Hannah was the best part about this UPS. I have never been in such an unorganized mailer. I really hope this business steps up their game. It took forever for my package to ship.Edit: Maybe the owner of this small business should treat her employees like they are human beings not objects. Enjoy having no workers.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! I visited this store about a week ago and there were only 2 employees facing a store full of packages. The fact that you only have 2 employees on the floor being overworked is ridiculous. The wait times for packages is absurd and you can tell the workers are doing the best they can within their ability. Where is the owner to step in and take care of business when things are understaffed? Every small business I know has their owners on the floor putting just as much work in as their employees! If you want speedy service I HIGHLY recommend you take your business to another facility.Post-response edit:It is unfortunate that you take me for someone who was a previous employee. Maybe that speaks volumes about how you run your business. Either way, I am a real customer who is disappointed with the service and the way you have been responding to these poor reviews. It seems like you fail to take responsibility for the state of your store. If this is how you treat disgruntled customers I can understand why youd fear retaliation from mismanaged previous employees.

I tried to come to the store, it used to be properly staffed but now all the employees are gone and it wasnt open at the designated time. Whats going on? Can the owner of the store please explain? If employees are not showing up can the owner not work in the store and have it somewhat functional? Id honestly give this store zero stars if possible but I cant.DO NOT go to this store.

This UPS Store is ALWAYS on point! Everytime I go in there they handle things quickly and professionally. Always ready to help. The last 2 times I came in Larry took care of my packages. This dude is super helpful every time. Enjoy.

Its 10am, 2 hours past the time it is supposed to be open. Someone said the guy takes a bus and was over 30 minutes late the other day. This is an ongoing issue and the owner should be aware. I was there for about 10 minutes and there were over 5 customers that had to leave because the store is locked and closed.The owner should be made aware and should probably keep a better eye on when the alarm gets disabled and such. You have to pay rent no matter what.

The associate working there “ Larry” was extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly. Made returning an Amazon item very simple and headache free. The item was large and had to be repackaged and he took care of all that.

I was here this morning and it was packed for Christmas mail. One person was handling everything at the time alone until another clerk came on. She was doing a terrific job, was very efficient and extremely courteous, and also very patient. Her name was Hannah, and everyone was complimenting her on how wonderful she was managing it all. It didnt take that long in the end because she knew exactly what she was doing.

The ups store sign said that they are open at 8 am on Friday. That is a lie. Its after 8:30 and the lights are off and no one is in the store. If you go to this location be prepared to be late for work.

The woman manager (didn’t catch her name), here, is incredible, and I have to recognize her! She answered all my questions, without being condescending in the slightest. This is unlike my last experience at another location, which was tense, because the service there was “sassy-ish.” Thanks again for the great customer service!

Heather is the manager here and she is does an awesome job! I called and asked if she would keep the store open late for a minute or two since I was driving from Blasdell after work. She didn’t hesitate and absolutely agreed to do so. Best ups store I’ve ever been to hands down!

My neighbors package was just delivered to me and when I went to go give them their package I saw my package at their house and the package from across the street I don’t know who this driver is but he needs to be fired ASAP I ordered something a couple months ago and because I wasn’t home he felt that I live In a bad neighborhood so he kept the package and brought it back I looked carefully at everything about this packages shipping and no where did it say that I needed to be home to sign for it or for it to be left there i am so sick and tired of this ups guy he dropped my shoes at the neighbors house like 4 months ago this is ridiculous just today he had 3 packages for 3 separate houses and not a single one delivered to the right house I’m furious I will not use ups anymore I will make sure it’s usps or fed ex next time good day

Nothing but great service at this store. The staff is always nice to talk, very efficient and with a smile in their face. They do take care of your packages promptly, never had any missing or damaged package. Overall the best UPS Store around Buffalo area.

I have shipped repeatedly out of this store. I even shipped an antique wood chair once. They are very professional and helpful and do a very good Job of packing your Items if need be. You get a tracking receipt and address verification, then a likely delivery date that is either on time or it comes a day earlier.

The crew there was able to get my document notarized and in the mail to the State with tracking for less than $10. Cant beat that. Really you cant. I am impressed, and will use UPS store again.

I went to return a package on a Sunday at 2pm, the guy had already locked the doors when it specifically says they ARE open until 3pm for the holidays. Either fix your times or don’t lock the doors when you’re not supposed to.

The worst UPS Store Ever ...!!!! They took my money for an express international service and they send my package using USPS without telling me so .... and my package ended up getting lost ....!! When I asked for a refund, they say they wont refund me ! I wouldnt recommend getting service at this store, the staff is rude, disloyal and dont seem to know what they are doing ..! a complete ripoff and a scam ....!!

The store was busy when I visited but the line moved quickly and all the customers ahead of me seemed to get the attention they needed. I know I left satisfied and my package arrived promptly the next day in Rochester. I have always relied on this location for my occasional shipping needs and will continue to do so.
