Marc Levine was the rep that helped me out. To preface everything; this was my very first car buying experience and for many people I think theres a certain air of intimidation to it. Not for me though. Walking into Audi Toms River and I was immediately greeted with smiles from everyone. Marc walked up to me with a warm and comforting handshake. Hes been a car salesman for 30 years and knows exactly how to treat his clients. Not only is he knowledgeable about the products, hes willing to go above and beyond what was asked of him. The man even helped me change my insurance and address. If you guys schedule an appointment with one rep, I highly recommend Marc Levine. He made my transition of cars as quick and as painless as possible, and anyone that is looking for a car will be recommended to Marc from me.if youre reading this, thanks Marc! Go Audi :)

A few weeks ago I woke up and found myself driving a 2013 Ford C-max Hybrid. 36 mpg.....but is this what my life was really coming to? Gas mileage and bed bath & beyond? I decided to become a better version of myself (a man) so I quickly took a cold shower and called Chad Lorenzo - Direct! He has a bat phone for emergencies such as these. Ask around Water Street and youll get the number. Anyway, I ghost rode my black rollerskate into the parking lot of Ray Catena Audi and tucked out the side of the car. Limbs close to the chest. I left everything inside, even my birth certificate, Chad said that was ok. He said where I was going - there were no roads. No certificates. Just me and my new Jet Fighter aka the Audi A4. Next thing I know the Dark Knight of Auto Sales tossed me the keys, I was atleast 35 yards away. I caught them in stride. (shoulda took state in 2005). Anyway, I jumped through the window of my new Air Plane and take off for home. Time stood still that day on the Garden State Parkway. Thank you Chad. Youre the wind beneath my wings. Awesome car leasing experience!! I am very experienced with car buying and leasing as I lease or buy 2 new vehicles every 2-3 years. Having said that, you may realize that it is difficult to really wow me when it comes to the experience of getting a new car. I was amazed at how easy it was to work with Audi Toms River. Joe and Steve immediately made me feel like I was a long time customer. No games, best pricing upfront, and professionalism and respect that far surpasses their competition. They made sure to understand my needs and find the perfect solution. I couldnt ask for better. I love my new Q3! This is my second Audi lease and I love it. Came in and Jesse and Shane accommodated, got me to test drive within minutes, explained the differences between the models and offered me package choices on the model I wanted to take home right then and there! They did all the work making me feel special (shout out to Jesse) and dealing with tons of paperwork and my ridiculous insurance company with humor and grace (big shout out to Shane). Howard also deserves mention as he took me through my SQ5 so thoroughly, I felt confident driving it from the first mile. Completely happy with all aspects of Audi Toms River and I am now a customer for life!

My wife and I were shopping for a Q3 and found a 2018 model with low miles that had been a dealer loaner. Even though this dealership was not close to us, it seemed like a good deal. We visited early on a Saturday morning and met Marc. He is clearly a Car guy and his passion for cars in general and the Audi Marque in particular was quickly apparent. A test drive sealed our desire to make this car ours. Mark efficiently processed all the paperwork, and we were able to leave that day with the car. We found Mark to be enthusiastic and competent. We were able to quickly reach a mutually agreeable deal after negotiating the price on our trade-in, as well as the extended warranty we choose to purchase. We would highly recommend this dealership, and Marc, if you are in the market for an Audi.

I have never wrote a bad review before even for really bad experiences at places. However, this one takes the cake. I just called in to talk about a vehicle and a person named Mark answered the phone in the most rude and unenergetic way possible. His demeanor and tone was as if I just slap his mom in the face. Need I go on with how irritating the conversation went on without me even once mentioning about the car I was going to purchase. This is very bad customer service and instantly turn me off from any future business with them no matter how good there car deals are.

This is not the first AUDI I have bought because of Marc or from Marc and it certainly won’t be the last! Over the years I would say he has become more than just my sales man but also I friend. I have to admit that when he told me that he moved to Toms River Audi. I was apprehensive because of the long distance. Well he put all my fears to rest. I called him and not only did he get me the exact car I wanted he was able to give me the price I needed to be monthly. He once again exceeded my expectations. The icing on the cake was that he had the car delivered to me the next day and picked up my lease return and payed the last payment!!! Place has gone through about 15 General Managers, same number of service managers...Having had great service from audi North Scottsdale where we purchased our vehicle, to come here and be treated so poorly was a shock. Email me for complete details of how shady their service department was with us and how utterly rude they are. It all started when we took our vehicle in for service and when we got it back, we noticed a vibration oin the vehicle. We brought our vehicle back in and was told our rims were bent and told only way to fix was to get 4 new rims...when we said no, a secondary option was offered. We were told that their dealership has a guy that comes once a week and fills in damaged aluminum rims with a putter or similar material so that they are balanced out.($400) We paid the $400 and the vibration was still there. We went to Pep Boys Auto, a few doors down, paid $35 for a tire maintenance pkg, they balanced our wheels and fixed the vibration. If you can do business elsewhere, its in your best interest to do so.

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish with this dealership! I inquired about a car online from their website and was helped by salesman Steve Milano. He worked with me over several days on trying to find the right A3 Quattro that fit my needs. On his day off, the general manager Steve Chanis joined our email conversation so that I wouldnt be left even a day without a reply. They were both extremely attentive and courteous throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car I chose. I saw a 2015 Audi S3 Certified Preowned online, and decided to stop in and take a look at it. As I stepped into Audi Toms Rivers beautiful showroom filled with Audis and Porsches, I was almost immediately greeted and welcomed by several very polite and enthusiastic receptionists. One of them went to get my sales professional, and then made me a cup of Starbucks Coffee. Great start. Ive been to quite a few dealerships in my life, and I can only think of one that offered a buying environment as enjoyable as this one from the first moment on.My sales professional or Brand Ambassador was a gentleman named Steve Taylor. Steve was knowledgable, honest, straight-forward, and low-pressure. He seemed like a genuinely good guy, and he went above and beyond on multiple occasions to advocate for what I wanted in order to make the deal happen. Sincerity is extremely important to me when car-shopping, and I felt like I could trust this guy. Excellent job, Steve. When shopping for preowned cars, no one car is ever exactly like another, so in many cases youll buy the car and the deal regardless of who sells it to you. In this case however, I found a professional in Steve that Id gladly buy from again in the future. I also really liked the S3, which was in impeccable condition, and very well-presented for delivery.The General Manager, Richard Martini was also excellent. He too had a straight-forward style and was extremely knowledgable. He and I had candid dialogue during our negotiations, and his flexibility throughout the process was paramount in making this deal work. Hes too smart a guy to give away the house, but I certainly felt like we were able to agree on a fair deal.Ultimately, it was an excellent car buying experience, and I love my S3. I highly recommend Audi Toms River.
