Excellent customer experience. John Zimdahl is proactive, a great communicator and made the buying experience a total pleasure. He provided pictures and videos of the predelivery work being done and even help arrange transport to our marina. I highly recommend John and Collins Marine!!!

I cant say enough positive about Collins marina. They represent the entire Boating package. With over 30 years experience, Sales manager John Zimdahl is extremely knowable and helpful! The marine is conveniently located on the upper river with a beautiful view of the Grand Island bridge, minutes to either downtown, NT canal or west river. There is a nice steel break wall for calm docking. The gas dock is deep water, with very reasonable prices. From sale and service Collins has it covered. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my boating needs.

I have been a customer of Collins marine since 1988. Over the years we have had such wonderful experiences at the marina. We are now considered the F dock crew. We spend every available weekend there and have made so many friends that we hang all winter long too. As far as the Marina and ownership, it is top notch. The service and parts department lead by Les is so responsive to our needs. The mechanics and yard men are always there to assist, consult and advise. You can’t ask for a better location to Downtown, The Erie Canal or Grass island. Can’t wait to get back on the river....😎

We rented a boat through Collins- had an amazing time! Admin and even gas dock attendee helped us and were great to do business with!

We traveled from out of state to find parts for a rare motor on our boat and stopping here was extremely helpful in our search. The gentlemen would helped us was very knowledgeable in boat motors, makes, models, everything boat related. Although hed never seen or heard of the motor (parts) we needed. They were very patient and sent us to another business who was actually able to help us out. Kudos to them!

I would give 0 stars if I could! I’ve been calling there 4-5 times a day for 4 days and left numerous messages for the parts department, and no one absolutely no one, will answer any calls or return any calls!! I need a small part to make my boat work again and this is the only place I know of, tomorrow is the Fourth of July and I won’t be on the water because there is absolutely no way to get a callback, or even a person on the phone! I know Mr Collins doesn’t care but it’s disappointing to me and my family.

Wouldnt want to take my marine machines anywhere else! I love this place!!

Been at collins goin on 6 years now and i can say the facility is by far the best in town and conveniently has a great service department, theres no place on the water in the buffalo area Id rather keep my boat than Collins Marine !!

Good people, good service, great prices

Bob and John are great to work with if they had a boat I wanted I would not hesitate to negotiate a deal with them. Marina location is great too. After slipping there for two years the only thing I did not like was the road grim from the above bridges get on your boat.

I was more or less here for information and networking, but the gentlemen I spoke to went way beyond what they could have offered-- Buffalo City of Good Neighbors through and through.

I had a great experience dealing with Collins Marine. John Zimdahl was extremely helpful with providing the information I was looking for regarding a 244 Xtreme. He contacted me in a timely manner and did not waste my time like many dealers do. Would recommend giving this place a chance for your next watercraft purchase!
