We got our first Toshiba copier 4 months ago and we are all so pleased with everything about Toshiba ~ from their outstanding service to our great copier! Our Acct Executive, Kathleen McGee has been wonderful! She is so very helpful every time that I have contacted her, she always follows through and takes great care of us. I love knowing we have a person we can contact who cares about us. And, from the day of delivery of our copier, she helped to set it up with everything we needed to easily print our church bulletins, inserts, announcements, programs, cards and newsletters. Using the profile settings allows us to easily print exactly as we want it (with the correct paper size, double sided, with one side color and the other black & white). We do a lot of printing at Kenmore United Methodist Church and it all goes easier and quicker with our new copier! Thanks so much!!

Tiffany has been a joy to work with! She was patient with our church as we were deciding what to do about replacing our older copier. She was always available to answer questions, but was never pushy.Tiffany has also been very helpful since we leased a new Toshiba. Tiffany Konstabel is the best account executive ever! We ordered a new copier this year and she made it so easy. Tiffany took care of all the paperwork and even came during the installation to make sure everything went smoothly. But Tiffany didnt stop there, she even made a beautiful banner to hang in our building highlighting the latest photos of our congregation. I didnt know how to do this so she trained me and now I can make them myself. The copier can do amazing things and she is eager to help me learn so we can get the most from our copier.
