I tell u I have no family but when I went here they treated me like family I got alot of great things from them I will continue to patronize them the staff is very understanding in this pandemic. In closing I will never go anywhere else they have Family values thanks again

Very unprofessional. They came into my basement of my apartment building way earlier than they were supposed to pick up their merchandise. They never acknowledged they were here. They took the merchandise without being properly let in. Called and complained was told I gave them permission yesterday to come and get it. I said yes at noon not at 9:30 am even before the store opens. So was indirectly that its ok to just trespass and take their merchandise back. SMH.

I really did not want to even leave a star . but in order to leave a review i had to . BUT this location SUCKS!!! If u dont pay it on time everytime they call u the very nxt day in the morning even before they actually open !!! Hassling you over a lousy payment lol . they are ridiculous . the one in lockport was a wayy better location . im just one day late bcus i get paid i work late hours so im never able to get to them in time . I will never again buy something from here .
