Always a smooth experience here. Lines are short and staff efficient.Today I arrived 5 minutes before close (I know, but I figured I might as well try) at the end of an awful day. I almost turned around and left but Stephanie let me know she was good for one more package if I had cash. I did! Except I ended up being 74 cents short. Super embarrassing, but she was so kind. Not once did I feel unwelcome or like a nuisance, though I know I probably would have been annoyed in their shoes. Im very grateful. Definitely one of the more positive experiences Ive had with people out here in Tooele.

Worst customer service. I ordered online a print of 150+ pages. When I picked them up they were all double sided, not what I ordered. I am told by staff oh we have been having problems with our printers lately. They will not reprint them until Monday. I order them online by a specific time for a reason. I will never use this Tooele UPS store again. I have ordered online there before and they have made mistakes but have fixed them the same day. I will not waste my time with this location again. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I started getting mail and packages here temporarily almost two years ago now. Im not sure Ill ever go back to using the post office. Especially for packages. Its great having a secure place to send packages. The staff is friendly and are always working hard and attentive to customers needs.

I went into the store to mail my mother in laws mail like I do twice every month, but this time, they refused service because I wouldnt wear a mask. Its against my beliefs to do so, but they refused service. Mind you, Ive been in there twice a month for 2 years with no problems. Guess Ill be taking my business to FedEx.

I dont typically write bad reviews, but this place had horrible customer service. I was given a really bad attitude by one of the ladies behind the counter, I was only trying to return my amazon package. I was originally supposed to have UPS come pick up my package, but they didnt show up so I decided to go to the store. I ended up leaving with the package in hand because she was very rude.

Cindy Hollar and her team provide top-notch customer service, as well as a huge variety of useful services. I recently ordered new business cards and working with Jasmine was a delight. The business cards were of better quality AND better price than I had received from other providers in the past. Shipping and Amazon returns are also quick, professional and painless. Nothing but good things to say about Cindy and her team!

Caralinn (sp?) is a gem and a national treasure! I come here fairly frequently because I am a fickle Amazon shopper. But tonight I showed up as Caralinn was locking the door. I had a non-Amazon return that was time-sensitive and I had just driven 15 minutes to try and make it before close. I think she could see it on my face because she let me in with a smile and helped me with my package even though I’m sure last-minute customers are the bane of her existence. Thanks Caralinn!

Cindy and her team are simply amazing! Talk about services. I was able to ship my package, get some flyers designed and printed, get a name plate created for my employee and buy some stamps! All done quickly, correctly and beautifully! They truly do SO MUCH MORE THAN SHIPPING!

I provided a shipping label & box for an Amazon return. She charged me $1 for 1 copy to print the shipping label, complained about having to use her time to do it, her tape, & packing supplies, which no packing was even needed. Then she ignored the provided label & created her own separate shipping label with a different tracking number. She was very irritable & complained at me about having to do Amazon returns. 5 days later, Amazon still had no record of UPS having received my return, because she had not scanned the provided label. According to the changed tracking number provided to me by this UPS Store, the package was not moving & I’ve had to spend hours tracking down my return package. Amazon could not understand why she wouldn’t just use the label I provided which she had also charged me an excessive amount just to print. I still have not received a refund from Amazon for the item I shipped, because it was not handled properly by this UPS Store. What an unnecessary pain, expense, & time wasted for a customer to have to go through because the person at this UPS store wouldn’t just scan & use the Amazon shipping label already provided to her.

Very slow and disorganized. Took 20 minutes to print a simple 5 page Word Doc. And they printed it double sided, twice, instead of single sided...there were no customers waiting in front of me.

Look if you’re not living in 1998 and you actually own your own printer you’ll probably never need to see the inside of this place.However let’s say you’re dragging Tooele Main Street with your mullet and lifted Ford Highboy and you happen to accidentally hit the fabled 88 MPH, then you find yourself transported back in time to a year before modern printers and a little company called “Amazon”. Should that occur this is the place you’re going to want to go to get things taken care of for all your packaging and office needs.Also the people who work there are nice, so if you want to stop by to chat about the recent release of Windows 95 then this is the place for you.

The staff at our local UPS store is amazing! I love all the products and services that they offer. There are so many things that can be done. I make it my first stop for shipping, printing, design, and many other things. If I need something similar, I often find it there. Even though I am not the biggest customer, thank you to Cindy and her staff for always making me feel like I am the most important person that they are dealing with.

Best packing and quick help in packed store

They are fast and wonderful to work with! I often ask my clients to have UPS scan their files for me. This saves my clients so much time and money and keeps a professional touch on my documents!

I sent in an email with pictures I needed printed on a thursday and didnt hear back so on Monday I called them and they thought they hadnt printed them. It turns out they did print them but since I sent them in I wasnt their first priority. Their first priority is the people who are physically in the store. It was January 2 when I sent them in. So they were busy from New years. But it was frustrating that they didnt get it done very fast or contact me. When I picked them up they had misquoted me. They said it would be $17 and when I got there they said $32. But since it was the employee who gave me the wrong quote they let me buy them for the $17. The quality of print is really good. I just think they need more employees if they cant keep up.

Staff is always friendly, professional & efficient. I frequently email documents to be printed & they are always done correctly & promptly. Highly recommend this UPS Store.

The UPS Store in Tooele, UT, more than met my needs when I returned from an overseas tour in 2000. Theyve provided a critical central contact location and forwarding services since that date. Their flexibility and friendliness are excellent. I just returned from an additional overseas assignment, and I expect to continue using their services into the next decade.

Great go to for print jobs of all sizes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Weve done a variety of printing here and been satisfied. Sure, mistakes have been made, but the manager/owner has always done everything they can to make it right and then some.

We go into this UPS store almost daily. those working are always polite and knowledgeable. The best service we could ask for.

I had a package, a cashiers check, in the same tote as Mr Clayton, turns that UPS (not the store) and USPS utilizes each others services, our packages and some others were in a tote that the ups driver dropped off at the post office, and that same driver found the tote 3 days later and our packages were scanned and delivered, Cindy and her crew at this store stayed in constant contact with me and continued to do everything they could to try to locate the package, and i believe because of the continued efforts of her and her employees put more pressure on the driver to find the tote, so I would highly recommend this store for any of your shipping needs they always do a fantastic job!

The UPS store in Tooele is a great place to go mail packages. They are helpful and kind and usually the line moves really quickly. My only complaint is that it isn’t closer to my house. Lol.

Very rude customer service. I was in there yesterday and a couple needed help faxing some papers and the staff member was very crass to these poor people. I have only received sub par customer service, I do not recommend this location.

Ive used the UPS store on many occasions throughout the years. Shipping and copying has been my main source though. They are quick to help when you ask and try their best to solve your needs. Its great that the owners are almost always at the store or the employees can quickly call them to get answers or to hear complaints. Ive never seen another small business do that. I plan to keep using their business for a long time to come. Its great to have them in a small town.

Never buy packaging supplies from UPS they charge 5 times what anyone else does, $5 for a small 12 x 12 v12 box Ridiculous price! Seems to be all about the corporate profits, anyone would infer by those prices they were trying to discourage a people from patronising them? mission accomplished ...

So much grief caused by the mishandling of our package. We had a cashiers check that was to be delivered the following day, but apparently it wasnt scanned into the UPS system, despite being given to UPS at the store. After about 5 days, the package turned out to be at the Tooele store. That check was for us to close on a house. Fortunately someone was willing to lend us money so we could create another check to cover the money needed for closing. For this 2nd check well be hand-delivering, rather than relying on a courier.

Went there and sent my paperwork for a visa. Paid for 2 day air. 8 days later, the package still hasnt arrived. And they didnt seem to care to expedite it after sending it to Florida, from Utah, and was supposed to go to Houston, TX. Worst service I have ever dealt with. And such neglect over time sensitive materials, and sensitive information. Never use again. Just terrible.

I have used this ups store many times over the past 4 years for copies, makingSigns, shipping, etc All of a sudden lately they refuse to accept USPS packages which they always accepted before. They also have been very rude and refused to give even an explanation. This all in front of other customers in the store commenting to me how rude they are being. The post office actually refers people to drop USPS packages off to the ups store as another option to mail packages after business hours of the post office. Sad they have no customer service skills.

This store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. After ruining several dozen photos I had taken in to have laminated they tried to correct them, failed yet again, and then refused to correct them a final time. I wasted hours of time across several days not to mention my photos, receiving no compensation, as I couldnt provide a receipt for them. BEWARE OF THIS STORE!

The UPS Store forgot to send my textbook back so they charged me for it over $80 dollars from the textbook company. I called UPS and they blamed it on me and wouldnt do anything to resolve the problem. Horrible if I must say.

Unfortunately, Ive never had a good experience here. They have the worst customer service. Every time I go in, the employees make sure to finish their personal conversations with each other before greeting me. Its a real shame because I use them a lot. Today was the worst yet. Ill just go a few miles up the road to Copy Cottage from now on. I hope the owner is aware of the poor behavior going on.

Ive been to a lot of ups stores. This place has the worst customer service. I dread dropping my packages off here and it deters me from calling on them to do anything else for my small business. The staff is usually grumpy, texting and/or surfing the web...I get treated like Im somehow disturbing their me time.

Ive always had a good experience and received the help I needed when it has come to shipping, faxing or obtaining notary services.

I think theyre friendly and very professional. I have recommened them often to others.
