This restaurant is the best! At first you would think that it is a normal restaurant but it is so AMAZING. One of the most best restaurants Ive ever been!!! I consider you guys to dine here. Incredible food and amazing service!

So every time I go there, I get a double double mocha ice coffee and it’s never stirred. I went today, never stirred as always, whatever but my boyfriend got a large and I got a medium of the same coffee. They both came in the same size and one was lighter than the other. I’m just fend up with them NEVER making my coffee right. I LOVE Tim Hortans. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Every time I come the service is slow at this location. But that’s the least of my concern. I order a turkey bacon club sandwich. And for some reason the last couple times it came with ham on it. But every time I notice it I am to far away to come back. When I mentioned it to cashier they just say I am sorry. Seeing that it happened more than once and my family are long time customers it would be nice if someone reached out. My wife refuses to go back because they never make her iced coffee right it’s never stirred and every time we get combos half the options they are out of stock. I tried to stick it out but the service just does not seem to get any better. The late afternoon and evening staff seem like there more concerned with being on there phones then giving good service. It’s ashame because I have always been loyal to Timmys for my coffee and lunches guess I will have to move on.

Falsely advertising as 24 hours. Really opens at 6:05 am because the drive through teller is never ready by 6.

Service is absolutely horrible, wait forever to get waited on with noone else in there, parking lot ALWAYS littered w trash! Terrible management
