The initial appointment setup was simple. The drop off went well also; however, when I went back to the shop to pick up my vehicle the trim was not installed properly. The manager came out looked at the vehicle and said he would send some one out the next day. As promised, a tech came and removed the tape from the windshield but that was about it. Two stars for the convenience but quality was poor at this store. I even had to call in to get them to remove the expenses for the repairs. The call center was good and quick to resolve my concern. I think the whole issue is just with this location.

Went in over a month ago to get chips fixed on my windshield. Technician called my insurance and told me that the insurance was covering 100% and I did not owe payment. Now, over a month later, they call me to collect $70 because my insurance apparently didn’t cover it. If I would have known it would be $70, I would have found a cheaper place or would have done it my self before I spent $70. This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional of them to call me over a month later to collect payment because of their mistake.

I had a 2.5 crack in my windshield and I stopped in to this location, no appointment, to ask if it was possible to fix. Stan, the manager, told me that they could certainly try, but mentioned that once a crack extends beyond 1, a repair might not be possible. After looking over my windshield, Stan noticed a couple more rockchips. They didnt have any appointments scheduled so they took me right in. As I waited, I could hear Stan out in the bay area call out, Training opportunity, come over here. I was impressed because training is the key to so many business processes but easily falls to the wayside. They were able to fix each rockchip AND the 2.5 crack without any evidence of it being there!! Beyond impressed! Stan and this location took great care of my vehicle, were fast and professional. Will definitely use again!!

Though they coupd not find the window for my boyfriends 93 Chevy Suburban truck. They were very helpful and understanding. The even gave us a full refund. Ryan was a very helpful and understanding Employee.

I dont know how this place is even in business. No customers there lazy staff refused to replace window because of a little bit of rust. I went somewhere else and got it done no problem.

Love the speed and ease of setting my appointment. Great customer service. I would definitely go here again. Only knock is they have a very misleading sign in lobby that says, nationwide lifetime warranty. Its misleading because its only a warranty against the installment of and material of windshield itself, not against a new rock chip or anything like that. Cmon, fix this sign. Either put more info on it or take it down. Other than that, awesome experience.

I tried to call the tooele shop to get information about next day service when making appointments. My call was sent to the national call center which I had to give all my insurance info. and then the call center hung up on me after being on the phone with them for about 20 minutes. The last thing they said before hanging up was Im sorry but I cant hear your response. Then they hung up. All that to just get one or two questions answered. Ill try someone else.

I had to take my wifes car into the shop for the windshield replacement due to static calibration of the electronics in the rearview mirror. I was told that it would take 2 hours to get everything done. They got it done in an hour. As a courtesy, Doyle cleaned all the windows of my car, vacuumed the interior, and cleaned the dashboard. I also needed a rock chip repaired in my cars windshield. After that was done, Doyle cleaned that windshield as well. The techs there really went above and beyond my expectations and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend them.

My entire back window blew out and shattered the night before Thanksgiving. I called around on Thanksgiving hoping someone would be available and Safelite was the only ones that answered and got me scheduled for the earliest appointment the next day! We got in, fixed and out quickly and I didnt even have to contact my insurance company myself! Great service and would definitely use them again!

Great experience. The technician was really great. Came on time and got the job done fast. Would highly recommend! LPT, if you get a quote then wait a day they will email you a discount code. Basically offsetting the mobile install cost. Do it!

Did a decent job on the glass, two stars worth. I had some things going on that didnt allow me to pay the deductible right away, meaning within a few days. I got numerous calls telling me that if it wasnt paid within the next week it was going to collections. Ive never seen a company send a bill to collections within two weeks of the service, especially when they are being paid by the insurance company for 75% of the bill. I never received a statement in the mail either. Then the dude, Chris, tells me on the phone that this is how Vivint does it. So just beware, not the best customer service.

Broke windshield brackets and tried to hide it. I ended up replacing them on my own because after 2 weeks of waiting, I gave up on them fixing it.

Brad was the coolest guy Ive ever dealt with in the auto care industry. He was extremely friendly and did an excellent job. Our car had been fixed by another glass company tooele before and he took care of the clips they had broken on our windshield without charging us. We would absolutely use tooele satellite again!

Placed an appointment to get my windshield replaced days in advance, get to the shop early for the appointment ( at 8:00am)to drop the car off. Am told by the tech that he is busy all day and wont have the car done until noon and I respond with Im fine with that just give me a call when done. I get a call around 10 that the wrong molding was delivered and will he will try to get the right molding. 12 rolls around and I get a call that he couldnt get anything so I just wasted my whole Saturday morning. I go to the shop and no cars are there empty parking lot and we start talking about him getting the molding and giving me a call Monday to get the car in. Nothing no call or anything. Techna glass has the appointment made and theyll take care of my windshield. And another car just got a cracked window and guess who gets to service that. Not safelite. Good job guys!

Very good service. I had no appointment, but it was quiet so they served me right away. The crack has been repaired and seems almost impossible. The clerk was very kind and talked to me all along the repair which took less than 30 minutes. I recommend them to anyone who has a repaired windshield in the Tooele area.
