Was only on the web site. But you can get everything you want and more. They had a large selection of shoes of all types and purses. Very, very reasonably priced also. Cheeper that the department stores we have in town.

Good prices, but limited sizes. If you find your size it will be hard to beat the price. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff, great prices, all different kinds of styles, went after a pair of tennis shoes that were comfortable and going to last a while, ended up with Nikes Precision IV shoes. I will definitely keep going back, around this time of day, they werent too busy,but none of the employees were just standing around not doing anything which is good, store was clean and i d say within the first five min of me being there, someone made sure to come ask if I needed 😉 help finding anything etc...so they are great at focusing on their customers and getting you in and out in a manner thats time efficient but doesnt make you feel rushed.... great job you guys...

The staff made themselves visibly available & offered to help once. Then they stayed attentive, but left us alone. Perfect. Nice, clean, easy to browse in store.

Took part of buy 1 get 1 half price. The shoe i wanted was not in stock so they ordered it and i got it delivered free. The boot i wanted was 15 bucks cheaper online but i didn realize it said not available for BOGO. Since it was 15 bucks more, the manager said if i paid the in-store they could override the not eligible for BOGO issue.Staff checked to see if I needed help but also left me alone.So i got exactly what i wanted and a great price.

Sketchers dlites are amazing for anyone who stands on their feet all day. They have dramatically decreased my knee and back pain and are more comfortable that $120 orthotics Ive used before.

They look like theyre closing. They didnt have hardly anything in this store. Hopefully theyre restocking but it was not impressive.

I have only been there one time... The store layout is very nice and well kept. The store is also very clean. The only drawback was that they did not have one single pair of shoes that I liked in my size. I found a total of 6 pairs that I liked and none of them came in an 11 ½.

Great experience at Shoe Carnival. Needed a couple pairs of shoes but they didnt have my size in one that I wanted, so they ordered them and had them send directly to my house FOR FREE. Shipping was fast and they were just what I needed, so definitely 5 stars here. Cant wait to go back when I need some new kicks. They were also very friendly and seemed to really know their products and the layout of the store. Would definitely recommend this newcomer to Topeka. Thanks!

Found the shoes I was looking for. I was shopping with wife and carrying our 2 toddlers. We were the only other customers inside the store besides the 2 people at the register. 1 was a manager, the other training someone on a return.. the manager finished her transition, and walked away. Looking at us holding our kids.. Not Cool, we noticed her getting in her car leaving as we loaded up our kids.. I get being ready to go home, but if your job is customer service (as mine is) you take the extra 2 minutes..

Wife and I have been customers of Famous Footwear in Topeka for years. Lately selection and service there have been lacking, so we decided to try the new Shoe Carnival. Well staffed, VERY well stocked, polite, prompt, friendly and helpful service. Wife found plenty of shoes in her size (she needs wide sizes due to a foot injury) and walked out with 2 pairs of nice shoes that fit her well, along with 6 pairs of socks for me, all for under $60 (we seldom get out of Famous for under $100). Friendly, helpful employees made shopping here fun and easy. Well be going back!

They have a really impressive selection of shoes here. Much better than any other shoe store here in Topeka. They even carry a few different styles of Doc Martens.

Walked through their soft opening today. Plenty of helpful people ready to assist, great selection, and good pricing with an advertised BOGO half price. Cant give 5-stars because I didnt not make any purchase to get the full experience.Update.... Keeping it 4 stars after purchase. Although everything above still exists, there was confusion on some discounts given where they placed some flags to show where the additionally discounted shoes were supposed to be located.

I have a 3 because Ive only been in store twice. The first time was a let down because they dont carry cleets but no biggie. The second time we came because we were poorly treated at Famous Footwear and Shoe Carnival made our day after our visit. It is very neat and clean. We found the same shoes for mg oldest at a cheaper price, more selection for our youngest that doesnt have a foam bottom and the staff was very nice. They offered assistance a few times but were not pushy about it. From what Ive seen of the ladies shoes they have a good selection. I was, however, upset that the fridge with their drinks was broken and we did not want hot drinks. The wheel of extra deals was a lot of fun for the kids, not much of extra savings but it gave them something to look forward too. I will be returning and hope the store can keep up the good work and increase my rating.

This was a very well stocked store, very clean and organized. Prices were reasonable. Good selection, was greated at the door, staff was ready to assist. Pleasant shopping experience.
