They really help walk you through the menu and change up anything you need allergy or preference wise. They make up for their mistakes too. Lastly everyone is happy, cheerful, and bubbly.

Typically, I love this location. However today was a totally different story. I definitely think that the teenage girls working there need to have some more training. They need to understand to not argue with customers when they didnt get the order right. Especially when the customer wasnt yelling. I work in customer service myself and I would NEVER have treated my customer that way. It was rude and embarrassing. All I said was Im sorry but my drink wasnt made correctly and I got an eye roll and a lesson on how to properly order a drink so they can understand it. I literally order my drink the same way 2 to 3 times a week and never had an issue before. Hate to say it but I dont think Ill be going back to this location.

Excellent, downright PREFECT, Caramel macchiato!! Amazing, kind service, WITH A SMILE. In from out of town and felt at home sitting here doing school work while enjoying my coffee! Watching an amazing crew work hard to make orders and keep the place clean! Most definitely will return!! 🙂🤗

Did it taste good? Sure. Did I order a cup of ice with some liquid in it? Absolutely not. I get it, its called iced but this is pushing it. I paid $5 for a cup of ice that happened to have some matcha in it. I got maybe 6 sips out of this. Ridiculous.

Me and my mom both got the apple crisp macchiato thinking it was going to be good cuz we read some reviews and they were all pretty pleasant and ours drinks had no flavor it literally tasted like just milk and coffee nothing else

I LOVE Starbucks but the ICED COFFEES seem like by the time they put the ice in, you dont get very much to drink. ☹️

Nice people but they play music that has club beats and is super loud. I kind of expected a coffeshop atmosphere, quieter, calmer. I mean theyre working hard, I understand the blenders and all that. But the music is super annoying and super loud. If you want to read, study or get on the internet to listen and watch videos, you will not find it here.

Bad customer service especially from Leanne or Leannie whatever her name is blonde chick, super rude! My drink was messed up, she came out and told me she personally made my drink and that I could take it as is or pay for a new one I told her I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it after the drink was taken into the store 2 times and brought it back expecting me to take it back. Her mask not covering her mouth as she had my drink in her hand. I told her I did not want to take back and would appreciate it if they can remake it, she just walked away as I was talking! How rude and unprofessional especially to a pregnant woman that went to Starbucks as a craving. Employees definitely need more training ! Very disappointed at this location, normally super nice. As I read other reviews, I agree I was given a lesson as well as how to properly order my drink as if I have not ordered this drink before and never have had issues, as well as attitude when all I said was I don’t think this is the correct drink.

The worker was awesome. But I got a double bacon, the biggest you can get and I got two strips of bacon that looked raw. I ate most of it and I kinda felt like throwing up. My drink was ok. And apparently they can not accept tips on cards, that is dumb. The only reason why I put a two was the worker and my mocha. 🤮🤢 update. I got sick. I had to take work off. I was served raw bacon in Riverton utah also. I guess my bad for trying. I cant even think about coming back to any of your companies

Starbucks is so expensive that its extra disappointing when they dont get your order right. Instead of telling you they messed up, theyll just not give you a receipt. Last time I thought it was me. This time, I know the lady messed it up. Then she lied to me... (same lady each time) Im still going to buy coffee here because Im a worthless sheep consumer. But Im not going to take any more bad orders. Im just going to change my name to Karen and with slight irritation ask for the manager.

Closed. Traveled interstate for hours and so wanted a good cup of coffee. Website did not have correct hours, had to wait til I arrived in Wendover. Yeah is not a coffee lovers state.

Was so excited to see a Starbucks posted on an exit after the log haul through Nevada, only to find out that its 11 MILES from the exit... Thats a 30 min detour. They should not post a Starbucks on the exit sign if they are nowhere near the exit. Super misleading.

Absolutely cannot live without an Iced London Fog Latte from here. Soo good. Even though its not on the regular menu they are willing to make it for me. It takes a little longer than most drinks because they have to steep the earl grey, but they have me pull ahead and they bring it right out to me as soon as its done. I always have great service here. The only issue I have is it can be a tricky place to get to because of how the road is set up, but thats not their fault.

Going into Starbucks when theres nobody there always makes me incredibly happy. I just soak in the sounds and the smells. We got our order very fast and its always a nice experience to just chill!

My words are completely positive about this place! Zoey helped me out this morning, I was having troubles finding what I wanted to drink and she was so kind in helping me, her words kind and courteous we were able to decide on the London fog latte which is by far one of my most favorite drinks Ive received. Her style was well put together and showed some originality, loved the safety pins she had laid in a beautiful way on her hair. The greeting I received was a great way to end my work day. This is all coming from the heart!

I went to this location the first time a week ago and the espresso machines where down, that is how they make all of the coffees and they are a coffee place. I gave them two stars because the staff where on point. Even without coffee they apologize and offered a number of other options, I denied but it was good customer service.

Completely dissatisfied. They always give me the wrong order. When I question it they say its the same thing like they know better than me about what I want. They never just apologize and offer to re-make it, they just argue with you until you have to leave. Learn to make what people order, not what you think theyll be ok with. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Sitting in the drive through waiting to pay while employees carry on personal conversations. Waited for some tome watching them and finally decided I didnt need that $8.90 carmel Marciato so I left.

I ordered for pick up today. 2 orders- first order was just a grande black blonde drip coffee. Second was grande blonde coffee with SF cinnamon dolce with an extra splash of heavy cream and 1 packet of stevia. Its what i always order. But My second order was nasty. The heavy cream you can tell went bad, my coffee smelt and tasted like sour milk. There was no SF cinnamon dolce in it. When i dumped the coffee in the sink i saw that they did add syrup just didnt mix the coffee. BUT when i tasted the syrup it wasnt SF cinnamon dolce, it was caramel sauce/syrup!!! So disappointing 😞

Don’t expect coffee or caramel in your caramel frappe. When the rude male at the window handed me white coffee I said that wasn’t what I ordered. It doesn’t even have caramel in it. He said “yes it is” “well did you specify you wanted the caramel drizzle???” And continued to argue with me. Seriously it’s a caramel drink, not a plain milk smoothie. That’s all I got. No caramel and no coffee. Then when I called the manager she said they were training and she’ll put me down for a free coffee tomorrow...I wanted coffee today so that does nothing for me. I will not return here.

Can’t have regular milk, order with Soy. Always mess up and give me regular milk. I guess I won’t spend my money here any more.

I really wanted to like my hometown Starbucks. Ive been coming here for years and they almost never get my order right. I left with another terrible coffee this morning. Had to change my 5 star rating for this location. Best advice is to avoid this one and opt to support a local coffee shop in the area.

Fast and friendly service. It was so nice to have the all the baristas smile, be SO POLITE, and thank me for my order. Oh and I cant forget they even made sure to welcome me as soon as I walked into the shop. My PSL was absolutely EXQUISITE☕😍

A month ago I wouldve rated this higher because the people were awesome but in the past 2 weeks Ive had nothing but bad service. The people on the schedule now dont listen very well and make our drinks wrong... Then wont stand behind their work. Yesterday we got a drink that was nasty but didnt discover it right away and when we did they were closed! So today they cant fix it even tho we had the full drink with us! Its them not listening that ruined our coffee in the first place! Very frustrated and tired of them screwing up our drinks

Waited in the drive thru for almost an hour!! Lady at the window wants to talk instead of moving the line! All I ordered was a kids hot chocolate. It was absolutely maddening! I would’ve left to go to Jannas Java, but I was blocked in already. Not coming back.

Staffs are friendly, coffees are good, restroom is clean, wi-fi is fast, outside sitting is available. Those are probably basic but yet important. Though coffee makes me unable to sleep at night, I still come back here.

I’ve never had a bad Caramel Macchiato (my fave) from this location.. ever!! I get them all the time and the majority of the time other locations just can’t get it right.Not only do they make the best drinks they’re ALWAYS so nice and fast!

I have never gotten a drink made correctly at this location. It is really simple, iced coffee with cream. Every time it always has either sweetener or a flavor. They always seem put out when I ask to get it corrected.

Great friendly staff. The drive through is busy and I ordered inside but still got my order in a timely manner. I use this location as a middle ground for interviewing candidates for my job and have had zero issues!

Quick drive through for my experience.

We ordered a decaf iced caramel macchiato and when we got it and actually drove away got a taste of it and there was absolutely no coffee in it. We went back after driving 10 miles and explain to them there was no coffee at all in a coffee drink. They proceeded to make another one and there was again no coffee in a coffee drink! Dont go there they have no idea what theyre doing

Can I just say wow. I walk towards the counter and the floor is super sticky, an area of 6x4. There were 4 employees, only 2 up front, of the 2 the girl at the drive thru was flirting with the customer. There was only 1 other customer in the store and it still took at least 5 min before someone came to take my order. The bathroom was disgusting too.

With attitude when we order on app of whether driving through to the window or announcing mobile order they always seem to have a new rule to follow :( This is with a totally empty line. We are done with Starbucks all together their diversity training was more important than how to treat the customer when ordering through app! Hint No attitude paying customers like to feel they are welcome instead of doing it wrong. Which is impossible if each employee wants it done their way! Off to get Venti at a Local place that uses better chocolate too!

Amelia was absolutely amazing!! I spilt my tea all over while putting honey in it. 😳 She offered to redo it, as well as put the honey in it for me. There is a guy that works here and is extremely rude. he will tell you they dont have something when they do. he will give you a bad attitude and if they are close to closing dont ask for coffee (from a COFFEE shop) because he will tell you no they are closing soon. (Soon as in 45 minutes ) the coffee is amazing but I give 2 stars because of the customer service. He in particular will make you feel like you are asking him to do something that he in not there for . This review is not just from one visit ... things like this has happened a few different times. LOVE THE COFFEE but VERY POOR SERVICE! !!!

If I could give minus points I would. Seems like the staff is under trained and the manager could care less. Really hard to get a consistent tasting drink and theyre always trying to get you to leave. In stead of saying is that your order? Try is there anything else I can get you? Youre not the only coffee shop in town, but as far as Im concerned, itll be a long while before I go back.

Im not the biggest coffee drinker but they do have a fair amount of options also hot chocolate. The cheese danishes are tasty and they heat them up for you.

We came in about a half hour before closing, ordered our drinks, and he got one wrong. We didnt complain, but i feel like he wasnt even listening. He seemed like he was in a rush to close. We sat there with our drinks and he gave us a 2 min warning. We were cleaning up our table when he called out to us that they were closed. We werent even out the door and he turned the lights out on us. RUDE!

One of the female baristas came to work mid shift after the amazing 4am barista man was working hard all day (I was there.) And literally kept saying like like a hundred liking times while talking about everyone in town. While cool barista dude did ALL the work. She like totally like made me like feel like super like unliking that day. Two stars. One for hard working coffee grinder dude and one for free wifi.

Several times we have ordered lattes only to find out there wasnt any expresso in our coffee!!!!! When we told them it was nothing bu flavored milk, they did nothing to coeect it. We often enjoy coffee in the evening and many many times they are closed 2-3 hours before they are actually scheduled to be open. Worst Starbucks
