The store has a lot of stuff and the staff is very nice and helpful but unfortunately the stores policy sucks. They have no fitting rooms. You cannot return anything only exchange BUT you can only exchange things that are equal price or more then the item you want to exchange. You’re not even able to get store credit for the items that did not workout for you.

In many ways, Savers is a normal thrift store. It sells donated clothes and assorted tat at deep discount prices. Unlike Goodwill, Amvets or Salvation Army, its a gigantic store more akin to a Target. Its bright, open and well organized. That difference isnt free. Ive found that Savers prices, especially on name brand clothes, are 2 to 3 times what youd pay at a store like Goodwill. A Nike sweatshirt, normally $5.99 at SA, was tagged $15.99 at Savers. A hardcover book, normally 99 cents at SA, was tagged $3.99 at Savers. Its what I call glam thrifting for those who want to save but dont want to go to SA or Goodwill stores, which can be a little more grimy and disorganized.

This is a nice, clean and well-organized store. I was recommended by a girlfriend of mine at work who loves coming out here to buy plenty of things, from toys to books to office supplies. I cannot wait to go back again!

This place was nice at first. But, when I take into account that items sold at the mall Ive found have been consistently cheaper than Savers...I start to rethink this place.Ive seen these people tag on $15-20.00 for USED, WORN DOWN, RIPPED and STAINED clothes?? Thrifting use to be fun, like a treasure hunt to find something you like. To dig through the piles of unwanted stuff and find something that makes you happy at a fraction of its original cost. But these employees are reallyyyy trying it. It just doesnt seem worth it to come here anymore. You can find new clothes at the same cost elsewhere. There are still cheap thrift stores out there that have traditionally very low prices and are aware that most people who come here arent teenagers trying to do what is trendy but families who need clothes at a reasonable cost for their children.Bottom line: overpriced, dont recommend. Staff can also be rude, dazed out or just scary. Maybe try elsewhere...

Prices are reasonable with the exception of the books, I think they are over priced, $2 something for a paperback?!! I was in the Savers on Sheridan drive today. I collect old ceramic shoes. I found one on the shelf, however, someone had partially ripped the tag off.I took it to the cashier, and she stated because someone had ripped the tag partially off,it had to be reprocessed.I asked if that could be done, she said not today.I went and found another associate and asked the same question..same answer. I finally asked to speak to whomever was in charge.I explained that I didnt rip the tag off,how far away I lived, and could it be reprocessed while I was shopping? No,it would be reprocessed and put out tomorrow...Have you ever heard of such craziness? I am a customer willing to buy a donated item, and I cant buy it because someone partially ripped off the tag. They could have looked at the tape, and saw that I didnt do anything wrong, but they sure punished me...What a rip off...in every sense of the words

They trick you, 50% off color special tickets they purge so when your looking for half off tags most or all have been pulled off the racks days before that color goes on sale. Also they recently started over pricing stuff. Just because it has a name brand doesnt mean its worth that much you have to consider its used and in some what rough shape. They prices a Under Armour kids shirt with stains for $10, heck I can buy new at Kohls for that price on sale. Express cloths from early 2000s priced for $10-15 or Old Navy Cloths that their sales are $5-10 they are charging same price. The store itself is nicely organized and clean but the prices are not right. They really need to get over themselves. People shop thrift stores because they usually cant afford retail prices.
