Did not have no shoes with color go look

I didnt even want to put one star. The customer service sucks just as bad as the lazy employees. I bought both my nephews the same matching pair of shoes. Unfortunately I didnt have them with me to try the shoes on. One pair wasnt right. Tried to exchange but they didnt have the correct shoe. So I asked for a return. They refused. So if your shopping in the Topeka mall at our LAST footlocker here, good luck. Make sure you know exact sizes before making a purchase.

Best place to buy some shoes. The customer service is premium. The selection is great! And if they dont have it, they will find it and order it.

I was on my way to meet my friends and they walked in at 8:59 I get it it’s close to close time but the lady literally told them to leave honestly one of the worst examples of customer service
