I live in Buffalo NY, I purchase a vehicle for my personal use in Montreal PQ. Not being familiar with the paperwork needed to import a vehicle, I called Bay Brokerage Inc to complete the necessary paperwork.I spoke with Don Marton and explained we would need the paperwork completed so my wife and I could drive to Montreal to finalize the purchase of the vehicle on Friday, make a long weekend out of the trip and return on Sunday. No problem, we can have the paperwork done in a few daysDon sent me dozens of forms to fill out. I filled them out to the best of my knowledge and email them back. Days go by, with no correspondence. I call Don, did you send the paperwork back to me? I didnt see it I resend it all again. A few days later, there is more information needed from me, I fill it out and send it back. No correspondence from Don.Now it is Thursday and we plan to leave very early Friday morning and I dont have confirmation that my paperwork will be at the boarder on Sunday. I call Don, he needs more information filled in, I fill it in and resend it.I honestly dont believe Bay Brokerage started working on my paperwork until Friday, the day we wanted to leave.I called Don Friday morning, he said, he needed more information filled in he would have everything completed for us by noon. The paperwork was not completed until 6pm Friday.Due to all the delays, we had to change our plans multiple times and where charged reservation cancellations fees due to Bay Brokerage.I would not recommend this company. Their lack of communication and timeliness for completing paperwork is unprofessional.Save yourself the frustration, dont deal with Bay Brokerage Inc.
