This guy is hands-down the best. The first time I used him we got a bid from air Serv AKA Harris air, and clay from exclusive custom heating and air. They bothfound the exact same thing wrong and the part that was needed was the exact same and Clays quote was $500 less than air Serv. then the second time we had an issue, we reached out to him and he was able to come and see us that very day. He is honest and reliable and better than any other company I have dealt with.

My furnace went out the night I had tenants with small children moving in. Only two places responded. The first, airserve, wanted to charge an insane amount of money for the problem. Exclusive heating and air charged literally hundreds less, got the part the same day, and quickly fixed the issue. Answered every call and was very professional! Highly recommend

Highly recommend! We called Cleigh on Friday night with AC not running. He talked us through a temporary solution to get us through the night- then arrived first thing Saturday morning to fix it. His price was more than reasonable (far less than we expected)! Caring and helpful - expert service. He has our future business!

We had a new A/C unit installed by Cleigh and are extremely happy with his knowledge and pricing. In the past we worked with another company and felt like they were always trying to up sell us on something. Not with Cleigh, he’s very honest and stands behind his work! Update: He responded letting me know that he had a death in the family and that is why he didnt come to the appointment. But that was 6 days later and only after I posted a negative review. I understand his situation, but would have liked a response sooner. Unfortunately He wont be doing my job. But Im hopeful that when things settle down he will be totally professional with his future jobs.He met with us and agreed to help with a custom job, and we were told that he would be by Friday at 9am. Friday came and went, all our phone calls and messages went unanswered. We were given no explanation, just completely ignored. Highly unprofessional.

Cleigh was knowledgeable, efficient, and very fairly priced. He acknowledged my 10:30 pm phone message with a text he would call me about 8:30 the next morning. At 8:31 he called indicating he would arrive about 10:00. He arrived before 10:00 and fixed the AC problem by 10:15. The $149.00 charge included travel, labor, and the correct replacement part. Cleigh is a one man show competing against the Big Boys... very highly recommended! GW

I want to acknowledge the exceptional job Cleigh did in finding the cause for the issues I was having with my furnace. This was a lengthy process. After taking apart my entire furnace and working with Dominion Energy, he determined there was a problem with the venting system. The lack of proper ventilation created an issue with the hot water heater as well. He was tenacious and determined and did not stop until he had corrected all the issues. In my opinion, Cleigh went above and beyond and I am very happy with the outcome.

Cleigh started his Saturday early to fit us into an already busy schedule. Completed a diagnostic and added refrigerant to our cooling system which had froze up late Friday night. He was very cordial and professional. He had us up and running in 30 minutes. His charge was very reasonable. It was apparent that he cared and was honest. We will definatley call him with any future heating or AC problems. We highly recommend him.

Clay was great! We called him on a saturday and at first he said he couldnt make it out till monday but after i explained my situation, he moved his schedule around to come take a look that same day. When he came out he found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes or so. Very knowledgable with 20 years experience and his prices cannot be beat! Will definitely be calling him for future repairs!

Cleigh was awesome! I had trouble with a furnace over the weekend on a Saturday. I called Cleigh and scheduled an appointment for Sunday. In the mean time on Saturday, I was able to find another tech to take a look and “fix” the problem. I ended up texting Cleigh cancelling my Sunday appointment. However, much to my disappointment, I awoke Sunday morning with frozen limbs!! I immediately text Cleigh, apologized for being a pain and asked if he was still available to check out the furnace. He promptly responded, and arrived a few hours later. Cleigh found the actual problem, and was able to work around my schedule the following day to install the proper part the previous tech from another company had failed to correct. Best of all, I did not feel like he was trying to upsale me. He was so accommodating, easy to work with and quick to get the job complete. I even asked him while he was here if he worked on gas fireplaces, and he offered to look at right then free of charge!Thanks again Cleigh! Will definitely recommend to others, and be contacting again in the Spring for A/C!
