Ramon did a thorough check of the car inside and out, and the offer was fair and very close to the original offer; i had some large scrapes on the rear bumper that knocked $370 off the original offer. The final offer was fair and was more than offers from other competing services that you all know of. The whole transaction took less than an hour. Looking forward to selling my other vehicle to them in a few months.

I filled out the valuation as honestly as possible. After checking out my 2003 merc grand marquis, he input his findings into the computer. After this, he had no control. It was all left up to the computer. So the $620 valuation went down to $100. I was offered to submit a counter-offer...I offered $450. The computer came back with an offer of $300.Why not offer me that from the start? Answer: they hoped I was desperate enough to accept the first offer.So, to sum up, from my experience, if you are willing to take 1/2 of what the valuation states, you should take your car there. It IS an easy process. Though, they WILL find a reason to not offer the valuation amount. Again, not Ramons fault. :He was a pleasure to work with. I found webuyanycar.com on the internet. I was a bit skeptical about this car buying company. I made an appointment to go there the night before and took my car to the Toms River Location after work this evening. I was called by the manager prior to coming in and went over the process. When I got to the location after work I was still skeptical of what they would offer me for my 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited. Once again the manager Andrew Bailey, took the time to introduce himself and go over the process of reviewing my car. I joined him outside as he reviewed the engine with a computer device to see if there were any noted problems. He checked the car over to be sure that there were no accidents and damage to the frame. He took the car for a short ride with me and my husband to see how the car drove. Once back at the office he reviewed a few of the items that would need repair and gave me an offer which I felt was lower than a dealership but after looking at the prices of how much it would cost for car repairs he came up considerably on the price. The price was $2300 over the price that one dealership offered me and $1300 over the price of another dealership where we decided to do business to lease our next car. Andrew was professional.
