We met with so many places in the area. This place is not the factory. But they try to make it seem like they are “factory direct”. Many other better options out there. Stay away.

Was just hung up on because I questioned if they were the manufacturer. The man on the phone said I dont have enough experience to work with a manufacturer and hung up. I guess my 30 years of stick building is not enough for them...lol. This is not how customers should be treated. Beware.

First they are totally misleading, they are not selling you a modular home factory direct, they are the middle man not the factory. They were sued for this very misleading advertising if you do your research you will see. We found this out after looking into them deeper. Then we ordered the modular home kit and frankly what I received was comical. Im not sure how this kit can do anyone any real good. For $70 its a total wasted of money. Id stay away from this company. Most companies will provide information for free, and not demand you buy this kit for the info. Its another gimmick. Im sorry to rate them so poorly but I am only being honest about my opinion of this company after our research was done.
