Rick and his team were very professional and did a great job. My Pilot looks great. Went back again to have them look at another car and Rick took a lot of time to explain things to me and lay out my options so I could make an informed decision on how to move forward. I really like working with them.

This place is great. They do everything they can do to get the price down but that your vehicle will look original. I never felt uncomfortable when talking prices. Will remember this place whenever I need a body shop or even small jobs.

How awesome are these guys? My wife drove alot faster then she should have through a large dip(Gutter). She bottomed out the front of the car and dislodged the bumper. Shes contacted our insurance and dropped the car off on a Wednesday. They reattached the bumper and went through the whole car. Called us Friday at noon and said the car was ready. Heres the awesome part, NO CHARGE. They said it was some bumper clips, and did an alignment on the car. NO CHARGE. We contacted our insurance agent the claim was canceled and taken off our record. We picked the car up and it looks great. These guys are good people, and its getting harder these days to find businesses like this one. I will tell everyone I know if you need work done, these are your guys.

Caliber Collision is a wonderful business. I came in because my car said (service engine soon). I was very worried because I am an older lady trying to live on social security. So, they found the problem, (a plugged hose I think), and cleaned it! Then after this diagnosis and working on my engine, they said No Charge! While I was waiting they offered me cocoa and apple cider. I could have hugged them all!

My sons 1995 f150 had been rear ended and Caliber did a nice job getting it repaired for him. I was worried about the paint match with it being a 1995, but they were able to match the paint. Rick kept me informed the whole time of how things were going on it.

Got in an accident and Caliber did not disappoint. They took care of me that day and made sure I was aware of everything they’d be doing. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and let me know if there were any delays(not on their part COVID just messed up production with the specific part we needed) They went the extra mile and fixed my car within 3 weeks of the accident. Quick, clean, and excellent attention to detail. Their prices were very fair.I had fully expected my car to be totaled by a high speed collision, but they were able to repair it. Now it drives like new.They coordinated with the rental car service and were able to have the pick up and drop off for that at their location to make my day seamless.They cleaned the car of the soda that my kids spilled in the accident and made it shine. The emergency cash I keep in the car was left untouched and they worked well with my insurance.

When a neighbor backed into my daughters car we took it here to have it repaired. Turns out the frame was bent from a previous owner. Car ended up getting totalled but without the honest professionalism we would have never known. Yeah it sucked to lose the car but potentially saved a life if that car was ever in a moving accident. I started to make some wiring repairs on my four door Ford F-150 and realized that it was more work than expected. I talked to Dillon at the Tooele shop. He said that if I ordered the wiring harness ( because it would be cheaper for me to order than for them to order) they would install the harness. I arrived with the harness only to be told that they it would be easier to repair the harness instead. So they saved me money because I can now return the harness and get my money back. Kudos to Dillon and the Tooele Caliber Collision.

Caliber did more then amazing work! I was scared to work with a body shop because I heard so many opinions about getting screwed over and that shops make you fix more than you need. Luckily I went with caliber and did not have a hassle! They fixed the problem and returned my car even a day earlier in more then perfect condition! My car was accidentally damaged by a county employee and Caliber Collision was a preferred shop for the countys insurance. Since it was also close to both my home and office I decided to go with them and Im glad I did. When I got my car back it looked like nothing ever happened. Between Everest and my insurance co. I was not kept in the loop about anything. I had to call either one them for details. For 2 1/2 weeks I was the one looking for a date. Done complaining. When I got someone on the phone at Everest (Vivian) very polite, very helpful. The work Everest did on my car was incredible!! The detail was perfect inside and out. The only real problem was the communication issue. I would take my car back if they improve on that.

No problems. They have been great to work with every time I have gone there. Usually get it in within a few days, and get it done just as fast. The results have always been fine as well.

The work done was excellent. It was the QC putting my truck back together I am very troubled by.Picked up truck October 17 2019.1.Tie down hooks in my bed were not bolted on. 2 of them were hanging by one bolt while the others bolts were sitting in the bed. None of the four tie downs were tighten down.2. When I turned my air on particles bleweverywhere from the vents inside my truck. There was a lot. It was whitish particles almost like sawdust. It was a mess.October 193. found 2 of my lug nuts in my driveway. Lucky they fell off in my drive way and I found them. Rechecked all lugs with my torque wrench.The work I had done was a restoration that I paid for out of pocket, no insurance. When going to pick up truck there was a question of how I was going to pay, kind of a strange question since a paid 25% down with a cashiers check, good as cash. With the amount I paid for the restoration I think the QC prep work would have been more professional. Again the work was great. The putting all the pieces together the finishing touches were rushed.

Its never fun having to take your vehicle in for collision repair. However, after being in cohorts with Everest Collision in Tooele, it made the entire experience better. From the convenience of the online quote, to the service I received when dropping off my truck, to the turn around time they gave me for completion and the quality of the work I am a very, very happy customer. The people here are great. Nick was super easy to work with. He tells it how it is and at the same time gets you in and out of there fast! I brought my car in for repair after I was rear-ended and within 15 minutes I had it dropped off and good to go for my insurance company. Appreciate their excellent customer service and communication. They do quality work and stand behind it. We had my daughters Honda Civic repaired with front end damage and the work done was perfect. I had a rear bumper replaced on my Toyota Tundra and when it started to rust a little bit after six months, no questions asked they replaced the bumper quickly under their warranty. Unfortunately, that same Tundra was in an accident with severe front end damage and insurance ended up totaling it. They kept us informed and worked quickly with the insurance company so that we could get paid and replace the vehicle. Thank you!

My repair was inadequately done. The shop reduced the fee slightly but did not offer to correct the repair. I would have much rather had the repair done to my satisfaction than the money. It was also very slow. They told me the repair would take 2 days. It was done in 7 days. I felt like communication and customer service were very poor.
