Overall it was good. However, I didnt actually get any food while I visited. I was meeting my daughter there and had to use the restroom while we were waiting for her. I wasnt even sure if I would be able to go inside at first. But I could as long as I was wearing a mask. So I did and that was normal and fine. But it was probably a bit of a hassle for those who were actually going there to eat. Because first, the front counter was blocked off by a row of tables that had flyers on them that were a little confusing stating that they are short-staffed at the moment so customers are welcome to dine-in but since theyre short of workers, orders have to be placed on-line or go through the drive-thru. Then whether you want to dine-in or not, customers have to go inside to pick up their order. And there was also a sign in front of a few parking spaces that informed how to order on-line for curbside pick-up. Im not sure if the curb-side option is available right now. Customers may have to leave thier car and go inside to pick up their order. I guess maybe clarify that when ordering if it doesnt already inform about it. Otherwise, love love Panera! Always hits the spot and has amazing seasonal items, every time. I didnt grab anything today but definitely next time. So thank you Panera for helping me out and I hope things are back in regular working order for you asap and that customers are understanding about it in the meantime. Thanks again!

Stopped by our way through portland and got a simple ceaser salad… with a side of their glove. Called and all the could do is write my name down for a replacement ? I informed them we dont live near by and they said thats all they could do. I mean seriously? This is beyond nasty. They were no help. Dont eat here if u dont want pieces of gloves in your food:) for the price I expected much better.

First time to check out this place..wonderful staff Capri helped on making the menu a bit easier to follow. A tad bit on the high side for pricing of a sandwich, chips, and large drink. But overall, would visit again.

First time visiting this business and not impressed. Salad chicken Caesar salad, lettuce was not all that fresh and grilled cheese sandwich which is not grilled and cheap cheese. Vet overpriced for what you get. Chocolate cookie was the best thing out of our lunch. 😒 car disappointed.

Panera never dissapoints. Every food I try there is soo delicious and the staff is super friendly and kind. I had the chicken teriyaki bowl with rice Broccoli and quinoa. It was amazing.

The food was absolutely fantastic as I have always had at any Panera Bread restaurant! I just was not excited about waiting 20 minutes for the food.I ordered in line for a takeout meal. I wish I had ordered online to save myself time waiting indoors. I assume they are having trouble finding help like so many other restaurants.

I usually really like this location and this is the first time I am dissatisfied.I ordered a pick two - paid extra for cheese and it was not added, instead a piece of rotten lattice was added to my $15 combo. I am very displeased with the quality of todays order, not sure why the negative change, it was always very good in the past.

Panera by PDX is not open all days and counter ordering is not an option right now. They are still providing outstanding service and food. Drive thru was pretty quick, and they have outdoor and indoor tables available. Kudos to their team for making it work in spite of these challenging times. Go and enjoy fresh food and service with a smile!

Really you spend over $50 for dinner and there is no utensils or a straw for the smoothie. We are traveling through so dont have utensils on hand at a hotel. Great job guys 0 star. Then you try to call and no one answers even better. Plus food didnt arrive when they said, cool. Spokane location is the way to go. Food arrives on time hot with utensils. Spokane location gets 5 star.

Check website to ensure they were allowing dinning in. Got there drive through only. No staff. My party was going to have a meeting there. We needed tables.

Having been a customer 2x daily for the past 2 weeks..I was saddened by the quality of the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl the salad wasnt better neighter looked remotely like the advertisement, nor did it taste as such.

Everytime I come here the wait is over 30 minutes. Even when we order online and arrive at the time specified we have to wait. Then after the wait more often than not the order is wrong Today I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. Do they not start making the order when placed? When I arrived at the window no one greeted me, no one was there to take my payment. What the heck Panera? Then when someone came to the window my order had been sitting there the entire time! I get it theres staffing issues but thats no excuse for the lack of customer service or communication.

Consistent clean food anywhere you go. I like that. Enjoy the Green Goddess & Asian Chicken salads. Rewards are nice benefit.

Have ordered here a few times for convenience, hoping it would be better- but no. Salads ordered had frozen chunks of meat in them, made it disgusting to try and eat. Very bland, not worth the money at all.

Im really disappointed but Im not willing to go back to Panera anymore. I used to frequent Panera Bread almost daily but I wont be going at all.Drive thru accuracy is about 30%. When Im not missing a full item or an item is all together wrong, ingredients are missing in the order themselves. (Ex. Dressing, chicken not on salad, missing apple chips, etc)Last time I went, they were out of several key ingredients. There was virtually nothing I could order so I left.Today I clarified the soup I wanted multiple times. When I got home, my soup was wrong.Im tired with paying overpriced prices for a meal that is virtually guaranteed to be wrong. Sure I could check my meal but I shouldnt have to every time. I dont want to be comped, I dont want to go back, I just want my meal right the first time.

Nice and quiet in here. Started with a bearclaw (should have had them heat it) then a tasty sausage-egg-cheese on a baguette. Friendly staff.12/04/20 Ordered steak breakfast sandwich and got bacon. Ods of getting correct food gone down a lot. Maybe they figure people wont sit in long line to exchange or people need to be places.

They forgot to give us a breakfast sandwich in our order, when we got it it didnt have bacon. Breakfast souffle was soggy.

Had a salad apple and sandwich all were tasty. Had the mango smoothie didnt taste mango all I tasted was ice and a little bit of yogurt

Food was great, but my customer service experience was not. I had two separate orders in the drive through. A girl named “Marya” was very rude! She ran one card gave it back to me. Then said she was going to check on my order. She started to close the window and I told her I had a second order to pay for. She continued to shut the window and completely ignored me! I know she heard me. Also was very short/dismissive with her responses afterwards. When I told her I had another order to pay for as if I was wasting her time. Not pleased.

The food is like any other panera. Decent location. Staff were supper nice & food as always come out quick and correctly. The soup was good not salty, the sandwich was fresh and well grilled. The quality of food is consistent. The always get the order right.

I dont do fast food much, but I forgot my lunch. The Mac was fine, served warm. The sandwich was cold and didnt seem fresh at all. I nuked it for a few seconds and it was edible

The drive thru we have been sticks in for 45 minutes and had to turn off the car I usually don’t leave these types of reviews perhaps it’s a staffing issue the people are really nice however don’t let it deter you from ordering just head inside or order ahead on the app I guess

L love the broccoli teriyaki chicken salad so so much !!! I only order that one and the cheese sandwich for every time

I had the soup and half sandwich, pretty tasty and pretty good, a little costly for soup and sandwich but that doesn’t mean I won’t go back. Friendly staff and friendly service and for being lunch time they had some fast service too.

They were really nice and accommodating in the drive thru. They forgot our utensils though and we are traveling so it was rather inconvenient to have to get some elsewhere. The kitchen sink cookie is the reason you should go there! All the food is yummy.

Food is good and makes really good leftovers. Friendly staff and an affordable menu. Layout can be a little confusing as the corpo dedication to color scheme simulates color blindness.

Nice clean peaceful place for brunch. Love that they have big tables. The only thing I was a little disappointed about that was they serve all lattes coffees and special drinks in to go cups. for some reason I thought it comes in glass cups? which isnt a big deal at all. Would be nicer though :) sandwhiches are delicious here and the scones!

Was ordering steel cut oatmeal from drive tru from them 3 times, and all 3 time they fail to give me spoon to eat my oatmeal third time I called and talk to manager on duty and she sad to me what they are Not providing silver ware unless being ask?!!? Making corporate complain!

Love the soup. Not so happy with nearly a year of inconsistently adding the butter for the bread and the spoon for the soup (unfortunately had to drink it from the bowl).

Absolutely the worst Panera bread I have ever been to. I’ve gone to this location three different times hoping for better service and each time I’ve been disappointed. The last time I went was by far my worst experience. I was the only car in line and it took someone ten minutes to even take my order. By the time I got to the window I sat there for another 25 minutes for someone to come charge me out. After the man charged me out I wanted another ten minutes for my food. That was 45 minutes in the drive through with NO ONE in front of me. I will never come to this location again.

This is the kind of place that gives you hulking chunks of bread rolls with no butter. Didnt even ask if we wanted it. That’s a first.Foods great otherwise.

They no butter, food took forever to get, I was served 1/2 my food, place was a little dirty, wont go back there if I can avoid it.

They have long tables for meetings, have a good amount of space. Location is kinda tuck away. But its in a good location for WA and OR people to meet up together.

1st time at this location the drive thru was slow (took 25 mins), but it was almost lunch time. Placed my order. Asked for bread as my side, and agreed to the up sell cookie. Got my order, and mistakenly I didnt check my order at the window. Went back to the office. The sandwich and drink was fine. I was given chips as my side not the bread I asked for, and the cookie I paid for wasnt included. Lesson learned if I go back.

My steak sandwich was cold in the center and the cheese was not melted. Came into this location on 4/20/2018 at noon. Wont be back. I can make a better sandwich at home that doesnt cost $10+.

Very good customer service I did not Order ahead went through the drive-thru and the service was very good. I went there because of a fundraiser for the schools in my area and I think they do a lot of that I enjoyed the support they give the community

Horrible, took the order & everything was wrong

Nasty. We had 4 sandwiches and a salad. Ended up throwing out our food. The egg on the salad had evidence of being cut with a dirty knife. It had brown muck along the cut line and finger prints on food items. After discovering that we were all grossed and and no one could eat their food. Thirty-nine + dollars wasted. My son was sick the next day.

Delicious food but always lacking in service. Im not coming back to Panera until better service is guaranteed. Drive through took 27 minutes today. There were only 2 cars in front of me. Over the past two weeks my order has been wring, got chips instead of apple, didnt get napkins, didnt get a straw, got charged for a bowl when I asked for a cup...

Just deleted my previous 4-star review. Carrie is a mean and rude person. I hesitated to change my review, until I saw her acting the same way to other customers. Im going to have to find another favorite lunch spot for my 3-4 weekly lunches, and for my weekly catering.

Lily and Anna the manager were absolutely amazing great customer service very professional and Anna help me with a problem that I I had and not getting a soup that I ordered earlier that afternoon thank you all so much for such wonderful hospitality!

I do feel this place has decent options for a semi healthy lunch. The wait times are way too long for most to enjoy their lunch break from work. Prices are decent but not for the semi bland flavors... not sure what clientele this place is looking for... They need to help these staff pick up the pace and include more condiments to really enjoy some flavor in your sandwich.

The lady at reception needs to relax.... she is literally running around the store, talking 70 word/min while everyone else are hovering smoothly and taking nap( not literally).

A sandwich shouldnt cost 11 bucks with nothing on the side (a piece of bread or a couple of potato chips dont count). If you do want small side, they have a cup of soup or side salad, but your meal will cost at least $16.50... at a bakery where you order at the counter. You can get a better lunch/dinner at a full service restaurant for cheaper.Also, a small cookie costs $2.50... still at a bakery.

We didnt dine there, we had to meet someone before going to the red parking lot to see if they had extra/leftover vaccines. No luck on the vaccines but Panerai was a great place to meet.

Food is okay. Service is poor. Twice Ive had to call after waiting for 15 minutes passed my pick up/check in time because my arrival was approved, but the food wasnt brought out.

I have not been to Panera in a long time and I thought I would try again. While the food and service are good, the value is not (in my opinion). I used to like Panera, but over the years I feel like prices have gone up (more than normal) and portion size reduced to the point where I feel that Im paying too much for what I get. I understand better ingredients cost a bit more, but it seems to me like a bit too much more for too less food.To be fair, this specific location is fine for a Panera. The people are friendly and the food was ready in an acceptable amount of time.

Panera bread is always tasty. If I could afford it I would order it more often. The place is clean. The staff is friendly. I always know the food will be higher quality than at other places. Their beef sandwich has actual sliced pieces of steak that is tender and just right. I always order a piece of French bread to go with whatever I order. It is simply the best. I do with that their pick 2 menu was a bit less confusing l.

This place will get your order wrong 7/10 times. The 7th time I didn’t bother correcting them. I’ll take a break from this location until they are more attentive.

I would give it a 0 if I could! Food was ok, but cold after I had to walk to pick up my food after the delivery driver didnt show up for work. We are in town on vacation, returned our rental car, were at a nearby hotel, and ordered Panera delivery for 2 hours later. An hour after I placed the order, Panera called me and said the driver didnt show up for work, so i could either cancel my order or pick it up. I needed to feed my kids and it was within a reasonable walking distance so i said i would pick it up. After walking there to get my order, I saw I was still charged a $5 delivery fee and the $3 tip I left for the driver! I asked at the counter and was told they couldnt refund my money!!! They could cancel the entire order, ring it all back up and I could pay again. All while my food would be getting cold, and I still have to walk back. And keep in mind, there is ONE person dining in the restaurant and everyone was standing around twiddling their thumbs. Worst customer service ever!

I placed a Rapid Pickup order for a bagel pack with cream cheese. When I arrived at the scheduled time, my order was not ready. I waited in the pickup area for a few minutes before someone came by to ask what I was waiting for. At this time, they let me know that they didnt have the bagels that I had selected. At the time of my order there were only 3 options to choose from. I let him know that I just needed a random assortment. I ended up leaving 10 minutes after I was scheduled to and they still forgot to slice the bagels as requested and provide utensils for the cream cheese. All that the location had to do, once they identified that they didnt have what they needed to fill my order, was call me and advise me so that I could tell them what to do next to take care of it.As it is, Panera Bread is overpriced for the product that you receive. If I cant get timely food when ordered in advance, then theres not much point to using them.

This is a great location to catch a bite before a flight.

Food is quality. As a personal achievement I tried a pecan cinnamon roll last night. It was good and now I have had all of their pastries. They are a little expensive but the quality is worth it. The staff is kind and friendly. The interior has a nice warm and comfortable feel to it.

Rude employees. Large size of mac n cheese filled half a bowl. Not worth my money.

Really good, nutritious comfort food. This location is great year round with outside seating for the summers and an indoor fireplace in the winter. Table service means you dont have to bus your own dishes and try to figure out which bin to discard your scraps into after your meal is over. Service is good... Its a great spot to hang out if youre waiting to pick someone up from the airport.

You got 50 cents worth of meat.. wrapped in a loaf of bread.. thanks

Person taking my order was not very friendly. No greeting or thank you. One of my items was a large iced coffee. I had to ask if it was being brought out to our table, since she didnt give it to me at the counter. The lady brought a small size to me dropped it on the table but caught it in time before it spilled. Brought me another one and said nothing, just left. A few tables were dirty and we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. Not a good visit
