Spoke to mark at 3:15 for my friend who had covid mark dropped off the machine that same day by 4:30 amazing customer service. Marc was amazing and easy to work with the whole time and provided amazing customer service.

I called them with the intention of doing business with them. Based on the very poor attitude of the woman that I spoke to on the telephone, I would never do business with them. She was not people friendly or pleasant at all.

After spending weeks waiting for a portable oxygen condenser, we found Marc thru our pulmonary RT. Prices reasonable too.Called Friday, had condenser by Monday, personally delivered and a long drive.Thanks Marc for putting service back in customer service!

Mark, the owner of Newtec is great. For the second time in a year, Ive called Mark in the morning and had my CPAP machine that very afternoon (my 2nd machine is a travel machine). Forget buying a CPAP machine online... when Mark delivers the machine to you, he takes the time to explain EVERYTHING and makes small adjustments to the features that ensure youll have the best overall experience with your day to day usage (youll NEVER get this attention from an Internet site order). Hes also very good about including little extras that youll definitely need at no charge (I got a small travel case and some extra filters). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
