After messing up the trunk of my new car by installing a bike rack just after a week of owning it, I couldnt fathom giving any more money to toyota. My insurance paid for it and even though others told me to take it to toyota, I wanted to find a family owned business. I landed on Ultratone and Im so glad I did!
