This place is awesome! Theyve taken care of us twice and now our car is running great. If youre trying to find a good honest not over priced place, you found it. Theyre pretty busy but that just tells you they are awesome.

We needed a quick job done and they were able to get us in and out so that we could continue on our way to our work project on Nevada. And there shop dogs are way cool.

I would have to say that these guys are the best and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have treated us so good

They did a mass flow sensor and a serpentine belt. I am very happy with V Auto they are honest and I don’t feel I have ever been over charged. Their work is always great plus they do a follow up with me, which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend them to people.

I had an oil leak and we found tape over the oil pan plug from the last oil check so we were assuming that the last person must have stripped the threads when tightening the oil pan plug, so I asked V Auto Care to just put a new oil pan in which would have cost over $500.00. This was on a Friday. V Auto said theyre closed on the weekend and wont get the oil pan until the next Tuesday. I leave the car there so the oil pan can dry for them to work on it, but I get a call from them the next day (Saturday) telling me to pick my car up. I asked if they already received the oil pan. They said they found that the oil pan bolt (plug) was broke, the threads were fine so they just replaced it. They only charged me for the oil change.Yes, I highly recommend V Auto Care. They believe in the integrity of theyre work and now, so do I.Thank you V Auto Care.

07 Camry cylinder misfire, they Had me in quickly for diagnostic . They Diagnosed within an hour or two . Honest about the results . Quick repair at a very fair price, First time customer but definitely a repeat.One of the best mechanic shops I’ve ever had pleasure taking my vehicle to for repair . Thank you ! Its nice to know there are still hard working and honest mechanics out there .

This place has been a lifesaver! I drive an older truck and they have been a great help! The people that work here are so nice and they dont overcharge you. Ive had my truck there twice this year (for different reasons) and theyve taken care if my truck amazingly both times. They always seem pretty busy but even if you just want them to look at it while you wait, they offer to. Great place, great customer service, will definitely go back whenever I have problems!

This place was amazing the front desk was very knowledgeable and was very polite. I had a service tech check with me before they started to work. to guarantee that they were doing the proper maintenance needed to my vehicle. The technician was very friendly. The waiting room was clean and well-maintained. Overall I was very satisfied I will definitely return in the future. Their pricing was amazing they were cheaper than any place in town and had me out on the road in no time.

This shop stepped in where another local shop dropped the ball. Got our vehicle in quickly and were reasonably priced. Well definitely be back when we have future service issues.

Cory was very nice, helpful and very upfront about the issues. How ever, the woman at the front desk was rude. I went in asking about the status of my car and she automatically got defensive and said she reached out to my husband but hadnt heard back from him which was the case. But when i was ready to leave, she had a very rude tone and asked if there was a problem and said i was the one being rude. I was not impressed with her but again, Cory was very nice and helpful.

I dont take my car anywhere else. Hands down best in town.

Worked on my Ford F250 as well as my Chevrolet Camaro, did excellent work on both.

I had them do my turbos on my 6.4 diesel, they had it for 6 months, they only told me it would take 1 week and ever since getting it back I’ve had nothing but problems with my truck. I am having to go through and redo everything they did, also had them do my up pipes that were broke and it looks like they just took my old ones and welded them back together when they said they ordered me custom news ones. Trying to get ahold of them is a joke, when I did get a ahold of them I was belittled and talked down to. Wouldn’t have given them a star but that wasn’t an option. 10 out 10 do not recommend.

Very disappointed with the service I received. They had my truck for 2 weeks and were unable to figure out the problem. They suggested a work around. I asked them to call me before they put in the work around but they did not and went ahead with it anyway. My AC was working before I took my truck in but now its not. They are claiming it wasnt working when I brought it in. $742 later, my truck is worse than it was when I took it in and their fix for the problem stopped working today. I picked up my truck 3 days ago. I went in to talk to Cory about it, but he put the blame on everyone else and did not accept any responsibility. I was charged for work that I did not authorize.

Extremely pleased with this shop! They were personable, professional and really helped me out when I had a glow plug failure on a return trip home. I highly recommend them, and Ruger and Nala will brighten your day as well :)

My vehicle was making high pitched squealing noises when i would first start in the morning....it turns out there are 3 belts in my car & all 3 had cracks, v-auto had 2 of 3 in stock so they ordered the 3rd one, I left my car overnight & they had it done just after 930am the following morning. Staff was friendly, they didnt jerk me around & it only cost me around $150. If i need work done in the future I will be using them.

You get the feeling being in thier shop that this is what we do cause we love it and the money youre spending there really is the afterthought for the boys at V-auto.It not often you see people (doing what they love) when its comes to mechanical shops but you usually see fancy building interior and snobby attitudes and guys that just want to get paid.These guys at V-auto are in it for the money yes but how would they hang out in their shop with friends and do what they love most without getting paid. Thats why I do business with V-auto.

Had my truck repaired last week. Computer said the job would take 5 hours. Cory said he didnt think the repair would take that long and it didnt. They charged me for 3 hours of labor and had the truck done Mid-day. Great to find a shop that is honest and does great work. Thanks guys.

Let start off with the fact they will charge you for the parts installed when theyre at home sitting on the counter.They also prefer to charge the customer several hundred dollars for hourly evap issue diag anyone with a brain knows to use a smoke machine off amazon for 200.Not only do i also have parts missing from the vehicle that were not reinstalled what parts are there arent installed correctly.They wont purge your system if you get a radiator swap. They dont put all the clips and bolts back on body parts.Their price is cheapest in town but its the shottiest. I had another shop fix all their mistakes and it costed me 1000 dollars.Not to mention they prefer to argue wirh customers versus compromise with them.Worst shop experience ive ever had. Next time ill be bringing my thousands of dollars elsewhere.
