My first experience here was pretty good no complaints and their floor plan feels much like the old Reams stores where you walk in and your immediately directed to the right. I Will mostly likely return again.

Overall the store is great, 👌 wish they had more sales going on through their ad. (Added later) On a different note. The store brand bread has been good most times but I have found fruit flys in the unopened bags, within a few days of being at home, they got tossed. Also their store brand jams have been rancid the last few times I bought them, at least 6 of them, all were different flavors. We will not be buying that brand again.

Place says lower prices on the sign.I grabbed a few things organic string cheese was one of them rung up at $11.92. obviously I had that removed off of my bill.I was doing self checkout, the lady was quick to remove it.

First time I have been in here since Albertsons disappeared. Fairly clean store. Had an odd smell of dead rodent in the entrance area that seemed to semi permeate throughout the store. The pharmacy was awesome. Very quick and awesome staff. Store prices were at or below most of the prices at Walmart. But not sure of the quality as of now. That will be a different trip.

Good produce selection. Best layout and prices in town. Every lane is bag your own groceries. Cashiers are good and there are enough to accommodate the crowds usually. Clean store with ample parking.

I love shopping at Luckys but checkout is a nightmare. Even self checkout. I ask for help and always seem to get the rude employee that doesnt want to help.

Staff is always friendly. I am a contracted shopper and I shop here multiple times a day. Good to see friendly faces every time.

Great deals on sale items and meats. Low price store brand. Non sale pricing is comparable to walmart.

Got some fresh fish today from the meat department. It was the best fish Ive had in a while. The people in the meat department are awesome! Always helpful and everything looks so clean!

The workers are so awesome! I would give 5 stars but often times they are out of stock in certain items and not a lot of selection, but the prices are great and the deli and meat counters have so many fresh options. I also think the produce section is amazing. The 3 for $10 fruit bowls are always delicious and the fried chicken is so crispy.

Many prices not shown, I had 11 items on the list and 3 items had no price displayed. No bag ties in the produce section. Produce is very low quality. Place is dirty, employees not wearing masks, however pharmacy employees were fully masked. The checkout belt was extremely dirty. Prices are HIGH - I shop mostly at Winco and prices at Luckys are 10 to 30% higher than Winco.

First of all I dont like being herded around the front of a store with a maze of produce. They have 3 choices for spaghetti sauce, none of them good. No one that worked there was smiling. They dont have the best deals.

I like to shop at Luckys because of the people there and today my cashier wasBriquelle.I believe she does her job very well and shes always friendly with everyone.This is a great place to shop everyone especially if youre looking for great deals.I give them a five star for their services and safety.

I do miss Albertsons being here, the thing about Luckys is I understood that their prices were supposed to be lower and I have not seen much of that yet. Usually only go here if we need a few things otherwise we just stick with Walmart

The front entrance smells like rotting meat. That means that the air vents in the back are pushing the rotten smells towards the front.

I love the pharmacy at Luckys. They have a Friendly, professional staff. I love the text alerts to let me know its time to refill and also texts when script is ready. They are the BEST pharmacy I have ever used. I had a prescription that insurance wasnt covering.. the pharmacist at Luckys called my insurance and they started covering it. I was going to Birch for yrs, they told told me insurance would not cover it...so I was paying out of pocket. I would of saved so much money!! If I went to Luckys sooner.

Great grocery store with everything you would need. Their prices are great. Good selection if meat cuts and seafood. The only down side its their produce section suggests geeks like it lacking in variety.

They always have a few things on an incredibly low sale price and everything else is just priced quite low. The store is basic bones but that keeps the prices low. The lines can get long at times but they move pretty quickly.

Bought FOUR doz roses for my daughters birthday on Saturday and about 95% of them were dead by Monday morning. Offered to bring all the flowers back to the store but was told they will only reimburse me for ONE dozen Because I didnt keep the receipt. Assistant manager and customer service rep completely unapologetic and rude. No im sorry this happened or anything. Plain no receipt no refund. I was never asked if I wanted a replacement for the flowers or indeed a refund. DONT BUY GLOEERS THERE THEY KEEP THEM IN THE COLD STORRAGE AND SOONEST YOU BRING THEM HOME THEY ARE DYING.

A descent place to shop. Unfortunately, they didnt have 4 of the 5 things I was looking for and had to settle for something different.On a brighter note they have an excellent selection of fresh meat. Visit the brother section to find some great deals on Ranch fresh products.

It is not a bad store, but for advertising a case lot sale, they didnt have much merchandise in cases.

When Albertsons changed to Lucky there prices were unbeatable, but now they have Albertsons prices again.

Pretty expensive in my book for a generic store . Some of their items been our of stock for quite some time. Its ok in a pinch but I noticed that baked goods on the shelves been on there for three or four days, some are even expired. So make sure you check their expiration date.

Luckys has great competitive prices. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is they no longer carry simple items that Albertsons carried. However, they have introduced many Mexican food items.

I am pleased with the weekly sales Luckys has. They do a good job rotating what they have on sale. I have greatly enjoyed the variety and overall quality of the produce they offer. The fresh donuts are wonderful and you cant beat the price. But my favorite aspect of this store is the employees. I have never had anything but exceptional customer service from all the different departments in this store.

Great prices for produce 👍 be careful though, sometimes the produce is inconsistent in quality. Best prices in town for meats, except for things like prepackaged deli meat. Reasonable loss leader sales and excellent service. My favorite place to shop for the basics, but its not a boutique style grocery store with billions of cheese varieties. I highly recommend it for the budget minded family.

COVID Precautions NOT enforced.Had to shop past several individuals being oh so considerate (not wearing masks). My family is at high risk for infections and it was disheartening to see people put their personal politics above everyones health safety. Could not finish shopping because I was too concerned about the exposure risk.

Excellent prices but there was a few people with out masks .I went and informed shop staff and they just said ooo well and walked off I called him bk to explain its mandatory and carries a 10. 000 $ fine and he still walked off saying oo I know . Lucky please please enforce masks keep tooele safe. Other shops remove people for non masks.

One of the few stores in Tooele that let’s people shop without masks which is reckless. I witnessed a ton of people shopping without masks. Lucky’s doesn’t seem to care to protect customers who have a compromised immune system.

Good priced supermarket

Personally I find most their stock at a great price for a decent amount of items. The main problem I see is how close to expiration that lots of their items are. It explains why its all so cheap when everything expires the week after you buy it
