UNTRUSTWORTHY, NONRESPONSIVE, UNPROFFESIONAL, UNRELIABLE! They MORE THAN DOUBLED cost of repair even though owner/technician had physically inspected vehicle & provided a detailed quote of $200. BAIT AND SWITCH PRICES! After I left SUV there, they changed quote to $500!!! SUV has been held hostage for TWO WEEKS with no work done & no communication!I called Manager who promised to call me back and failed to do so. I requested a call from owner, who refused to call. They told me theyre TOO BUSY!IF YOU RELY ON YOUR CAR/VEHICLE TO GET AROUND DONT RELY ON ALWAYS UNRELIABLE.THEY DONT CARE AND FAIL TO GET THE JOB DONE!
