Love this store! Kids clothing is so overly priced at box stores. I can always count on finding a great deal and exactly what I need for my three kids here. I make the 40 minute drive any time I can. My boys also love the how tie section,huge fans!
We absolutely love Kid to Kid!!!! This store has kept my kids dressed beautifully for years now. Everyone is so nice and there are always great sales. We are always grateful for the selection and reasonable prices.

The prices of the clothes are very nice and cheap. They only accept good quality. But the fact that I got $10 for a pair of new yeezes most ridiculous. 10 pairs of brand name sneakers and got back 30
Love kid to kid! I have gone there at least a dozen times and have sold to them many times. You dont get a whole lot when you sell to them but its better then nothing and you can get an extra 20% when you take store credit. Every time I go I do not walk out empty handed. They have a good shoe section, toys, obviously lots of clothes, hats, etc.
Really really disappointed with this location. I’ve sold to Kid to Kid in West Seneca and never had any issues. I decided to sell at this location because it was on my way to work. The wait time wasn’t very long and I tried to stay for a bit but there were a couple others ahead of me so I explained that there was no rush and I’d come back after work to collect cash and what was not taken.***keep in mind before leaving they explained that they did not need the bathtub I brought in because they had too many as well as a pile of clothes and shoes that they started sorting through. They did explain their 3 day policy and if clothes weren’t picked up they’d be donated.I had to stay at work later than expected and could not go the same day for pickup, however I did call the following morning and told them that I could pick up the following day after work (the 3rd day). I went for pickup and the cashier was confused what I was picking up. I pointed out the bathtub and said that there were also clothes and shoes that they did not want as well. A rude employee with an attitude cut into our conversation and told me that the clothes and shoes were donated because I did not come to pick them up. I explained that I had called and let someone know that I was coming in for pick up and they assured me that it was fine. She said well no one wrote a note so I don’t know. Even with a 3 day policy, you’d assume that they’d have the decency to try and contact the seller before donating their clothes. Incredibly unprofessional. Not only did she not apologize for donating clothes and shoes that were in great condition, she also had a horrible attitude!! I was not offered any store credit for the inconvenience and nothing close to an apology.Keep in mind, they donated the clothes and shoes and the tub that they “didn’t want” because they had too many in store..HAD A PRICE TAG ON IT!! I am honestly so in shock at the level of unprofessionalism at this location.
We love this store, always kind and efficient. Very fair when trading in and quality merchandise at a good price. Recommend for anyone with growing children!

The employees didn’t seem too welcoming. I struggled to get in the door with my stroller and clothes and was just watched. Not that anyoneIs obligated to help but dang. I brought a box of clothes and was given most of it back even some Ralph Lauren pieces that my baby only wore once. They gave me $10 for the couple things that they did keep. I was given no explanation. I would have been better off giving their money back and taking all of the clothes to be donated where I usually take my clothes. And the shoe area was a little messy, shoes on the floor to trip over.

The store is crowded with items. I prefer the West Seneca location, it is more open and I dont feel so claustrophobic.

Overall amazing experience! The staff are super friendly and helpful and the items are all in such great shape! There is tonsss of variety of clothes for both boys and girls and toys as well! Will be going back.
I’ve shopped here several times for clothes for my infant daughter. Everything’s in really good shape (some items look brand new) and clean, prices are very reasonable. I will be coming back as she grows!

Every time I have visited the store, the ladies are friendly & helpful. With the speed my daughter is growing & being a single parent, this store has been essential for me! Today, I had purchased quite a lot of things for my daughter as she had another big growth spurt & has out grown her entire wardrobe. So I purchased everything from clothes, shoes, outer wear, Pjs, accessories & educational items. The cashier had checked to see if I was eligible for any coupons. I was a little short of a 20% discount she said. I just thought, well Ill be back for holiday stuff & would probably be eligible then. However, she was kind enough to allow the 20% today. I totally appreciate her customer service & will be back for sure!!

Nice service and good deals for kiddos. My only reserve is that its a little crowded in some areas for shopping cart or stoller.
Ill be back today one last time if they dont improve to try and sell some of my old items. Most are brand new with tags on them. I feel low balled every time I come there. They can do better. With 4 girls that out grow by the day and I buy name brands. I deserve much better pricing for my stuff. Other than that I love the staff and store. They strive for improvement so I do appreciate that. Fingers crossed for a great experience.
Horrible experience me and my husband had clean clothes in bags and they told us that they couldn’t take it unless it was in a laundry bag so we took the clothes elsewhere
Bad selling experience. I specifically messaged the store beforehand to see it they were buying pack n plays. They said yes, and explained the pricing. So I dragged my pack n play over there with all the accessories, and was told to set it all up in the middle of the store. Then was I told it was an older model and they wouldnt take it. I honestly could not tell the difference between it and one that was set up for sale in the store without any accessories...so beware they only take super new stuff. Mine was maybe 6 years old, but barely used, and they still didnt want it.

I love kid to kid everyone there is helpful and when ever were in need for thing for our girls its not long something comes in. Just got our 7 month old a walker at half the price and it was in great condition as well. School clothes for my 7 year old are always available. Point blank this is my go to store for all my childrens needs. Love it !!
I was going to donate my stroller and pack n play but the SA said they couldnt take it and referred me to Kid to Kid. Im so happy I found this place! Cash on the spot! And they are particular with what they take so you know the items you buy in the store are nice quality!

My first time there today was a success! I dropped off clothes to see if I could bake any money. They all you so the right questions... Is this your first time here? Whatever we dont take, would you like the clothes back or donated on your behalf? The girls there are incredibly kind and professional! I was nervous going in because I had no idea what I was doing... They eased my fears very quickly and Im so grateful to them! Not to first time sellers.... They prefer if you bring clothes in a box or bin, not a trash bag. I cant wait to go back there!

I’ve only been here twice; first time was to sell and the second was to sell and buy. Both times were very pleasant and I’ve gotten the best bang for my buck here. I am making this cute little shop my go to for pieces and random shopping days.
Kid to kid always has what we need and at the most amazing prices its really taken alot of financially stress off being a first time mom seeing as how my kiddo grows outta her stuff so fast! And the staff is always so friendly. I ALWAYS recommend k2k to every parent i know
The clothes are moderately inexpensive, but you always get great quality! The only thing I would like better is if they had fewer things in outfits. I went recently needing clothes for my baby and couldnt find a pair of pants that wasnt being sold as a set. I didnt need tops, so I ended up waiting and not getting the item I wanted. They do have a lot of good sales though and have a maternity section too.

All wonderful clothes they have for sale. Alot of the clothes I brought in was in their 3 year old policy for accepting clothes but once I mentioned they were in a garage sale they automatically turned down 99.9% of the stuff. All the stuff was all in OUTSTANDING condition and up to date within the last 3 years
I am really disappointed with their “selling/buying” process. It is veryyy inconsistent. The girls give me attitude when I question them. I am confused on why they have stained, ripped, older things for sale, and reject mine. I feel as if I came with the same things the following day, the girl that day would take things the other did not. I do not know if I would be willing to try it again. Thanks.
I love how clean and organized kid to kid is. I dont know how they do it but they keep the clothes properly sized and organized by color on the racks, making things easy to search through. Staff is friendly also.

Brought in a lot of really nice kids clothes, some brand new with tags, and most were not taken. I dont understand why as I didnt ask but they were nicer than what was for sale. Brand new winter coat with tags, never worn, and they didnt want it! I would not recommend.
It was beautiful on the inside, and as soon as i walked in my mind was blown away by all the baby and kids stuff this shop has in their. Everything was affordable and in great condition for being used. Definitely saved hundreds of dolllars buying my baby clothes and more from this store. I am very impressed and i am definitely coming back here for more shopping.
Great store, Michelle who owns the one on the Blvd is awesome! Lots of great stuff, prices can be higher than what you would think they should be but they have so many great sales just have to know when to shop.

Great deal for baby clothes anf items
The staff there are nice and patient. I like to look for toys and books there.But for the selling part... I really dont get how they accept things... I had nice baby jackets and pants but they wouldnt take any...
The prices cant be beat and the quality is exceptional. Theres a huge selection across sizes and styles, everything from toys and games to clothes and shoes - this is definitely our go-to place for kid stuff!
I found a winter coat for my son, great coat, great price but inside near the tag there was a small tear. They discounted the coat yet again and gave to me as a final sale, I thought that was great customer service.
Pleasantly surprised. Purchased clothing for granddaughter. Large selection of gently used clothing, toys, and childrens items. I stop by at least once a month. Pleasant and helpful staff. Adequate parking.
Great store for great deals. I was able to buy about three times the amount I could buy at the mall stores and the stuff I got looked brand new. When I brought things in to sell I thought the process was real easy and the amount I got was fair considering it was so much easier than selling it myself. They couldnt use all the stuff I brought in so I just donated the rest. They offered me cash or 20% more if I took in store credit. I was able to use the credit to buy things for my kids and felt good about donating the things they couldnt use to a good charity that could use it.

Its a consignment, not a thrift store. That said, items for sale are well maintained. No stains or rips, very affordable pricing. Outfits range $3.99-8.99 depending on brand. Large selection, very friendly staff. They consistently have good sales as well, follow their Facebook page to keep up to date.
Brought in our old clothing and a pack and play and got WAY more for everything than I ever expected! Also bought an entire summer wardrobe for my two step-daughters...everything was basically brand new and ran between $5-$7 which you seriously cant beat! Definitely the only place Im going to shop for their clothes from now on!!

This is by far my favorite consignment shop! Its nice and open, has a great selection, the employees are always super friendly (even when my almost 3 year old is running wild) Prices are more than fair. I havent sold anything there (yet), but when I get to that point I will most definitely be going here!
Fantastic new store clean and well organized. You can buy items or sell them if you have stuff you dont need anymore. They give you option of picking up the stuff they dont buy from you or donating the items. We have sold many items our kids have outgrown and have been very happy with the service and friendliness of the staff of this new store.

Decided to try this place out for the first day and I was a bit disappointed. Prices were too high for used clothing, shoe prices were ridiculously high. Very disorganized. Tried finding sizes and they were all mix matched under different sizes. You can barely walk around the store without bumping into something or someone. Brought in a box of beautiful clothes to consign they took 6 items. I think they should stop taking items until their inventory gets cut down a bit. That way you can take more from each customer. Unfortunately I will not be returning.
My wife spent a bunch of time preparing and labeling some nice newborn things our son no longer needed. Based on online prices for gently used items similar we should have been offered more. We ended up leaving with what we brought and we sold it on Craigslist instead.

I went in yesterday and got my 8 year old sons school clothes AND SHOES and I bought my son who’s not born yet clothing, bibs and hats AND I ONLY SPENT $140! Two BIG BAGS FULL! This place is literally the platinum version of Goodwill for children and babies!!! I bought 17 onsies + 2 hats for like 4.25 ! My son got a pair of brand new looking Sperrys for $14.00 ! The only thing I didn’t like was how unfriendly the workers seemed to be when asking questions. They just seemed like they were miserable and didn’t wanna be there...overall though, I WILL BE BACK! I’m on a tight budget preparing for a newborn and this place saved my life! Name brand clothing for kids is like $3.99 - $8.00 AT MOST and that’s if it’s brand new with a tag. Baby clothes are AT MOST brand name $4.00 for an item. BRAND NEW Outfits are at most $10.00 that I’ve seen. (Majority are $1.99 - $3.99) You can’t beat this place. Even strollers and baby accessories are cheap. They have everything. A million times THANK YALL !!! The negative reviews must be people trying to sell items or just people who complain because there’s nothing bad I can say about this place.One thing I’d LOVE to add about this place is every month they give away ONE FREE BOOK to your child! My son got to pick one out and he’s been reading it since! Y’all are awesome.
