Ive called several times just to ask a few questions, and have been met with incredibly curt responses. They never rushed me, nor did they pretend to know something they didnt. Very satisfied from my interactions through the phone so far. Will definitely check them out in-person for my gun and ammo needs.

Moved to NY a little while ago and am going through the process of acquiring a pistol permit. Have called and stopped in to a few places around WNY to learn some of the laws, ask about transferring my pistol here once I get my permit, gun purchasing and a few other things. This was the only store to actually make time for me and help me without showing an ego. Definitely plan on giving them more business.

Called them. Never got back to me and I stop in and they never answer the door no one ever got back to me was put on hold for 30 mins I finally gave up maybe. They did that cause in an American Italian white mail trying to protect my family lol good job

Friendly and very helpful staff. They didnt have the rifle I was looking for in stock so they ordered it for me along with some ammunition and I had the rifle in hand in about a week. Great store, I would reccomend them to anyone

Staff were very helpful, however at this time the inventory was depleted so I was unable to touch and feel any firearms to help me decide my choice
