I came from salt lake to get pills for my dad.Was asked if I would be waiting, and told it would be 20 minutes for them to be ready, only to sit in the car for an hour waiting. Which, fine.. whatever.. but,Then get a text message that they’re ready.. only to pull up to the pharmacy closed for lunch....why would you send me the message 5 minutes before you close.. seriously?

Horrible serviceWas standing at the FedEx counter and Josh and his coworker with glasses and dark hair stood at the cash registers and completely ignored order me at the FedEx counter. When I asked his name he just slurred some randomness.Completely too lazy to walk over and help.No more Walgreens.

Don’t use the photo center here. Second time I’ve had issues. Go in to get pictures and they can’t find them and take forever and say they will just reprint, it’ll take 10 minutes. Wait around with my three kids only for them after 10 minutes to tell me it’s not working. The worker wasn’t apologetic at all. Won’t be using this Walgreens photo again.

I was recently in a very bad car accident and the Dr called in my prescription. I asked my dad to pick it up for me because Ive been in serious pain and Im unable to drive. I have MOLINA insurance which my Dad and I were unaware Walgreens doesnt accept. Long story short the pharmacy tech did not inform my dad that they dont accept MOLINA so he paid $50 when I shouldnt have had a co-pay. I feel my elderly dad was taken advantage of as they could have informed my Dad he could have it filled elsewhere at no cost. When he returned home I immediately called to let them know the situation and asked if we could return the unopened prescription only to be told that once it leaves the pharmacy it cant be returned no matter what. No apology, No attempt to make things right. WHY WOULD YOU PAY FOR A PRESCRIPTION WHEN IT IS COVERED BY YOUR INSURANCE?

Our son had surgery and the doctor had to call in a nausea medicine late in the day. It was super busy on a Friday night but they were able to fill it pretty quick. I really appreciated their effort.

Worst possible experience ever with the store manager when I complained that I didnt get the correct amount of pills. He repeatedly told me I was being sarcastic when I asked him what kind of show do they have running there and if they knew how to count to 5, a legitimate question I thought. First time ever being there. I waited for 2 hours after being told itd be ready in 30 minutes. I was thru the drive thru 5 times to get my medicine.

Employee and especially manager was very rude and horrible service.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I would not go there at all. Was good a year ago but not anymore.

I just called and ended up talking to the pharmacist and he was extremely helpful and nice. My husband has been using this pharmacy to and every time we go there always very kind.

Genuinely one of the worst pharmacies I’ve dealt with. I transferred here in April and every single month I call in and refill my RX through their automated system, just to show up later that day with no requested orders. And every single month, when I tell them the issue they don’t seem to care. This morning I called at 7:00 am to fill my RX, and after work I called the pharmacy and checked the status and there wasn’t even an order on file. I then waited over an hour on hold to get in touch with someone just to be hung up on. And now I still have to drive over there just to be told “we don’t have it, and will have to fill it.”Don’t offer the automated system if it doesn’t work, answer your phone calls, and please be more willing to work with people that need prescriptions to live life normally.Completely unprofessional.

I have never had a problem in the 2-1/2 years I have used this Walgreens. This week they let me down big.First, I acknowledge my own fault. Having only five doses left, I made the mistake of waiting until the week before Thanksgiving to refill a script only to find out I had to see my doctor before the could. I couldnt be seen until Monday. After my visit, their office used their electronic system to authorize refill. I dropped by to pick it up that evening only to find their system was down. Tried to fill it at West Valley and they had my old information and no prescriptions on file. The next day, I called my doctors office and had them call the prescription in. I used the Walgreens app to check periodically through the day, showed it was in the system and waiting for verification. I finally decided to go there in person check on the status. The system was still down. And my doctors office was closed for the day. I called the store in West Valley and they had it on file but said couldnt transfer prescription unless they could verify it with the pharmacist in Tooele... who was unavailable. Meanwhile, I have been without medication for three days and suffering moderate symptoms. The app now says my prescription is ready for pick up. Lets hope that status is accurate and their system is up and running.If management reads these reviews, please take measures to prevent this kind of system failure and have a contingency plan to help your customers that depend on you and the medications you provide in order to be well and go about their daily lives. I will thank you.

Bad customer service. I ordered a Canvas as a Christmas present a few days beforehand and it was supposed to be ready on Christmas morning at 7am. I showed up at 9am on my way to celebrate with family and got “We ran out awhile ago and can’t make it. I don’t know when we’ll be able to. Sorry.” A phone call would have been appreciated so I could have ordered somewhere else. She said they had 8x10’s and 12x12’s. I asked how long it would take if I did an 12x12 instead. She said there was two canvases ahead of me, so an hour. I already told her I was on my way out of town. I doubt those two canvases were ordered before mine. I cried all the way to my moms house without a present for her. Lesson learned, you can’t rely on Walgreens for last minute gifts from photo.

They don’t follow CDC guidelines on the weekend. I’m assuming it is because upper management isn’t there? No masks. No gloves. If you can’t do your job with integrity, you should choose one more to your competency level, or be fired. You handle people’s medications, and put them directly at risk. You should be dam* ashamed.

It should give me an option of 0 stars! The cashiers working today 6/20/20 at 10:50 am hates her job, she doesn’t greet or thank customers. Does she realizes who makes her check? Very rude, using her phone in front of customers and when she bags your stuff she is just throwing things in the bag like she doesn’t care. I love Walgreens but I think I’ll just drive to another location cause I don’t need people to make me feel uncomfortable if I’m buying stuff, before I left I said thank you have a nice day and she didn’t even care to look at me. Good some some items. I would NOT recommend passport photos from here. The photo does not clearly show the outline of my head. Submitted anyway knowing it would be rejected. The counter person did say I could go back and have them retaken if rejected. But who wants to wait till they are rejected to go back. Takes time and money to apply for a passport. Staff should be better trained to look at the pics and determine if they need to be retaken. Counter person was very friendly and tried to be helpful. I suspect that they lack proper training in this area.

Pharmacy is incompetent. Dropped off a prescription, waited forever while they entered my insurance they asked what time I wanted to pick it up, I said 7. That was hours later then the current time. I got there at 7:15, the guy told me they were out of it and after scurrying around they rounded up another brand of it and I had to wait for them to get it together. Then came time to pay, the guy said they dont have my insurance on file so they had to re-enter everything all over again. Once that was done, voila! My insurance only covers part of the other brand and then the expected me to pay $125 for it. I peeled out of that place so fast. WORST service Ive ever received from a pharmacy. They still have my paper prescription sheet too! Go anywhere else in Tooele. Awful experience.

Dismissive Staff and Manager. I went in looking for a product this morning and was told that there were 12 in the shipment delivered on Friday that hadnt been unpacked. I was told to come back in a couple hours later, there should be plenty. Annoyed that I had to make two trips out while trying to self-isolate, I came back 5 hours later.The item was still not on the shelf and the cashier and manager both refused to look it up because the online numbers are never accurate. The cashier didnt even let me tell her the name of the product before telling me this. Only after I explained what Id been told earlier and my annoyance was visible did the manager agree to go check if there were any unpacked in the back. She made it part way down an aisle before realizing she didnt even know what the item was.While waiting for the manager to check, the cashiers both gave me excuses for why the website is wrong, including this is a high-theft location and that item is pretty popular.Im still not sure how it is my problem that the website is wrong because they clearly dont see it as theirs.

1. Asking a 60 year old woman for an ID to buy cigarettes, making her go to her car to get it, and not helping anyone in line til shes back is ridiculous 10/12/2020 @2:30pm2. Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond. Great deals if you watch the ads. Its not hectic like other places in town. Love to go there.

Overall theyre nice employees, but this is the second time now that Ive had my prescription sent in and two hours later they hadnt even started filling it. Last time I had to wait til the next day to get it filled because they never check the electronically sent prescriptions. There was no one there which makes me wonder what the pharmacy employees are doing the whole time.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the store. the pharmacy isnt the greatest. if you order prescriptions online you have to change the date and time you want it ready cause it automatically chooses 24-hours later than when you place the order. great place to go.

I like it your in and out most the time. The only time Im not is if theres someone with a return or coupons. Put two checkers up front and Id give you 5 stars

Good quick service and way less crowded than Walmart

I have had them tell me my insurance denied certain medications. After talking with my insurance they did not deny the prescriptions and other pharmacies were able to fill the medicine without issue.This is either dishonesty on Walgreens part or their employees need better education.

Terrible customer service. How do you work in a pharmacy but don’t know that Cetirizine is the same thing as Zyrtec? Kristin had attitude, kept throwing her hands in the air saying “I don’t know what I’m doing.” Well then why are you working in a pharmacy? Very unprofessional. Definitely switching pharmacies after this experience. Walgreens needs to hire educated techs and not people who don’t know what they are doing. I advise you don’t use Walgreens as your trusted pharmacy, they will rob you!!

Mid November and no flu shots, this place doesnt believe in being prepared.

I tried to buy some cold medicine today. I was the only one in line and there were 3 people behind the counter. They ignored me for 10 minutes so I just left and went to Albertsons. Albertsons waited on me quickly and were friendly. I know where Ill go next time.

I thought there pharmacy staff are very nice. They are under staffed in the pharmacy department so a wait time is expected. They are way better than the Walmart pharmacy.

The lady at the photo shop needs some customer service skills, she made me feel so bad when I asked for a question, It made me feel so uncomfortable with her tone answering that I decided to stop talking and left, I will never ever visit a store like this where they don’t treat people right or where the employees don’t realized that customers make their checks

Yesterday my in laws picked up a 3-month prescription for $268 with insurance. My wife found the same prescription at Costco for $66 without insurance. She took the in laws back today and asked for a refund on the unopened bottle, and they exercised the reserved right to not take the prescription back. So Im exercising my right now. The is a great place to get medicine for four and a half times the normal rate. Worth it? Well, it depends on your attitude towards really sticking it to your insurance.Im not saying dont shop here if you have the extra cash to burn, but BE SURE TO COUNT YOUR PILLS before you leave.

I dont know about the pharmacy but I love the unique things they carry. My favorite place to shop.

Since we moved Tooele County, we get texts saying that a prescription is ready, then get to the pharmacy and no its not ready and have to sit and wait, or the prescription is at another location, or when we moved was told they couldnt transfer them but corporate said they could when I called them to do so. If there was another one in the valley I would try there
