The brown girls in the store know how to clean up and work fast. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and i was very impressed because the last time I went i wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the workers. They made sure i got what i paid for which was another good thing about those girls. I asked for there names and I think one was Jasmine and the other one was E or something like that. They were very polite and friendly and i definitely hope i get them again. Thank you for the good ice cream and service

I dont understand why you would throw away the last 1 or 2 spoonfuls of ice cream on the stone especially if they havent even filled the cup all the way. When a cup of ice cream costs $6 then every little bit makes the customer fill like they got a good deal. Besides being inattentive I felt like a lot less bang for my buck than I usually get. I left pretty disappointed. 😞

I went in & the cashier charged me for 2 ice creams and I just had the one. They informed me that it would take a minute to get the money back to me cause there wasn’t a manager there for night shift. I have called 2 time a day for the past 2 weeks and no one has answered the phone and I also left my name and number for one of the managers to call me and still haven’t gotten a call or reimbursed.

Have been here twice. First time great service answers my questions been first time customer. 2nd time i was not acknowledge and employee help the person come in after me while i was in line. Customer did acknowledge me. Ice cream was not the same as first time. Was missing ingredients from the first time. I will highly consider before coming back again for $15-$20 ice cream

Last Wednesday I had a wonderful experience at cold stone. The workers were super fast and very good at what the did! I hope they get a raise !

Employees were nice but portions are weak and prices are NUTS!! Dont plan on being back unless I make it rich someday.

I got an incorrect order. While I did get my chocolate dipped waffle bowl, I got the wrong ice cream. It was the wrong size and definitely not a Founders Favorite.

Staff is hit or miss and at night when it’s just teenagers with no management expect explicit music to be playing and zero attention to paid on the customers. Cleanliness seems to be a issue between orders as well. Ice cream cakes are delicious.

Honestly, I dont like leaving these but yesturday I went there, waited for a solid 5 minutes it was just my boyfriend and I waiting, NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE, a worker comes out, asked if we had masks but we forgot them and didnt see to much of a problem because of the mandate but she told us to leave cause she wouldnt serve us, even tho it was just us three in there and there was more than 6ft apart. But ordered online and the ice cream was still good

Not only is the ice cream awesome but the workers are great too. I asked for advice for my cheesecake ice cream and they gave a raspberry and Graham crackers. All I can say is what a match made in heaven😋 love this place.

Every time we want to order from the app or online it says theyre not accepting orders and theyre closed. Its 9pm on a Saturday. They used to be open until 10 or 11 on weekends. Id love to give my business but weve had issues in the past with employees not answering phones or locking doors before they close. We just keep going to crumbl instead. Ordering on their app is easy, they offer curbside and theyre open late.

Please hire staff that’s knows how to help one another when one is falling behind.Tonight I went in and there were some big crowds, the girl that seemed the most trained was not helpful to her team.Please also remind your team to have their hair pulled up and out if their face. One of the young women working tonight had long hair that was getting in her face continuously and when she would turn around it would go on the counter where the ice cream is mixed with the other toppings.

The ice cream is the best there is, hands down. The staff is always friendly and the store clean. It gets pretty busy, but the staff bust there buts to keep the line moving. I just recently found out they deliver through postmates which is awesome. Since I found out they deliver I’ve ordered 1-2 times a week and have been satisfied until this last time I order the same thing every time so I know what to expect when I receive my order. This last time I ordered I felt like I was shorted first my ice cream wasn’t even to the top of the bowl, I always get two brownies and this time there was definitely not two brownies in it I honestly think there was only half a brownie, I get fudge as well and that was lacking as well to say the least I was very disappointed in my order. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was close to closing time when I placed my order. So I won’t be ordering late anymore and hope it was a one time deal seeing how every other time it’s been spot on. In short I would recommend this location to a friend.

Cold stone is always great, but the one in tooele always seems to be out of many items. You want cookie dough, maybe. You want frosting, maybe. You want pecans, maybe not. You just never know. But what they do have is always good!

Service was awesome! I really cream was bomb! Unfortunately the rocky mountain chocolate they sell needs some work, the cherry cordial was hard and dry in the middle.

We love cold stone but these last 5 times have been annoying. They cannot get an order right. Wrong sizes and wrong add ins. They need to learn how to read their online ordering system. Door dash has delivered 3 orders incorrectly and Ive done 2 pick ups now that were wrong. Learn your systems abbreviations.

The kids working were more busy talking about friends than helping customers, plus our ice cream cups had ice cream all over the sides, very messy and unorganized. But they were nice.

There is a young brunette girl who works there when they open at 12 and she is always so cheerful and good with kids. The banana blueberry smoothie is the best smoothie ever! I highly recommend this place. Also signing up for their reward program saved me 6.00 on a 30.00 order so I paid 23.00 instead, it’s worth signing up.

They are still requiring masks. I was there about 5 minutes and saw 8 people walk out because they require masks. They dont seem to be interested in staying in business.

I was there for over 30 mins. Never got served. 4 people got served in that time. And 5 total customers walked out in that same time. Including me because there were still 5 customers in front of me and I didnt have an hour to spend picking up ice cream. Maybe if there was some work ethic...? Not even greeted. Clearly no manager around.

I am honestly very disappointed in the service. Every other time, I have had wonderful service and friendly employees. I ordered online tonight and showed up 5 minutes after the pickup time (25 minutes before closing).The doors were locked. I knocked on the door to get the attention of the employee at the counter. No answer. I called, twice. No answer. I actively watched the employee look at me and check the phone before walking away. I have worked my fair share of retail and high school jobs. I totally understand that you want to go home on a weekend and you are tired. But we NEVER closed the doors before closing time. At least if you cant get my order, (which I understand, things happen), please give me my money back.

I went in today because I was craving some ice cream. I waited and nobody came out. When she finally came from the back I asked for cheesecake. She said we don’t have any. No attempt to offer anything else or check the back.

Great place. The wait was long but worth it. The temperature inside was oddly hot for an ice cream shop though.

We really enjoy Cold Stone, especially using our Buff Card there. However, last night was a joke! We waited AN HOUR for ice cream! While there were three girls there, only ONE was helping customers. She was smiling and doing her best which is why I have it four stars. They had called management to get more help and it never arrived. Poor girls!

We got there rather late, I’ll admit. However, with 30 minutes until closing I’d still expect decent customer service. 1 our of two workers were polite and nice. Drake was very considerate but Rachel was less than welcoming. She was tense and standoffish. I understand that we came a little close to closing but that doesn’t explain messing up a clearly stated desire for a waffle cone. Still very good ice cream.

When ever I go to ice cream places I usually try every flavor. This trip was no different. I tried every flavor and there were 4 that I really liked but there were a couple that sucked. Everyone has different taste buds. It was about 5 dollars and me and my wife shared. It was a good cheap date.

Every special offered includes cookie dough ice cream and the Tooele Utah location doesn’t have that flavor on a Saturday evening. I ordered the love it size and the cup was only 1/2 full.I believe proper training and management planning could eliminate both issues.

I am DONE giving the Tooele location chances, this evening at 7:30pm I called in an order of an Everybodys Chocolate ice cream, when I arrived 45 minutes later after driving from Grantsville I was told that they were out of Chocolate Ice cream, how in the heck does an ice cream store run out of Chocolate ice cream for the second Saturday in a row? and why wouldnt you state that when I called in the order? I could make some guesses, maybe its because there isnt any proper adult management at this location and the employees havent been trained to pay attention to when product is getting low or looking at the number of customers that come in on the weekends so you know how much product to have on hand, god knows there are plenty of employees on staff each night, I see at least 3 at all times even though there is usually only 1 actually working, which should mean there is plenty of on hand staff to make the ice cream when it is low so that you can actually sale what you advertise, but then again that seems to be the last thing on these young teenagers minds they are to busy worrying about their fake finger nails getting dirty or flipping their hair around out of their face every 5 seconds as if it is a fashion show when actually being around food they should have their hair pulled back, after all the bad reviews you would think upper management would correct these issues that have been ongoing for quite sometime but it is clear by the employees actions that upper management tolerates this behavior and they must make so much money that losing one customer at a time is no big deal which is very sad when they could actually have some very loyal customers. Good luck Cold Stone if this is the way you condone running a business. I for one am done, I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I guess that even during the winter time is good to stop by this place. I had a like it (smallest cup size) of strawberry and cheesecake. It was delicious. I definitely recommend this place.

The ice cream is good but they always carry basic flavors. There are always flavors that nobody ever touches and they are always there, full, and somewhat melting. I agree with the comment below about smaller portions - if you get one flavor it wont fill up the cup and frequently the servers give differing sizes to the same people in your group.

We like it here a lot. When theres a line, youll be waiting a while, but the ice cream is great and weve not had issues with any staff. Theyve also allowed is to put Ive cream into our own containers as well which is cool, especially if your trying to reduce waste.

The service was great and ice cream was good, but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Was here earlier in the day shortly after opening and it it doesnt look like it has been cleaned in a couple of weeks. Clean bathrooms are important.

Please hire more employees for Friday and Saturday nights. They never have enough people working here so there have been several times we go with our family of 5 only to leave and go get shakes instead. However, when we are lucky enough to get ice cream, it is delicious and the employees are always pleasant. Cold Stone is very expensive, but sometimes you gotta splurge and go.

Okay Ice cream, very over priced for the quality. The facility is extremely hot and humid making waiting in line VERY uncomfortable, especially with a toddler and if youre ordering it to go and theres a bit of a wait to get out due to poor amount of space your ice cream will immediately start to melt all over you. We asked an employee if we could have lids or something for our ice creams cups, after sitting there with a dirty look on her face she got us 1 lid even though we bought 4 ice cream cups and the 1 lid was 5 times to small for the cup so it was completely useless. I wont be wasting my money on this again Ill take my kids to Macys or even McDonalds for a cheap ice cream cone that is worth its price and taste just as good to be honest, has better customer service and doesnt feel like its trying to cook you alive with the heater cranked up on a hot day/evening.

The ice cream wasn’t the problem it was the service. I stood there and waited for help while they stood there. They looked at me multiple times and ignored me. When we finally got acknowledged she asked what we needed impatiently and as if we were a huge bother. We got the spoon we waited for then left in disbelief of their attitudes.

The staff here are extremely friendly and always have a smile on there face. Just remember when you go here its COLD STONES, there ice cream is delicious and your not going to know what you want, and that might make you sad, and the person behind you a little upset, but no one could understand the time it take to pick out what deliciousness your going make until they get up there themselves, they think they know but really they are going to go blank as soon as they walk up to the WINDOW AnD SEe ALL the crazy stuff you can make those great people smash in there ice cream OR cReaMs. This is to much I going to go now. Walk with your head held HI you just got COLD STONES. 🤣✌

Some good ice cream here! Unfortunately this location seems to be out of basic toppings (ie: chocolate syrup...). Four stars due to the fact they no longer sing a song when tipped.

Had a scary experience with these guys that almost sent me to the ER. Im horribly allergic to tree nuts and my order was somehow contaminated with them. Luckily I noticed this on the first bite and was able to rush home and pound a bunch of benadryl. Had I not, I would have ended up in the ER or worse. Im pretty conscious about what I order food wise because of this and what I ordered didnt contain tree nuts. Ive never had an issue with a place like this so either the staff didnt pay attention or Cold Stone has no protocol for this. If you or anyone in your family has a food allergy, might want to avoid this place at all costs.

Took our son to get his favorite cotton candy ice cream with m&ms and I enjoyed my sweet cream ice cream with ghirradelli chocolate chips and must say was awesome to watch it being served up, flung into the air and caught in the cup but even more so was the awesome flavors, my son & myself loved it and will return soon, only thing wrong was the ac in there was set very low and we were freezing while eating ice cream!!!

ONE Day after posting the below problem with this location, I had a representative in contact with me, assuring the problem would be fixed. It is never my intention to bring good people down, but simply calling a manager does not always cut it. And some of these owners have their entire lives running on the success of their store.***Consider the problem resolved***I usually enjoy Coldstone! My family and I have gone quite a few times, as an evening treat. The lines can be out of control at times, but usually worth the wait!Tonight was unfortunately a horrible exception!We knew the store was closing at 10:00pm, we made a late run arriving at approximately 9:25.We arrived and ALL of the outside light were off, all the window lights were off, even the Open sign. We thought maybe the hours had changed, so we checked the hours on the door, which stated closing time at 10:00pm. We went inside and the staff appeared to be hiding in the back, all the chairs were on the tables, everything was tidied up for closing.We ordered the ice cream (two small bowls) and left. Only dirty dishes would have been the spoons and the cold slab.I DO WANT TO POINT OUT that she was not rude, but it was EXTREMELY obvious that she was NOT happy with our presence and the hour.I have worked in resteraunts, fast food and other customer service areas, and I can empathize with the employees wanting to close and the frustration of people coming in at closing time. But 30 minutes before close? As well as shutting the place down, making it appear closed is a bit much. This is simply not a good business practice.If I was a manager or owner, I would be furious.We have decided that we will not be returning to this location. Our family does not get a lot of extras, and we work very hard for family treats. We can easily find many places that will gladly accept our money, near closing.

Great ice cream!So far every flavor has been great, even the add ins. Wife sticks to pastacio with pecans she says it was made for each other. I get what ever Im feeling like that day and so far not one bad flavor. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the service isnt to thrilled. They say hi and say it with a smile but no real conversation just a what would you like today ok bye. Other than that its great.

Slow service with no real management driving workers to fast friendly service. Dim lighting and the inside temperature was significantly warmer than the outside temp, probably 80.While waiting in line I watched of the three employees, only one worked (good job Morgan, you deserve a raise) and the others say in back and giggled as customers kept walking, unserved, out of line, losing business. I’m not sure why I stayed to be honest.Not what it used to be.
