We had a wonderful experience here!!! I took a sealed envelope in for a gender reveal balloon and the employee was so helpful and made sure to keep the surprise. She also helped me pick out a banner to reveal the name to our family! When I picked up the balloon and banner a different person helped me and she was equally as great with keeping the surprise and extra kind. The banner and balloon turned out way better then I could have imagined and Im so grateful for the party city team for helping us make this a wonderful experience!

Great experience, they had everything we needed for Halloween in stock. They gave our daughter a balloon to play with when we showed up and she LOVED it. Theyve done this with all the little kids that come in lately. (Id rather write-off a 1¢ balloon than have a screaming toddler in my store too, great idea!)

I had some problems. There was nothing for scooby doo, whats up with that? So i had to go with a different theme, and there was NONE. I went through 5, scooby doo, then sunny bunnies, giagantasaurus, number blocks, and disney, which they had very little of. We finally decided on giagantasaurus, because the had some dino stuff from the movies. Then we went to place our balloon order. One of the balloons wasnt in stock. I wasnt happy with my shopping.

They were pretty much out of everything for Halloween.

We went in looking for supplies for a baptism. The staff were busy, but very helpful. We found everything we wanted plus some. The store was clean and well stocked.

I go here for all my party needs and decorations. They never fail to have just what I need. With 4 kids all born in the the last 4 months of the year, parties can be hectic. Its nice to have a one stop shop.

Great for those last second Halloween supplies

I ordered a mylar bouquet for my sons birthday party. I got them home and brought them immediately inside. When I went to check on them one of them the main one had split in several different places. I called and was told that it had been too long since I got them to get a refund or exchange. It would have had to happen in their parking lot. Obviously they were over filled. I couldnt be more upset by the lack of customer service. Wont be back and I have gone every year for my party needs. So sad to see a store care so little about their loyal customers.

The employees are quite nice. Had a young lady work with us for about 20 minutes, we still couldnt find what we were looking for, she offered to call the Lawrence store for us.

My custom balloons were ready on time and they looked GREAT!

They dont inflate latex hellium balloons as I got 12 latex hellium balloons from them, less than 12 hrs they deflated so I request them to inflate without cost but they denied.

This is the 2nd time I get here and the employees have decided to close earlier than the business hours shown on the door. Next time, I’ll assume they’re closed and save my trip!
