Great experience selling our Honda Accord and buying our Pacifica with them. I knew exactly what I wanted before I went in. Most dealers won’t give you any kind of pricing info over they phone. They want to get you in and pressure you. That wasn’t my experience at all with the Toolele Motor Company. They gave me pricing information before I walked in and felt like it was a good price. There were no hidden fees, they cut me a check for my car so it all worked out. Very low pressure and a pleasant experience.

Worst customer service. Unfortunately with everything going on I’ve had to hold back on taking my car into Toyota for its oil change for a couple of weeks. My dad advised me to go to the dealer ship by my house which I did. Before I go off I would like to point out that I’m very used to Toyota dealership where you drive up to the service entrance and the garage doors roll up and one of their reps walks up to your car and ask what service you are looking for. That didn’t happen in this case which is totally fine. Every place has different procedures; however I did wait for 10 minutes at the entrance hoping someone would direct me in the right direction and no one came to me. I then parked my car and the girl at the counter then told me she was a bit busy however there were other employees standing around not sure why non of them didn’t come over to me to help out. Anyways I wasn’t able to get my oil changed due to the time but it would’ve been nice to be helped out appropriately.

If you looking for a place not to be bothered this is the place. If you want somebody to introduce there self and ask if you need help this is not the place to go.

He got us right in, hooked up a discount and had us to our friends house with 15 mins to spare and a couple extra dollars💰 in our Pocket. 🤗 He definitely Delivered on World Class Customer Service. They keep back ordering the part for my vehicle. They have now had it for over a month and a half. I brought them a used part and put it in my self. All they had to do was program a new key now and still wanted to charge me the same price, after i bought the part and installed it.

They give you a different story with each person you talk to, they dont keep their promises to fix parts on the vehicle that is guaranteed in writing, and they never return your calls.All they had to do was keep their word, and keep me updated along the way. Im giving two stars because while I was at the dealership, I had a great experience.If I would have known they would make things this complicated, I would have never bought through this dealership. Very disappointed.
