The best computer/laptop repair I have ever received!I had a laptop (a few years old) that needed some updates, and after I installed those updates, I was getting the black screen of death. I called Cygnus Labs, and he was able to diagnose my issue over the phone, and quote a price. I brought my laptop to their location, and within hours, Mr Shafer had called me with an update on how he was able to save all of my data, and install a new solid state drive. My laptop has never worked so great, or so fast!I will be bringing more of our computers/laptops to Cygnus Labs to get the SSDs installed, as well as any other issues we may have in the future.Mr Shafer is a wealth of knowledge, so professional, and his prices cant be beat!

My computer and external drive crashed recently and I needed all my data saved. A friend recommended Cygnus Labs and I can see why! They got me a new laptop for a very reasonable price and transferred all my files over. Sadly, my external hard drive wasnt able to be recovered but they advised me on what to do and other possible sources. I definitely appreciate their help and would recommend them!

I had recently got a new graphics card on my computer for Christmas and then I couldnt get it to work. We then called him up and went over on Christmas morning and the drive way was all plowed for us when we arrived and then he helped us fix our problems with it and was a very nice person. Marv at Cygnus Labs has always rescued me when I have had hardware crashes or data that has been lost. He has been a great tech to take to any of my computer issues. He actually recovered all of my quickbooks, photos, and all of my sign programs recently after I dropped it at an airport. There are other computer techs in Tooele but Marv is the best. He does his best to fix the problems on computers and does not tell you things about your computer that are not true. I would recommend Marv to anyone who wants their computer fixed right the fist time.
