They provide a great service. You could go there for repairs, to buy a bike, or learn how to work on them. I cannot speak highly enough about this program.
A good way to work out inside if you dont have it at home

Need a bike? Come volunteer 5 hours and Earn A Bike. (1 bike per year)Have a kid 12 or under that is in need of a bike? Come down on Thursday or Saturday and our helpful volunteers will help to get your kid sized up for the best bikes available at the shop for no charge. All we they ask is that you smile for a picture.Already have a bike and just looking for something to do? Come on down and learn how to repair bicycles of all shapes and sizes, or just help out in any way you can.
Everyone we met was so helpful about showing my sons how to fix different parts of bikes. After putting in 5 hours of time my sons were proud with the bike they each had earned.
