The place is still shiny new. Lots of beer selections, Including Tap beer. Pretty much all the most popular picks, plus microbrewery stuff. Lots of Coke, Pepsi and generic soft drink picks, too. They have an extensive walk In cooler, with many larger package of beer.Only thing I never saw was six or 12 packs of soft drinks.

Exceptional customer service. Staff is more than willing to help any way they can. All seem to be passionate about their products and have a working knowledge of everything they carry. Whoever is managing this location Kudos to you for training your people the right way. Customer service is becoming a lost art form.

Excellent beer selection with knowledgeable staff. I picked up a 6 pack of Resurgence Loganberry Wit, an excellent recommendation! I often stop by their Orchard Park location on my way to Bills games and they never seem to disappoint.

This was first time here. Im visiting my home town from out of state and wanting to bring some local IPAs back for my friends. The guy working there was super helpful and recommended a lot of great options. It was awesome. Highly recommend.

Started avoiding consumers as the one we usually went to on delaware avenue had terrible customer service. I always felt as if I were interrupting the employees when asking a question. This one is so totally different! Employees greet you when you arrive, initiate conversation and offer assistance immediately. Plus the store is bright and beer is well displayed, with decent prices. Although a bit further from home, it will definitely be my go-to place for beer shopping.

IPA selection is sub-par for a business that is orientated around beverages. Pricing is decent if you want Blue, bud or any of the light beers. I honestly think if they had more local brews in stock, they would have a lot more business

I pull up they know what I want load my car get my ice and Im off there the best customer service beverage center Ive been to and Ive been to a few.

If you buy things on sale, the prices are average, but the things I bought were well above what I would pay elsewhere. Neither CLERK wore a mask. When I asked about that, she blew me off. She expected me to do the heavy lifting to find bar codes.

Wide selection of beer and other beverages, many of them cold. Good prices on a regular basis, but it is possible to get some products cheaper sometimes if you shop sales. They do run some pretty amazing specials on a regular basis.
