Very down to earth and unassuming. I loved asking questions and getting answers that didnt sound like they were regurgitated from a pamphlet or a manufacturers marketing department. Sales people great! Warehouse another story...had to put our truck in 4 wheel drive to get to their loading dock due to road being gone. Then they loaded the wrong mattress. Needless to say we had to turn around go all the way back. 70 miles round trip. Always check what they throw on and maybe think about letting them deliver. Stupid me!

Our last mattress (which was from another business) had a “trial period” but there were so many caveats that you probably would have better luck winning the lottery than actually taking advantage of their “trail period.” And as luck would have it, after just a couple months we knew that the mattress was the wrong choice. But we were in 1500 so we tried to make it last for at least a few years. By the end, i was sleeping in the guest bedroom and my husband on the couch because that mattress put us in so much pain after sleeping on it. So needless to say, we were a bit hesitant when finally deciding to buy a new mattress. After explaining our experience and our unease to the sales rep, who i think was also the manager of the Tooele mattress firm, he was able to make us feel super comfortable (pun intended) about buying a new one. He assured us that we had a 100 night trial period, no questions asked and offered us plenty of incentive to trust it. Sure enough the mattress we bought never got to a point where we enjoyed it and after going back into the store a couple months later he lived up to every word and every offer he initially gave us, which he certainly didn’t have to do. None of the offers were in any contract or any part of a promotion, they were just his word in an effort to make us feel more comfortable with our mattress buying experience. Not to mention he actually remembered us when coming back into the store a couple months later. We exchanged it for the slightly softer mattress and couldn’t be happier. We FINALLY can sleep well. We ended up with the hybrid purple 4 (for those of you who are wondering) and it is amazing. It doesn’t transfer motion (which means I don’t wake up when my husband comes to bed) and I sleep all through the night with NO pains in the morning. And in addition to the wonderful mattress, we got wonderful service. We were truly blown away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a mattress.

I went to Mattess Firm in Tooele, UT. When asked what my budget was, the salesman stayed almost exactly to that number. Every sales person in the store was so friendly. I am a person who hates shopping, but I have never had so much fun, laughing and chatting while trying to find a bed I needed. The salesman was very knowledgeable as well. I went in with the mind set of getting one bed and he knew that. By the time I left, I had chosen something completely different because I was given facts about each bed and then was allowed to my my own decision based on what was provided to me. The salesman was not pushy at all. Loved my experience with the Tooele store.

Went into mattress firm in Tooele. I wasn’t sure if a boxspring would fit into my SUV. The general manager there pulled out a box spring and hauled it out to my car to see if it would fit. It wouldn’t but we were able to get it delivered for a reasonable price.I told him how much I had to spend, he went above and beyond to make sure I got a good quality mattress and box spring and worked with my budget. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm in Tooele.

Giles was excellent, very knowledgeable about the options available, was patient with our toddler, and made the process quick and easy. Smaller store, but thats what I prefer so I dont get overwhelmed with options. The 3 month also guarantee is great too. Would go back again!

My wife and I purchased our Purple mattress from these guys and slept on it for a few months, but it wasn’t what we were expecting. We decided to return it and are very happy we did.
