I like Payless Shoe Source, a lot! This location is pretty close to me and usually not to busy. The manager is always friendly and willing to help. They dont how ever have very many wide sizes available so I usually end up ordering online. Store seems clean and picked up. Wish they had a larger varsity. Other than that a great place.

They are so helpful and have awesome shoes! I have gotten great deals there!! If youre a veteran or active military w/I.D. you get 10 percent off and buy one get half off on your 2nd pair! Which is awesome. You need to go there its well worth it!!😁

Very clean and nice place. Employees always try and help and are very nice. Only negative at all is such a small selection of mens shoes at size 13 - 14.

Pleasant experience because I was not hovered over while I made my decision regarding my purchase. That said, the clerk was available to answer any questions I may have.I will shop at Payless again.

Severely understocked, extremely cheap quality merchandise, and wont let you use their bathroom. I left without buying anything because I had to pee so bad. Wont be back.

Im extremely disappointed with my experience there. I have 5 kids that I have to buy shoes for and I got an awesome coupon for $10 off $10 so i decided to go in today and use it. I picked out 2 pairs of shoes for my youngest 2 children, when I went to check out the cashiers were so nice, then when I showed them my coupon their whole demeanor changed and they treated me like a criminal. I felt so uncomfortable, they read an email to me from corporate and kept telling me that theyll just try to get the coupon to go through, while the cashiers held my phone the whole time and kept scrolling up and down and when the screen timed out even took it upon herself to unlock my phone and get back onto the email. I usually shop for my families shoes there and with how I felt today I will probably never go back. It was my first time using that coupon and they acted like they didnt believe me. Worst customer service Ive ever received.

When we first got in, we were greeted but that was about the only good experience. Being the only customers in the store we could hear the workers personal phone call loud and clear. It was very disturbing, cussing and arguing on the phone, in the isle right next to us. Then we had to wait for her to show up to check us out cause she had disappeared. It was an unpleasant and awkward time there and Id rather have gone to walmart for shoes.

This is the 2nd time Ive gone to the store 10-15 mins before they were supposed to close and the doors were locked. Very frustrating! If youre only open until 8:45, that is what should be posted online.
