My family bought a very expensive chandelier from the Toms river location a long time ago. I needed some clips and crystals to make repairs. I havent been treated so badly in a very long time (and I live in Manhattan)!I brought in my fragile parts, several of them were broken by Deb at the counter. Two days later, they called and said they had the parts I needed. When I returned, the parts were all the wrong size. The nameless lady told me to contact another company or go online. I wont be troubling Good Friend Electric again.

They did not have what we were.looking for but were able to order and have it next day. The employees were very helpful and saved us alot of time by knowing what they had I stock and where it was with so many skys on the shelves.

Stood around for 10 minutes waiting for help but there seemed to be only one person working and she was with someone. After 10 minutes we left. Had planned on buying a chandelier. Went to Ligting Expo in Freehold and spent $1,800.
