The cashier was extremely rude and it was obvious she didn’t want to be there, needs retraining in customer service. Maybe don’t answer a personal phone call and have a conversation when your taking care of a customer. Management was notified and will probably do nothing about her since she has been there longer than him,

Hadnt gone in some time, but was waiting for Texas Roadhouse (in the same plaza) the prices on some nice decor was very reasonable. I got a 4x2 mirror for $40 on clearance (it was the last or only one). Ill definitely be going back.

Ron in the furniture dept is the BEST! Second time we’ve gone to the Tonawanda location to be helped by Ron who worked hard to get us our furniture even though both times we had to go to a different location for the purchase. Give him a raise he promotes your business!!!!

Came here on a Sunday night and Sandy put a couch on hold until Tues for my fiancée and myself. Store policy technically only allows a one day hold but she knew we were serious. After dismissing Ridge Furniture and American Freight Monday morning we were back at Big Lots and the couch being held was in our living room by 4pm. Its great quality and our family is definitely grateful that Sandy was so helpful! Great price, great quality and great service!

Went for a couple small items, mens wallet, magnifying glass, Easter decoration for my door. Theyve changed since Ive last been there, its mostly furniture, home decor, and some food in the back. Did not carry my small items, I was able to find my door decoration.

All of the employees I encountered were so friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service and the store was very neat and well stocked. Covid compliant.

I was just there today to purchase a couch, however after about 10 minutes of being in the store i saw more than 6 people walking around without a mask on. I am very shocked that not one associate enforced the fact that a mask has to be worn while in the store, which is also mandated per CDC Guidelines. A store associate i spoke with informed me that per Management they are not allowed to say anything to the customers without a mask, which is even more mind blowing to me. Please, for the sake of everyones health wear a mask over your nose and mouth to stop the spread. I did not complete my planned purchase.

I just purchased bed in a box Sealy hybrid mattress. My salesperson was outstanding!! He was polite,well informed and even helped me load the box in the car. My purchase was easy and painless..... just the way I like shopping.

Love my Big Lots they have quite a Lot to choose from furniture, home goods of every kind, food such as cereals, canned goods sauces, and more. Toys, candy, snacks, health and hygiene they got it all at great prices.

Always clean and organized. They have a Shield guard to protect their works but it gets in the workers way seems a little awkward. But you can see the effort at keeping their workers and customers safe.

Employees do not care about health of customers or employees. When told about a customer who had just entered the store without a mask during the COVID-19 pandemic, they responded with Im sorry but there is nothing we can do. They can ask the customer to leave or put on a mask or other face covering.

Big Lots was more pricey than I expected and the one thing I was looking for (a desk lamp) they didnt have. No lamps at all. Strange.

I actually didnt come here to buy anything, I stopped in the store because I had a bike emergency and needed to borrow an Allen wrench. The sales associate I spoke to his exceptionally understanding, he ran around the store to find me a wrench, and brought it to me where I was searching for one in the drawers of the assembled flat-pack furniture.

Love love love this store they always seem to have what you need they are remodeling it right now and I cant wait until they reopen. Actually its an awesome store especially at Christmas time they have a lot of the singing Christmas dolls. And over abundance of Christmas lights. But many of my DVDs there. Even bought Furniture there. Bought our Christmas tree there we still use it. Just an all-around great store give it 50 stars if I could PS people that work there are always friendly and go out of their way to help you every single time love Big Lots

This Big Lots has a good selection of items that are reasonably priced. The store was recently remodeled and it is very nice inside. The only negative is that the checkout person answers the phone while checking people out, which slows the line and disrupts the checkout process.

Our cashier was friendly and upbeat. The store was neat and clean. Cant ask for much more.

Nothing bad to say, and the employee asked if they could help as soon as it appeared we might need some help but not to the point it was too soon . Theyve really expanded their selection, and their prices are still decent. One of the better discount stores, and it gives you more room to move around and to look at things.

The renovations they did are great. The store is much more updated and bright! I will say I was a little disappointed in the high-ish pricing of the furniture, especially the couches, as I remember big lots always had lower prices than other well known furniture outlets. In any case they usually have good deals on other things, so Ill be back soon to get decorations and such!

I sat on 100 sofas and couches before just dropping by Big Lots. Much to my surprise, I found something that worked for me, was the most comfortable of all I sat on, had a soft rugged material, and best of all, was a fraction of some of the other sofas I was seriously considering. Under $400 I found it, and brought it home right away. The legs were all that was needed to be installed, and the deal included 4 matching pillows. I saved a lot of money.

Disappointed in lack of products. Specifically went for runners, only had one of what I wanted and Pickens were slim. Otherwise I usually love the store.

A big lot like all the rest its one of the newly improved stores with the updated interior and new larger showcase for furniture, the furniture showcase does take up a considerable portion of the store almost half of its floor space now

When you go into big lots you never leave with only 1 thing. Great prices between food and merchandise.

They have revamped their store and it is very appealing.

Plenty of parking and a clean store over all. With a little walking around, I found exactly what I was looking for and then some. Also there is furniture at this location.

Recent renovations have greatly increased the look, cleanliness, & atmosphere of the store. Unfortunately it seems to have also increased their prices. I found the exact same items cheaper at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Dollar General, Walgreens, etc...

Big lots is one of my go to stores when I need something for my house, and dont want to make a Walmart trip. However, their prices went up quite a bit after their renovations, and I find myself making that trip to Walmart more often now. Everything is pretty easy to find, and the staff is great.

I know they are discounting everything so they can remodel the store. I am happy for that and the discounts. What makes me unhappy was the lady at the check out. She didnt put anything in bags or box . I was left to put it back into the cart and take it . She just seemed like she was unhappy or couldnt be bothered . Not to mention didnt ask if I had their loyalty card. In todays world customer service is key. They just lost this customer .

Very disappointed with their furniture. They look heavy duty but they arent. Bought a pu leather sofa set with recliner. It was $1200 all together. Broke in just 2 years.
