While traveling 13 hours from Saint Louis to Denver my car started shaking badly 😬 Quick Lane was able to get me in right away on a Friday afternoon and got the problem diagnosed and fixed. I am so grateful they could help me, everywhere else I called was too busy. Alyssa is awesome and kept me informed throughout the process. If I lived in town I would come here for all my vehicle needs. A++++

Had a flat that was not repairable. Had a new tire and was in and out fairly quickly for aa busy as they were. Would have been 5 stars but the price was a little more than I expected due to inventory issues. Friendly staff and timely service. Price, not so much...

We stayed in Topeka Wanamaker overnight on our drive cross country Our under-car splash plate needed to be re-bolted. We brought it to Quick Lane Wanamaker and had excellent service and repair. Elisa and Cody were very helpful, and immediately fit us in. It took ten minutes to re-secure the splash plate. We are back on the road and really appreciate their friendly service.

Scheduling a service is usually easy sometimes theyre booked. They dont try to upsale you on other services. Weve never had an issue with any of the work done on our vehicles.

Tire and auto! Give me a brake! Came to get tire sensor fixed, with a scheduled appointment and oil change. An hour later said couldnt match sensor with my ford truck!Went to Kansas land tire, 10 minute fix

Horrible customer service!I took an appointment 2 weeks ahead with these people. And I specifically asked if the technician who deals with “transmission service” would be available to check the issue and I got an appointment on the day that he/she would be available.After making me wait for more than 2 hours, they mentioned that the crew is not available to do anything and I have to reschedule for the next week. The front desk person was way too rude and was acting like he was doing me some favor.

Our van showed a check engine light on the way through town. It was late on Friday so we found this place and it was closed but saw it opened early on Saturday. 7:30 Saturday we came back and they were very helpful. They found the problem. A stuck thermostat. They got me fixed and back on the road by noon. They were very professional. They had a shuttle service and texted us to keep updated. I bit on the expensive side but well worth the price. We could not have asked for more.

We were on vacation and stayed next to the shop. They did a great job of getting our car in and out and we were on the road again. thanks guys for helping make a vacation great.

They were honest and accurate in their diagnosis of my vehicle issues. (I had previously checked and knew what needed to be done). When I asked to look at the items needing replaced they were willing to show me.I believe them to be honest, and based on the vehicles performance after repair Id say they are also quite good at their jobs.They offer a courtesy driver for drop-off and pickups as well.

Showed up at 530 they close at 6 need an oil change noone was there they turned me away because they were sitting around riding the clock till 6 so they could go home. Very unprofessional.

First visit, was absolutely fantastic. Quick service and they even sent video checkups. I received my car back and everything was good except the power steering was now leaking and making noise. I replaced a few part, but the leak persisted. Called last week to set up an appointment, they say they have to check the leak on Tuesday. Brought it in today and they wanted to charge me 1100 to replace the rack and pinion. I told them Id like to decline and Ill take it elsewhere. So now theyre charging me 115 for having inspected my vehicle again. Except they already knew about the leak. I trusted them and switched from other auto centers but within 2 visits, Im getting scammed. Paid my 115, but reported them to better business bureau.Dont trust Quick lane. The only differences between first visit and second, was the first visit I wore my auto technician shirt and was treated with respect, second visit i wore sweats and was treated as if i was a second rate citizen with no car knowledge.

We have always received prompt courteous service at Quick Lane. Jerry is fantastic to work with and sees that we are well taken care of. They recently diagnosed the problem with my vehicle, but said that it was under warranty for this problem, so I should take it to the dealership. There was no charge for this service. They easily could have done the work and charged us without telling us it was a warranty issue. Their pricing is fair, and they stand behind their work. I recently purchased tires for my Jeep and am very pleased - with the cost and the customer service. Oil changes are much more reasonable than at the dealership. We will continue to do business here and highly recommend to others.

They were a little expensive for the rotation and rebalancing of all tires but were great on oil change but still was excellent service

Customer service was great! It was clean and even had a room that customers can go into for a conference call for work things. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. They told me I had a recall on my car which I was aware of because of the news. But I had called the Ford dealership a year ago when the recall came out on this and I gave them my vin number . They told me that it wasn’t on my vehicle so I didn’t look any further into it. Quick Lane fixed it the same day with no additional appointment.

I was in a bind. I needed an oil change asap. Called a head, they got me in right away. Awesome customer service! In & out in less than a hour!!!

They put 3 year old tires on my car in 2017 and now will not rotate my tires as stated in the agreement when you buy new tires from them. Complaint filed with the BBB.

Easy to make appointments and service is first class

Went to get an aftermarket exhaust installed took them about and hour and a half and the gentleman who set up the appointment even went out of his way to come find me and make sure to give me a price first then they were proactive about letting my keep my old exhaust. Most places would have taken it and not said a thing! They made sure I was there when they put it in my truck too. I will be modding my truck more as time goes on and I will definitely return if I countinue have good service like I have.

They were all very helpful but Dustin and Brian were the 2 for me and my truck they both have taken time to answer any of my question. They were very professional in their speaking with me both in person or over the phone. I was not able to get my questions answered by anyone else even the Ford dealership was no help. They have defiantly earned more of by buissnes on my truck.

Needed the fuses checking on our truck as we are visiting from out of town and our trailer lights are not working properly . The lady at the desk was so engrossed in her lunch that she ignored us. When we finally got her attention she said they would not be able to help us. We use the quick lane in Wichita for everything and have never experienced anything quite like this.

I have been going here for year and have always been treated with respect. Dustin is a pleasure to work with and has always been honest with me.I would recommend this shop to anyone that asked.

These guys were great, service was outstanding. I see a lot of reviewers complaining about wait time... theyre on Wanamaker, expect it to be busy! The staff handled a massive workload with ease and were very professional. They had informed me my rear brake pads were basically gone and needed to be replaced ASAP and noted other issues that needed attention. Their pricing is a bit high, however I can say they did earn every bit of what was payed. Thanks to the shop manager and his team for making sure my vehicle was taken care of in the highest manner.

Ive always thought highly of this place BUT as of yesterday at 5:20pm my opinion has changed! Im in a jam, Im headed home and my dashboard shows a low tire, I stop on Wanamaker for some $1.50 AIR to find a huge nail in it. Instead of dealing with these WORTHLESS AIR PUMPs Im a block away from QUICKLANE so Im just going to have it fixed. From their parking lot, its 5:20p, I call & ask if they could possibly fix a tire, Im in a jam, the guy says well, we close at 6 and we have a few things to finish up for the day, sorry but I could recommend a couple places! He recommends FIRESTONE or The GOODYEAR store on 21st & Fairlawn. In my opinion, from my observation, I feel like they had the time & man power to take the business. I have an account at FIRESTONE and if I thought I could make it that far I wouldnt be in a jam!PRAYERS for all the people who experience a low or flat tire in this town!

Horrible customer service. They do not stand behind the tires they sell. Our tires had a 70,000 mile warranty & barely made it to 40,000. They wanted to charge us almost as much as what we initially paid to replace tires. Harley told myself & my wife that she probably drove like a crazy soccer mom, & thats why her tires havent lasted. No longer customers.

No appointment necessary is a joke. If you stop in to get an oil change without scheduling an appointment at least week in advance, expect to wait 2 or hours or more or worse be told that they cant do it and youll need to make an appointment.Even with an appointment, youll still wait over an hour.When asked why they advertise No Appt. Necessary, they say Ford corporate makes them say it and that they will never be able to just do drop in appointments.

I used to work here.. its owned by noller. Its busy from 8am to 7pm great place to work and we always try to provide the best customer service. But please understand that we got about 50 customers per day but only had 7 technitions on duty per day. We worked hard and as fast as we could... yes the wait may of been long but it was done corectly the first time. The wait and inconvenience of making a appointment is worth it. they are true professionals backed by ford...
