It was extremely good customer service. Easy to get a unit that I needed, and after seeing it, I needed a bigger one immediately. Ill use them again if needed.

Dawn was very efficient in helping rent out space that would Asheville engorging room for my belongings as I wasn’t sure . She showed me around the facility so I knew where to go and different entrances to move my stuff in . She was super fast and explained everything to me . Overall she was friendly and helpful .

First time renting a storage unit in a few years. Pulled in and there was touch booking option posted. I Was able to access their site from my mobile, search storage locations and spaces available, see open specials, book,pay and access the unit all within 10 mins. Would have been 5 stars but there was one surprise, if disclosed it was not easy to see, a new style cylinder lock in the unit, I was essentially forced to use it, no price info, just that it will be added to the bill, I have never seen one before, and ordering it online from an Amazon type place wont work as you have to lock it when you leave.

I had rented this storage when it was Uncle Bobs storage and have been here for 12 years. It was great and the staff was wonderful then. Paid them 12 long years.Unfortunately Life storage staff Tammy especially is a jerk and very unfriendly and rude lady. Had to pack and leave. No work ethic or decency even, all she wants to do is stand and smoke. anything else is a botheration for her.

My husband came in to get prices and spoke with a woman (he doesnt remember her name) but was impressed with her friendly disposition. She showed him a couple of different units after listening to what we are storing and her suggestions were right on the money! We have found another location that is cheaper in price but are considering coming here anyway because of the customer service my husband received

Tammie is wonderful. She gave me helpful tips on the glass covers I bought and made my move in fast and easy. I was recommended by my moving company to come here and I was not disappointed. I will tell anyone needing storage to come here

Dawn has been an exceptional help and continues to be. We are SO impressed with her willingness and enthusiasm to assist with our move. She certainly has a passion for working at Life Storage. She advised and helped coordinate our move into our unit by recommending the use of Life Storage moving trucks and dollies. We had a Uhaul truck and dolly booked but after her great advice we canceled it which saved us time and money. Moreover, we started off with a drive up unit for a couple of months but after consulting with Dawn she recommended moving to the climate control building which not only enhanced our business but also has been so much more convenient not only for us but also for our deliveries. She interacts professionally with drivers and spoils them by directing them to save them time. Her customer service has been phenomenal and she always greets everyone with a smile. She has been very pleasant to work with. Our first impression upon entering the office was a lasting one which heavily influenced us to recommend this location to anyone looking for storage space. The property is very clean, well kept, and secure creating an organized well-balanced ambience. Considering we had a rough Winter, they regularly plowed and salted keeping safety first. I recommend this location to anyone!! Thanks Dawn for all you have done and continue to do for us and all other customers :)

Tammy was very nice and super helpful, although the prices are extremely high, Tammy explained it is their busy season and have very few units available, and even offered prices of other facilities in the area. That level of service is hard to find these days. Thank you Tammy, if I ever need storage in the future (and can afford) to store at your store, I will definitely be back!

Doug was amazing!! He was honest and open and made the reservation and signing process easy. He really looks out for his customers!The facilities are also gorgeous. Very clean and well maintained and there really is a sense of pride shown! I reserved a climate controlled unit and the building has a huge garage that fit my 15 foot truck and we could close the door to take us out of the winter weather. It was a huge help throughout my move.The amenities offered through life storage totally beats out the competition. The prices are amazingly affordable ans there are always deals going on!You cant go wrong having your precious items stored here. Highly recommend!!

I have stored with Life storage 3 times since it was Uncle Bobs. The employees have always been extremely friendly and accommodating. I was disappointed to hear that Doug moved locations but delighted to hear that he was promoted. Dora has been a complete delight as well as Sheila. Never had a bad experience with customer service.

They are constantly raising prices. Due to the market. Well they made me condense from 3 10x30 to 1. And they have A LOT of vacancies. They are pricing themselves out of business.

Super clean! Kept my stuff in climate control for months and there wasnt even barely dust on anything. Security cameras looked very good and lighting was good at night. The buildings look maintained pretty well unlike other storage companies in the area.

The entire process was super easy. Signing up online was fast and simple. Whenever I had a question the staff was more than willing to explain everything with patience and detail. Sheila, the Manager was such a sweetheart on the phone and in person. She was so friendly and courteous. She made renting a storage space easier than I thought. It was a pleasant experience overall. I had an amazing experience with the team here. They make the process very easy and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. My husband and I moved into the storage unit and we actually did not lock our storage unit correctly and they call me and left an urgent message stating that we did not lock the unit and please come back to lock it. I definitely appreciate that level of service. The paperwork was very easy to understand and the monthly rates are very competitive with other comparable companies.
