving back up to northern NJ, we took an hour and a half ride because we don’t like anywhere else.They have the best deals and the easiest process. Their friendly staff were all professional and knowledgeable. Customer service is horrible. I dropped my waverunner off to have several items fixed under warranty; I advised them that I only wanted warranty work performed and did not authorize any work to be performed which would incur a cost.Upon picking up my waverunner, I was presented with a bill for labor.I discussed my comaint with the service manager Jerry, who told me the tight steering was not covered by my YES warranty. He further stated that since his service tech had the steering apart, they took it upon themselves and greased the steering. No phone call to me asking for service work approval.It was clear to see that Jerry was becoming visibly frustrated by our conversation. Jerry eventually had the bill adjusted to $0. Jerry then told me to never bring the waverunner back to the dealership and also told me to go somewhere else to buy a new waverunner because my business was not welcome. Wow, I hope they dont treat all of their customers like this?In my opinion, the dealership should of reached out to me to get the approval to perform any work which would generate a charge. I also think service manager, Jerry, should of been more professional in dealing with the situation. Jerry needs training in customer relations.I hope the owner, Peter Ferlice, knows about this and gets Jerry some much needed training! I also hope the owner knows that his employees are telling customers to not return.

My father just purchased a beautiful zx10r from them and everything went smoothly.Very nice and knowledgeable staff who want to sell you a bike and for a small place they have some really cool bikes and a nice selection.The reason for the 4 stars is because when my dad came to my place to visit he noticed the coolant in the bike was very low under the L mark and I feel like thats something an associate their should have noticed.Other then that great service and amazing bikes . Picked up a new Kawasaki Jet Ski on Sat. 06/20/2020. With less than an hour on the machine, my son hit a wave and the front storage hood broke off. A definite design flaw. The dealer was very helpful. Thanks to Drew, Jared, ownership and the mechanic, the hood was repaired the same day so I could use the machine . Now I hope Kawasaki is as helpful. the hood design should be modified.

I had to travel about 45 min. south to get to the dealership, but in the end it was well worth the trek. Tried a couple of other Kawasaki dealers that were much closer to home, however, those all left me with the impression of a “used car salesman” attitude.The owner of TRM&M, Jimmy, was completely in-tune with my wants and needs, was very laid-back, didn’t rush or pressure me to make a purchase. In fact, the entire team was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly and polite. The only negative thing I could say is that they made me feel a bit old by always calling me “Sir.”Picked up the bike this past Saturday and couldn’t be happier. Salesman was very nice I think his name was Alex but the company wont let you test ride the bike which Ive been riding since 1957 company bikes and I dont understand they keep saying my insurance wont allow it I dont think thats the truth I dont think they want to let anybody ride a bike I would have bought the bike that same day if I could have taken the test right so because of that Im sorry I cannot give them a good rating nobody wants to buy something that theyre not going to like after so a test ride basically is mandatory on any bike shop that Ive been in for the last 60 years I dont know about the shop itself on repairs but pretty good things happen with Honda give it a try and if they would only let you test ride a bike cuz when Im on the computer and YouTube tons of motorcycle shops let you test ride a bike

So,, in the month of June 2020, during the COVID-19 crunch. I was putting out the word on looking for a FX SVHO for 2020 or 19, at all Yamaha dealers in southern jersey. Dakota took my name and put it on his list and he said their store was gonna to receive more in the store and would call to let me know. The following week Dakoda said 8 machines are coming in and wonder if I could come up to put a deposit on one and I did that afternoon. Even though we drove 45 minutes north from Longport, NJ, and got to their showroom, which is huge area for Yamaha WaveRunners than other places (SP, deptford, Lbi, AC)No pressure sales men, other sales guys were great in talking about other items and knowledgeable and a big dealership.

We were looking for a new fishing boat. Most of the other dealers we talked too were rude, heres the product, take it or leave it. DJ, and everyone else at Toms River Marine & Motorsports as a matter of fact, have been great. Theyve let me pick the boat apart and inspect everything, and answered any questions they could. If they didnt have answers, they went & got them for us. I cant speak about the service department yet but, sales has been great so far.

I never had an issue but I recently dropped my bike off for repairs and got it back worse than what it was, at first I dropped it for a simple rubber tube and mind you the bike was running even with the bad oil breather tube, I pick it up the bike doesn’t stay idling which then I dropped it back off there and then they say it’s ready so I pick it up and get home and then the bike has the same issue like they never touched it, then I drop it off again and I get there and I try running the bike again and the same issue, then I pick it up somehow the bill was more which then the bike has the same issue a week later......please switch mechanics

My girlfriend bought her motorcycle last week from Jimmy. After a very unpleasant buying experience at another dealer in Monmouth County, we came here. Jimmy and the staff killed it! After explaining the situation to him, they made up for the other dealers mistakes! They showed her the respect and care of service, that the other dealer fell short on.She chose to finance the motorcycle, which was a phenomenal process. She loves her new bike, and the service and respect she was shown. A truly great buying experience! My only problem is that Google wont let me give more than 5 stars!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience was above non other. They accepted my request to do an oil change on the same day telling me I would need to hang out for about 1.5 hours. When I arrived I asked if they could take a look at a few others things. When I returned they told me they were not able to take care of of the little things I asked for, no problem since I came to them last minute. I was on my off the property when they caught up with me saying the made a mistake and also did not do the oil change. They were very apologetic and changed the oil in less than 20 min and took care of the few little things I asked for. They must of stopped all other scheduled work and had everyone working on my jet ski. Honest mistake but they went above and beyond to make things right including a discount on the labor. I drive 1.5 hours to get my jet ski serviced by these guys for there great service department and knowledgeable staff. Ill drive 6 hours if I had to after this.

First I want to saw the owner Pete is a great guy, very helpful and knowledgeable. I am a first time jet ski owner bought 2 EX deluxes from the dealership. Had a problem with one of them and sucked up some dirt into the back jet and it got clogged. Called them on a Saturday right before they were closing and spoke to Dakota on the phone and he did everything in his power to walk me through getting it unclogged over the phone, sadly did not get it unclogged and he set me up to have service first thing the next morning which was Sunday and Father’s Day. Arrived their the next day as soon as they opened and Pete the owner of the dealership was waiting for me and ready to help. Got the problem cleared in a matter of minutes and got me back in the water in no time. Very good service and would recommend to all of my family and friends. Pete and Dakota are phenomenal.

Spend 2 hours there, buying atv, brute Force 750 to be exact, after all paper work, signing and all they tried to sell me different atv (same brand and model ) but not the one which we were looking at (this one was stored inside and had a winch) I asked 3 times if we getting this exact one, they said yes then tried to load one without winch which was stored outside for display so we canceled the deal and bought can-am across the street

Bought a brand new ZX6R back in December. Finally decided to peel of there dealership sticker and what do I find ??? A big freakin scratch that looks like it was purposely put there. Buyer beware
