Worked with Joe Sr. over the past two years to remodel all of the rooms in our house. Madison replaced all the carpets, and sold us tiles for the bathrooms and kitchen backsplash. I have used Madison Tile for both my kitchen and bathroom remodel. The expertise and helpfulness of the staff is second to none, which is essential for the buyers ease of mind. The selection is plentiful with a price point for every budget. I highly recommend this wonderful family owned business. Their attention to detail is unmatched, for example, the labeling on the tile packages from the manufacturer was confusing which lead me to believe I had the wrong tile, but one phone call to Brittany and she told me that they had already opened all of the boxes at the warehouse and checked to make sure they were as ordered. This is just one example of how Madison Tile goes above and beyond for their customers. The shipping was speedy, it only took 5 days to receive my order which is remarkable considering the backlog with Covid.

When other companies told us we couldn’t install vinyl plank floor in our basement floor, the installer from Madison prepped the floor and installed the flooring with no issue. Our project was small and some companies wanted to charge us for triple the square foot of our project… Madison only charged us for the footage we had. The floor looks great and I definitely will use them in the future!

After way too long we finally replaced our carpet upstairs. I hesitated because I didnt want to have to move everything. Madison made it worth it. Our dingy carpet was replaced by a beautiful wood laminent! The installers were punctual, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and did a overall fantastic job. This is our second time working with Madison and we are always impressed! I always recommend them to anyone needing any flooring or tile work.

I worked with Madison Tile for several months and so grateful that I did. Tom came by to measure the kitchen for a new floor and he told me that he suspected the old flooring had asbestos and I needed it tested. Im glad I did. There was a lot of asbestos in the four layers of flooring in our home. It was a long process of abatement (with another great company), but as soon as we were ready for the new flooring, Tom and Joe Jr worked with us to make sure our new floor was exactly what we wanted. We chose BlackTex by Beauflor---a waterproof eco-friendly vinyl sheet that looks great (and pet resistant). They were patient as I looked through various designs and the installer did a great job making our 19th century kitchen floor as level as possible. Would highly recommend.

Madison has been in my Tonawanda neighborhood for years and their flooring and tile selection are the best around. When I was looking for kitchen flooring, Joe Sr was so helpful in explaining their product and he did not rush me. Just recently Joe Jr helped me with tile for my backsplash. Its so nice to be able to take display samples home, not like a box store. I finally decided on my kitchen backsplash - Cottage Series - subway tile and I cant be happier! It came out gorgeous. If I can choose no stars I would. I have no idea how their work is as I am still waiting for my estimate. We started this process in march. We went and picked out flooring and shower tile for the bathroom, and all items were in stock. We were told the work could be done in May.Someone came out two days later and measured and took pictures. We were told we would get an estimate in 2 weeks and no phone call.we called back and were told we were in the queue and it would be done in June. It is now July 1st and we still have not even got an estimate. Very poor customer service.

Great place for your flooring needs. A bit hard to find but worthwhile finding this store. The have a very large selection of flooring from this to carpet and everything in between. We purchased vinyl tile that looks just like ceramic. Vinyl flooring that looks just like wood flooring and new carpet. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable on what they sell. We picked their brains and helped us choose the flooring. We had a contractor friend install everything not one of theirs so I cannot comment on that. We have had the flooring down for over a year and not sorry at all on our choice. If your in the market for flooring its worth your time to stop by.

It could easily be your first and last stop.Joe (Junior I think?) in particular went over and above to talk shop with me. I am admittedly NOT a tile professional and am tackling a job more complicated than past projects. Joe seemed to enjoy answering my questions regarding means and methods and offered enthusiastic input.This is the kind of business where a respectful customer will get fantastic service and I am now recommending them to anyone who will listen.

I had a very nice experience with Madison Carpet One. Joe senior is a very experienced and detailed owner. My first order from Joe is wall tiles. He spent almost 3hours in total to educate me the details of how to install tiles on to a wall, what is the process of making a shower room, what kind of material will be involved......very satisfied with their service. Then I got the second order of heating tiles project. Again, Joe did a extremely good job for fits my tile installation calenda. Almost next day received all materials. Thank you so much Joe senior! This is the best place around for purchasing tiles and carpeting. We only have experience with buying tiles at Madison but Im sure the same can be said about their carpeting. Very helpful and friendly staff; usually I dont care for high-pressure sales people but thankfully you wont find them here. Theres no pressure whatsoever. John has been especially good to us.Madison has what looks like tons of tiles from which to choose, and they will help you with planning your project(s) by comparing various tiles, helping you find that special look that youre in search of. If something that you need isnt in stock, they can quickly order it for you and in most cases it doesnt take very long for the product(s) to come in. Really disappointed in Madison. Quoted me a price for laminate with the better pad and delivered the cheap pad. When we brought this to their attention they didnt really own the error or miscommunication as they should have. The response was, you owe the difference in cost.
