After waiting in a long line to checkout, the register did not ring up the gift card advertised. I was told I had to go to customer service and wait in another line to correct the problem. The clerk said they had a lot of trouble with this issue.

I love Target and the modern products they have. I just wish they would take more pride in their restrooms. Every time I walk in, it feels and looks very dirty. Not very encouraging to those that like to shop the store frequently.

Self checkout only with 5 employees standing around talking. One self checkout not working and 3 others filled with people with carts full of stuff slowly checking out. I just left instead of waiting 10 minutes for the 4 people in front of me to finish. I bought headphones off of Amazon for cheaper from the parking lot. It is always so slow here.

Its a visually pleasant place to shop. what would make it even better is if the shopping basket containers had baskets with handles LoL. i needed a basket, but 2 of the basket stations each only had a handle-less basket left. not too useful. at least not for me. hahhah

This place is a joke. 4 oclock app for a delivery and they have me here almost 5 hours! Now Ill be docked for a late pick up at my next stop

If you have not used the drive up service, you need to asap. Super fast pick up so you can go on about your day.

They are always so nice and friendly. The store is always clean and organized.

Target is always a fun place to get ideas, but not always a fun place to shop. I can never find assistance throughout the store unless I go up to a cashier or customer service which is inconvenient if youre in the back of the store. Many of the household items are about 10% higher in comparison to a regular grocery store, but you get the added bonus of clothes shopping. In all, customer service lacks exceptional service, its ok at best. Prices are higher for similar items located in the same shopping center at another store. I think if the customer service were better, it might be worth visiting more often since I always have to fight for parking and the prices are always higher than competitors.

During this time, Target is taking great measures to keep both the customer and their employees safe. I felt very at ease shopping in their store! The staff are doing a great job wiping down all the carts, baskets, and self checkout stations, after every customer use.

I have a social anxiety disorder and going to the store has always been very tiresome for me so I usually order online. I really enjoyed the experience of the pick up service though and will choose this way much more often

Got in and out quickly. Using the wallet in the Target app with the Red Card makes the trip even faster with no need to pull out your card since you can add it to your wallet in the app, which makes it virtually touch free at the register, even through the self checkouts. Saving 5% with Red Card purchases on top of savings from Target Circle gives a nice break for your wallet. The Pick-up and Drive-up programs are nice when you have a tight schedule and need to pick up a few things without wandering the store.

Their drive up pickup is super convenient. I wasnt feeling well and needed items right then but did not feel like going in the store. This was great!

Item I picked up was chipped. I came back inside from parking lot, waited in line for 25 minutes and was told I had to come back tomorrow to exchange the chipped item.

I like the store and selection of merchandise. I dont like that I am now forced to check myself out.

Justin was SO helpful in customer service. An item I ordered on line was damaged during delivery. He took care of promptly and even though they didnt sell the item in the store, he found something similar for me and price matched it. Great customer care!

Very clean and festively arranged for Valentines Day. Store personnel are all friendly. With it being cold and snow outside I went in to walk and was greeted by at least 4 different people. Of course I had to buy a top for the gym! 😁

Tried coming in for the right time considering my health issues, and got turned away because i wasn’t 60 years old. i didn’t get a chance to say my health issues because she wales away too fast. keep in mind as she’s telling me i can’t enter, a girl in her teens, is walking out right past her. hmmmm let’s work better on that topic target. very very upset. i’ll be taking my business somewhere else with better respect.

Nick in toys is awesome! So helpful! I came to this store from Dodge City looking for an exclusive toy and he took the time to dig it out of a truck for me. I love Target. So Ive been to a lot of different Targets. But this one might be the nicest one Ive ever been in. It was just arranged very pleasantly and they had a great variety of items.

Have always had good customer service here, only one time on black Friday was a staff member rude, but I can allow it with that craziness lolProducts are average for the brands, variety in every department. Except crafts. Competitor stores have better range here. The kids like the big cats and pretzels from the deli!Be prepared to spend more than you planned, it is Target dont ya know! 😎

Its was a bit tough trying to get to the store due to road constructions, but once inside, youre immediately welcomed by the aroma of FRESH HOT POPCORN! They had great sales on sandals and summer clothes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our shopping experience.

Target really does have decent looking and quality clothes. Be sure to keep an eye out for clearance items...many good deals are there to be found but you really do need to dig and keep your eyes peeled. The store is fairly nice and clean and is well staffed with friendly employees. I did not have to wait in line at all when checking out and the cashiers was not rude, pushy or difficult to understand. I did see one employee glued to their cell phone, but they were able to assist a customer without skipping a beat.

I love Target! The cashiers are very nice and the store is always clean. My only complaint is that I got a pretzel today and it was cold and stale. Otherwise I have never had a problem here. They have great prices on cat food too!

I know this isnt specific to this store but hopefully someone reads it:If you buy a product online for pickup, but arrive early and pick it up off the shelf yourself, they cant give you the item you are holding which you already paid for... Because they havent had time to pick it off the shelf yet. And you have to wait until they do.You are holding and item you already paid for and you cant take it home.Now, that is, obviously, insane and nonsensical.

The customer service desk associates here do not reflect the culture Target promotes. I went to pay the balance of my Red card and had forgot to bring the card. When asked if there was a number I could call to make a payment he shrugged and said, I dunno. I guess so, but offered no further assistance. Ive been in Target stores with fantastic associates, so I will travel to those stores and reward them with the loyalty they actively cultivate and not waste my time or money at the Topeka store.

I would give Target 5 stars overall. I like the variety of products, shoes, and clothing. The employees are always visible to customers and very helpful when you ask them questions

In store pick up was super quick and easy. I had a few questions about a promotion attached to my purchase and the associate at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable.

Probably not the best place for anyone who needs clothing larger than an extra-large, and kind of a sparse grocery area, but its good for all the things Walmart is missing.A couple examples, it had less options for shirts, but more options for hydration backpacks. It has less options for bread, but more options for peanut butters and jellys.It is also a good place to go to first when it comes to home decor, accessories, and office supplies.

Joey at the register could use some work on his demeanor. I hated working customer service too, but its still your job. A simple hello or minimal head nod wouldve been appreciated, even if you werent able to muster a fake smile. Hope your night gets better dude.

Small Target. Sometimes low on inventory on retail items . Does have grocery area that is awesome. Only 8 aisle so there isnt 40 kinds of everything to pick from, just grab items and leave. Meats and Steamed Veggie selection is excellent.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue that wasnt resolve immediately and any issues I have experienced were minor.

They returned items to the floor we had PAID FOR. We received an email Monday NIGHT saying they were ready and they were returned to the shelf Tuesday MORNING! Horrible business practices! Do yourselves a favor and shop where they care about your business.

The self checkout didnt print a receipt...had to wait around for them to print a receipt...went to self checkout to save time and ended up it would have been quicker to go through regular check out.
