They are not customer service centric. On a positive note, they came out within 24 hours notice to fix my door opener. My frustration with them is that they asked for my credit card to schedule a visits but said it would not be charged. When the repairman came out, he was only there 2 minutes and said there would be no charge - I was obviously happy. Then disappointed when I found they charged me $150 without informing me. I had to call a couple times and they still haven’t said what the guy did do in the future, I can fix instead of paying them $150 for 2 min. They did provide a small refund ($30) on their high charge - they agreed that $150 is too high for 2 min fix.In the end, I was happy to have it fixed but I won’t be calling them again. Don’t like a company that charges you without warning - especially after being told “no charge”. I do not recommend them. BTW - the door and door opener were installed by them 15-16 months ago, granted I guess out of warranty but I was a prior customer of theirs.

I was scheduled for an appointment. After waiting over 30 minutes I decided to call the office. The receptionist informed me that the door installer was in a meeting and should have called me. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I immediately declined!! Thanks for having me wait around😩

I am a very particular person when it comes to any service work done for me and Andrew, the technician did a fantastic job. He was neat, clean and thorough. He explained every step and his craftsmanship was phenomenal. I am in the service industry myself and usually find fault with most work done to my house. I expect any tradesman to work as if my house was their own as that is how I perform jobs. Thanks again for a job well done Andrew and Mark who came out and estimated the job. I do not look for the cheapest when hiring for my house, just the best and I think I made the best decision.Erik

Called them for a quote to repair my garage door. They did it without asking me for permission. Sent an invoice later and I sent a check back since they fixed it. However, after two month, a lady named “Mary” keep calling me everyday saying they never received the money. I never met anybody from this company. I am assuming their filed workers are okay, but whoever run the office or operate the company sucks.

I needed a remote control for my garage door and these remotes are proprietary to Overhead Door. I called to get the location, make sure they had what I needed in stock and their hours. I received quick responses to my questions and detailed directions. I walked in 6 hours later to get the remote and the salesperson remembered my call and was happy and courteous. He explained to me how to program the remote and I was in and out within minutes. Thank you!

From the first call I made to inquire about a new garage door they were very professional and the tech Nick S. that installed the door was also awesome and professional and polite. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!

What a fine job the company did. All brand new and looking like a million dollars. I would recommend them to anyone. Very impressed with the professionalism.

Only 4 stars because of a minor issue in the beginning but Overhead took care of the problem rather quickly. Its obvious they care about the customer. Very happy with my new door. Andrew (they call him Drew) did an excellent job installing. He was friendly, professional and thorough. Cleaned up and even took the time to show me how to maintain my new door. Thank you Drew!!

Called on Wed and was told Mark would come out Friday to give me an estimate on an overhead electric door. I stayed home all day and no one called or stpped by. Very disappointed
