Let me tell you, it is refreshing to deal with a company like CJSC. The owner, Bob, is absolutely incredible. They are not a small company but their customer service makes you feel like you are their only customer. Installers David and Anthony were absolutely outstanding. David has helped us with 3 locations now and he is as professional as they come. If you use anyone other than CJSC for your cameras and alarms, you are making a big mistake. These guys are the real deal!

Central Jersey Security Cameras installed a camera system and alarm system at my residence last week. Everything from the initial consultation with Bob to the day of the install with Nick and Ray went seamlessly. The installation crew even had to endure the non stop Thomas the Tank Engine on the tv all day. They paid incredible attention to detail and called me as I was not on site at the time with any questions to make sure everything was done how I wanted. When I got home they went over everything including the set up of apps on my phone. If you are skimming reviews looking for a security or camera company you would be doing yourself a complete disservice by not calling Central Jersey.

I called Bob of Central Jersey Security Cameras for an emergency installation of cameras and alarm for my elderly parents. He was a good listener and did his best to accommodate my needs and schedule. The workers that came were professional, patient, and did a great job. No matter how many times my parents or I asked questions, they were polite and repeated themselves as often as necessary. The job was clean, everything was moved back, and the product will help me to make sure my mother turns the stove off, does not run out in the middle of the night and also allows me to talk to her anytime I need to.This is not the first time I used their service. They helped me with my mother in law when she was in an assisted living. I usually dont bother leaving a review for a business, but this company earned this recommendation.

I called CJSC on Thursday May 27, 2021, and spoke with Bob Murphy, owner and CEO. Bob was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional, answered all my questions, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He didn’t try to oversell me something I didn’t need. Company came in and installed 9 cameras and door security fobs on our commercial building in Woodbridge and did a phenomenal job. I recently had a security camera and burglar alarm system installed and Im very happy that I chose Central Jersey Security cameras. The quality of the system and ease of use has been absolutely perfect. The installers were a pleasure to deal with - they were courteous and professional as they walked me through every aspect of the install including camera placement and alarm setup. This was my first home security system and I cant say enough about the helpfulness and patience of the Central Jersey team, they also sat with me after the install and showed me how to use the iphone apps!! With a few taps I can now control my alarm and see the entire property in high resolution during the day and at night. The system super high quality and very easy to use. I feel so much safer knowing that that I now have visibility and protection for my family. Central Jersey installed our security systems and door code panel 5 years ago. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work and customer service. We never had issues with the system till a week back. Recently we experienced difficulty with our security system and the door panels failed to operate due to an unknown issue. When we called Central Jersey for help there was a waitlist for a technician to come in. Much to our surprise the owner Bob himself showed up at the door in just a few hours. He wanted to be onsite as we are a preschool and ensure we were up and running asap as security of our children was his top priority. True to his words, the problem was diagnosed and fixed inside 30 minutes. His care for his customers is exemplary. I was touched by his kindness and timely help. We have been using Central Jersey for about 3 years . We recently had a issue and let me tell you Adam and Pat went well above their duties. They were very friendly and addressed all my concerns. They dealt with me for three days to fix my issue, which turned out to be comcasts fault. They are dependable and I trust them. CJSC replaced my old security camera system with a new, state of the art 4K system approximately 5 months ago. His team was very professional and made sure the system was installed properly. The camera images are crystal clear.Since then I’ve had two instances where I lost the camera images and couldn’t figure how to get them back on my own. I called Bob and both times he answered immediately and worked me through getting the cameras up and running. This is an owner who actually cares!!
